I was referred to Dr Janet M Neigel by my eye doctor for Upper Eyelid Surgery... From the first day I walked into the Neigel Center.. I was treated with a professional caring staff from everyone. On the day of my surgery... The nurses, anesthesiologist, and Dr Neigel were amazing.. With me every step of the way... For years, I was unhappy with the bags under my eyes, but never took action until I met Dr. Neigel, who is experienced and competent. I was pleased with all the processes involved and with my results.

Dr. Neigel repaired my eyelids with amazing results. She and her staff were very welcoming, supportive and expert in every way. The procedure was fast, painless and the outcome was far better than I had hoped.

When I met Dr Neigel for the first time, I was immediately comfortable. She has a calm, confident, upbeat, humorous personality and ability to be straightforward in delivering her best advice. I never felt that she was 'selling' me something I did not need and her competence is obvious. I had FX Laser resurfacing of my face and several things addressed with my eyes (bags removed, tear duct issue addressed, etc). I left after the procedure with zero pain, swollen but very comfortable, She asked to see me the next day which was perfect because I had swelled up overnight and she put me on a short term steroid which addressed that immediately. Throughout she let me know that I could call at any time if I needed to... which I didn't. In 5 days my skin looked amazing but still pink. Today is 2 weeks and 1 day after the procedure and I feel like she performed a medical miracle. The eyes are still healing but my skin is nothing short of amazing. Upper lids are tight and my skin is flawless and smooth. I completely trust her to monitor and do whatever it takes to make my eyes as perfectly gorgeous as she's made my skin.

In the past I have let other doctors inject my face . But now Dr Neigel is the only one that I will trust with my face . As a fitness enthusiast and innovator, after 35 years of working out, I can keep my butt firm and my stomach flat but I cannot keep my facial game tight. Dr. Neigel fixed that problem. When you call and you're put on hold, listen to the recorded message because everything it says about her qualifications and expertise is truth. I had a problem of my eyelids drooping to the point that they actually pushed my eyelashes into my eyes at times. Dr. Neigel operated and resolved my problem reducing the eyelids and slightly raising my brow. She was meticulous in insuring she didn't remove too much eyelid that the operation was noticeable or I would have a problem closing my eyes. I was very nervous selecting a doctor to operate by my eyes after all the horror stories I read but Dr. Neigel proved to be an excellent choice

Dr Neigel is a very good Doctor she is nice she did a big change to my face with some treatments She has a good gentle hand to do it and I recommended her as one of the best Doctors in the area Thanks Dr Neigel, The new office is nice and the location, very easy to find it hope Dr Neigel stays doing business many more years> She did also a procedure in my both eyes and was good and did not take long I went home the same day.
