What an amazing experience I had during my recent Thread lift procedure! Dr. Wix-Harris was both professional and kind, along with the staff. I was nervous about what to experience before, during, and after the procedure. However, both the doctors and staff answered my questions and put me at ease. Thank you for my "Cinderella Moment!" I would highly recommend Dr. Wix-Harris and Reflections Center for Cosmetic Medicine in Martinsville if you are considering a cosmetic procedure!

Dr. Wix-Harris is my go-to girl for making my skin feel smooth and clear. She always listens to exactly what I say when I come in and provides the best treatment plan for my condition. She is realistic when explaining what I will look like afterwards and is very attentive during procedures. I definitely recommend seeing her, my confidence has increased for sure!

I am Currently in the process of removing an unwanted tatoo with Dr. Harris. I highly recommend her services. She's very friendly and professional and so is the staff at the Reflections center in Martinsville. I will be going here for my botox as well.

Dr. Wix-Harris was amazing. She performed laser liposuction on my very large flanks. She is actually one of the most professional doctors I have ever dealt with. She and her assistants made me feel extremely comfortable and in spite of being extremely nervous, her and her entire staff made me feel at ease as soon as I walked in. She explained everything before she did it and stated feelings I might feel. Her and her assistants talked with me the entire time I was on the table (2+ hours) and even joked around with me. On my follow up, she answered all my questions before I even asked them. She is very knowledgeable and is almost a mind reader. I am now about 18 days post surgery and I am already seeing results in spite of being swollen. I just know my body is going to look amazing. I will be going back for my arms and chin when I am done healing.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Wix-Harris! She performed a ThermiVa treatment, which for those who do not know, is a vaginal rejuvenation done with heat and lasers etc. She was kind, cheerful and very informative about additional medical questions I had. Highly Recommend!!!

Dr. Wix-Hariss is great. She's super professional and attentive. I've been doing micro needling and fraxel laser for stretch marks and I am seeing great results. The procedure can be quite painful but her and her assistant always make sure I am comfortable. The staff overall at Reflections is always super accomadating and friendly.

Reflections has been my medi-spa for many years. Everyone there is always very nice and professional, and it is easy to get an appointment in a short amount of time. I have seen Dr Wix-Harris for IPL for brown spots, Botox and Juvederm for my lips. Today I had a Botox brow lift and some top lip Botox to help smooth out those vertical lines, both of which I have had before. I asked her about having some cheek filler in the future. (I recently turned 50 and I am fighting gravity.) Dr Wix-Harris’ honest answers to my questions, helped me make my own decision. Her less- is -more approach helps me go home confidently with what I had done because I know I can just come back next week to get more if that wasn’t enough. Dr. Wix Harris has given me the most beautiful Juvederm lips! About 3 months ago, she numbed me and injected my lips giving me soft, fluffy and plump lips with a more pronounced cupid’s bow. It was absolutely painless. Since I was totally numb, she was able to be very precise about her placement. I had some bruising, but I went to the office and she zapped the bruises with an IPL laser and then they disappeared more rapidly. I covered them with makeup and no one seemed to notice. Two weeks later I had a follow up appointment where Dr. Wix-Harris touched up my lips using a cannula. Even though I was not numb, this did not hurt at all. It felt “weird”, but there was no pain!
