After having children I decided I wanted to get a breast augmentation to improve my appearance. A friend had recommended Dr. Herbstman to me so I booked a consultation. When I went to the office the first time I felt welcome, comfortable and was really impressed by the whole staff. I was so appreciative of the detail and time Dr. Herbstman gave in explaining the procedure and in answering all of my questions. After my surgery I was really surprised at how easy my recovery was and I clearly owe that to Dr. Herbstman’s expertise. He is warm, professional, funny, and most importantly- a very talented cosmetic surgeon. I am very happy with my results and I would highly recommend Dr. Herbstman to anyone looking to have a breast augmentation. He is wonderful!

I had a bilateral breast augmentation (breast implants) performed early last month. Due to my own conflicting schedule, I booked my surgery much later than I wanted to. However, the staff was incredibly accommodating in that regard. From my first consultation, Dr. Herbstman and his staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. Dr. Herbstman talked me through all of the things he would perform if I so choose to have the surgery. He was never pushy, or judgmental about any of my questions. I wanted a more conservative look (going from an A cup to a C cup respectfully; and we agreed on a more natural feel; Cohesive Gel AKA Gummy Bear Implants) and Dr. Herbstman absolutely nailed that for me. He was clear about the surgery, up to the second I was in the operating room. I woke up with minimal pain, thanks to the pre-surgery regimen he had outlined for me. Dr. Herbstman called the evening of my surgery day to ask how I was feeling and if I had any other questions. My pain remained minimal for the entire recovery, and I only used tylenol to dull some of the aches from the incision. Everyone who knows I had surgery all agree that my enhancement looks incredibly natural. I have never loved the skin I was in until recently. I would and have recommended Dr. Herbstman to all of my friends and family, and I cannot thank him and his staff enough for all of their help.

Dr. Herbstman and staff are caring, talented, kind and professional. At 62, I had a facelift, brow lift, filler and chemical peel and am delighted with the results and care I received. My husband and a friend of ours used him over 10 years ago and feel the same. The doctor was personally available for any questions 24/7, even on a Sunday. His staff are highly professional and their advice contributed to a quick and surprisingly easy healing. I look 10, maybe 20, years younger. You're in good hands.

After having four children, I made a very personal decision to have labiaplasty surgery. For me it was to restore confidence and be less self-conscious about my body. Dr. Herbstman has a wonderful disposition and takes the time to address any concerns. Following my consultation, he sent me home with homeopathic remedies to start a week prior to my surgery to reduce swelling and bruising. On the day of my surgery, he and his office staff made me feel that mine was the most important appointment that day. After receiving a local anesthetic, he made me feel extremely comfortable during the procedure explaining what he was doing and the results I could expect. The surgery itself was virtually painless and took about an hour. Vicky, his surgical tech was unbelievably helpful and attentive to me. Post-op care was minimal and consisted of bacitracin ointment and using ice packs. I was back to light work in 5 days. It's been 5 weeks since my surgery and the results are amazing. I couldn't be more pleased and only wished I had done it sooner. I highly recommend Contemporary Plastic Surgery for any procedure you are thinking of having. I would only go to Dr. Herbstman and his team for any future surgeries I may have.

This was the second time I’ve come to Dr. Herbstman for plastic surgery because I was so happy with the first surgery. Once again I can’t praise he and his staff! I am thrilled with how easy the recovery was with the results!

I suffered from Gynecomastia as long as I can remember. I never took my shirt off. I finally decided after being at a family swimming party and everyone was swimming and having fun and asking me to come in that I needed to do something about my problem. Losing weight or working out actually made it worse, that’s when I decided to start researching doctors to have the problem corrected.

I am a small person (5'2", 92 lbs) and I missed the volume in my breasts after having 2 kids (ages 19 months and 5 months). Though my pre-surgery boobs were not droopy, they were very deflated and I was barely an A cup. At my sizing appointment, I was torn between 350cc Naturelle high profile silicone implants and 325cc. Because of my size, the Dr. Herbtsman said he would try the 350 the day of surgery and if it looked funny and "too much", he would use 325cc instead. I just had my surgery yesterday and we went with 325cc. Pain so far is not too terrible. Immediately after surgery I felt fine because he injected medication inside before closing the incisions. This morning there was so much tightness and pressure, but I have been taking the muscle relaxer and Tylenol instead of the prescribed narcotics. So far there's not too much swelling and I'm loving the boobs! Can't wait to see them for real tomorrow when I am able to shower.

I went to Dr.H 2 years ago because stomach had been stretched out from having 4 children and never went back into place. I am 5'6 and weigh 120lbs my belly never matched the rest of body I felt great about my weight but had this hanging skin. What doctor H. Did for me was truly amazing the first time I saw my new stomach I cried, I haven't seen myself look like this since before children. Two years later I went back for a breast lift with a removal of my old implants (which he did not do) and he put in new ones. I am 4 weeks out of surgery and once again I am truly amazed. They look fabulous and I feel fabulous, he is a true artist . Dr. Herbsman is a great dr with an amazing staff and I would recommending him highly.
