I met Dr. Rosen 2 years ago when i came to his office after having an unsuccessful breast augmentation & breast lift. Dr. Rosen made me feel so comfortable and reassured me he could help me. In November of 2014 I had a revision, and i will never be able to express my gratitude to Dr. Rosen and his amazing staff. It is so important to do your research when finding the best plastic surgeon!! I originally had a consult with Dr. Rosen and canceled it because i was able to get in to see "the bad plastic surgeon sooner" After suffering the recovery of a less then ideal outcome i learned a valuable lesson!!!! Be patient & wait to see the best Dr. there is .....Dr. Rosen will always be my hero!!

Words cannot begin to describe how happy I am with my results and my experience. After living many years without being able to look at myself in a mirror from a prior augmentation, I was referred to Dr. Allen Rosen. Dr. Rosen has changed my life and I am so excited and grateful. From the moment I met Dr. Rosen I knew he was the one who could help me. He gave me a feeling of comfort. I never imagined how great my breasts could look. He superseded any expectations I had. I now have the "Wish Boobs" I could only dream of. Not only is Dr. Rosen probably one of the most talented plastic surgeons ever, he also has a wonderful bedside manner and is caring and compassionate. The nurses and staff in the office are fantastic and the nurses and staff at the surgical center were so kind and attentive. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Rosen and The Plastic Surgery Group!

Twenty years ago I was in an accident which in turn broke my nose and left me with a very deviated septum. I saw an ENT and had surgery to fix it. The surgery was not done well, and for the past 19 years I have had difficulty breathing due to collapsed cartiage and a still deviated septum. I decided to get a second rhinoplasty to fix my breathing issues and make my nose look nicer, as it was very crooked. After my consultation with Dr. Rosen I knew he was the one that was going to do my surgery. I had seen another surgeon, however the two consultations were night and day. I had no doubt over who to choose. He answered all of my questions during our consultation. He was extremely patient and even went over our allotted time. I am now two weeks post op and could not be more thrilled with my nose. It looks amazing, very natural, and I can breathe out of BOTH nostrils. My situation was more complicated than most due to it being a second nose job and having had the trauma of a broken nose years ago. I would highly recommend Dr. Rosen for anyone looking to get rhinoplasty. He is amazing. He is not only a surgeon, but an artist. His staff is wonderful as well. They were always there to answer any questions along the way. I especially love Marlene :) Go to Dr. Rosen.... you will not be disappointed!

In 2005 dr. Rosen did my breast lift and augmentation. Spent as much time with me as i needed. Never pushed, never urged. Just the best explanation of procedure. Surgery went smoothly and surprisingly painless! Excellent after surgery care , excellent office staff and best of all excellent result! Best shaped breasts with a lift. And 10 years later after one of the implants ruptured in a car accident dr. Rosen removed my implants and the shape is still excellent. Dr. Rosen is an artist besides being an MD of highest qualification. A bit higher prices than some places, but, you know what, you get what you pay for.

I've been contemplating this drainless TT for SO long, finally I took the plunge and went for it. So far I've had my up and downs since I just began this journey (6 Days PO) but so far very happy with my results and I would do it again! Once I made up my mind I got mentally and physically ready and decided time was due! I will continue to keep you updated as the days go by as this is just the beginning of my journey :) Updated on 18 Jan 2016: Updated on 19 Jan 2016: While everything seems to be healing properly and I'm feeling good for the most part, swelling and lots of it settles in at times, mostly at night, I noticed though it is related to the level of movement and what I do during the day... Patience is key and one day at a time! Need to remind myself to slow down even though I feel "great" at times. I'm feeling wonderful. And as luck would have it, I have fallen in love with someone!! I can't imagine my life with my new breasts that make me feel like a total woman and I am now happy to take my clothes off in front of the man I love and not feel embarrassed. So very happy with The Plastic Surgery Group and even more happy with Dr. Rosen and the wonderful care I was given from the consultation to the follow-up care I am given. Would highly recommend going to this office for any plastic surgery you may need. I was given such excellent care!!

Just wanted a lift to feel better about my overall appearance. I could not be more pleased with the service i received from start to finish. Incredible staff - wonderful bedside manner. I was very hesitant to get the procedure due to being afraid of what my scars would look like. An operation is final. He spent so much time explaining my skin type and looked at other scaring on my body to make me comfortable with how i would look afterwards. Sitting with him and looking through digital photos of what could be done, and allowing my input, was so important to me. The staff in the surgery center were wonderful. Everyone really took the time to ensure i was comfortable and pleased with the outcome.

I always wanted to get breast implants and back in October of last year I finally decided to just do it and I am so happy I did. Dr Allen Rosen was very nice and professional. He helped me decide on the perfect size for what I was looking for and they came out perfect. He was very caring and helpful even after my surgery. In the end I would say anyone looking to get breast implants should definitely do it, I am very happy I did and I am so happy I had Dr Rosen do my surgery, he is an excellent surgeon. My sister in law and her sister had their implants done by him and he did a wonderful job on them just like he did with me. I would definitely recommended Dr Rosen to anyone who wanted to have implants done.

I was referred to Dr. Rosen by a friend of mine and I couldn't have picked a better doctor. I am very happy with my end result and have never felt better. The entire staff at the Plastic Surgery Group and their surgery center were extremely helpful, nice and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable. I had an amazing recovery and they helped me every step of the way from answering any questions or concerns I had, they were there from my first consultation to my last post op. I was referred to Dr. Rosen by my breast surgeon in 1996. He did my breast reconstruction with saline implants and I was thrilled with the results. In November 2014 my left implant ruptured. I went back to Dr. Rosen and he replaced them with the gel implants. They look and feel more natural! I was thrilled for a second time.
