I'd been considering getting a breast augmentation since about 2016. Over the years I've been to a few consults, but never really felt like the surgeons were a good fit. When I went to Dr. Wilson's office for my first consult, I knew he was going to be my surgeon. He and his staff spent a lot of time going over the procedure with me, explaining everything from how implants and their placements have changed over the years to after care. I came in with a lot of questions and their team was happy to answer them all. One thing I really appreciated about Dr. Wilson was his candid answers - previous surgeons tended to only sugar coat things and tell me what they thought I'd want to hear, while Dr. Wilson was genuinely honest with me about everything. Due to health reasons I put the surgery off for about 8 months (March 2022). The recovery was honestly way easier than I expected. I did have two small problems that his team was able to help fix super quick (just required some extra meds). I felt like if anything came up his team was always super willing to help me. I'm now 3 months post surgery and love my results. Trust them when they tell you to trust the process - they look super weird at first, but once they settle they look great. You also can't really see the scars unless you really try and look for them. While the cost was high (about 7k including hospital fees), it was worth every penny. I appreciated that the cost also included all follow up visits, garments to wear home, and (if you want) 3 complimentary BBL sessions to reduce the appearance of scarring. Genuinely, my only regret is not finding Dr. Wilson ages ago and getting the surgery then. If I ever want another procedure I know for sure that I'd go to Dr. Wilson.

I thought I'd share my experience getting a phenol peel with Dr Wilson's practice. I had been bothered for some time with the sagging and smoker's lines around my mouth. Although I don't smoke, I have these deep peri-oral wrinkles. I met with Dr Wilson and we discussed varios options. the phenol peel seemed to be the most promising. He made sure that I was aware this wasn't something for sissies (my word not his) and that I understood that I'd be more or less homebound for 2 weeks. I booked the appointment for a few months later in September. Tracy came in and got me on a skin regime to get my skin ready. Over the next few months I started to get more and more nervous and even moved the appointment back a few times into October. I met with Tracy about a month before to get my skin in shape. She gave me a microplanning and some time under a special light. It was very soothing! She also made me feel less anxious about the whole thing as she'd had the same procedure. She's really awesome! Then Dr. Wilson and his nurse walked me through the medication regime for the day before and the week or so after. The night before I was scheduled, I didn't sleep a wink!. My husband dropped me off at the office first thing in the morning and the medications I'd taken an hour earlier made me calm and sleepy. I didn't feel a thing. The numbing shot was actually worse than the peel itself. Hubby picked me up and I went straight home to bed. Day one was a blur. I took my pain pills and sometimes had to take them a little earlier than prescribed. It HURT! My face was on fire. But once the pills kicked in I was fine and just slept a lot. I put clean paper towels soaked in ice water on my face. They were so soothing. Day 2: I woke up with zero pain. I swear there was no pain at all. I greased up with hydra-balm and felt fine. The only downside was that I could not see. Both of my eyes were so swollen that I couldn’t see to do anything like reading, sewing and cooking which is what I’d kind of planned to do during this down time. So today was a bit boring. I watched a little TV and rested. Tracy called and didn’t seem concerned about the blisters on my eyes or on my chin.

Dr. Wilson did my breast lift and augmentation so of course I went to him for a tummy tuck consultation. We was just great. Made me feel right at home and gave me a lot of information about the process. I look forward to booking my surgery soon.

Dr. Wilson and his staff are top notch! If you are new to the industry look no further. I have never had my lips injected (filler) or Botox done and I can say I’m absolutely ecstatic with my results! The environment is calming and relaxing. I’ll definitely be seeing them in the future.

Dr Wilson is a perfectionist and it shows in his work! He is not only a talented surgeon but a compassionate and humble person. His staff is excellent and only makes the experience that much greater. After 4 visits I’m down 9lbs and my abs have never looks so definitive. I was skeptical at first only 30 mins twice a week for two weeks sounded to good to be true but this machine really does work. Dr. Wilson started his own practice in Portsmouth this summer. He has a great staff!! He’s done a very natural lip enhancement with Volbella as well as Botox on me. I love my lips!!! They are perfect-I asked for a look that was not over the top and they are exactly what I wanted. I’ve already booked other treatments as well as a surgery for the near future. I’m so happy he is here in Portsmouth-we needed a surgeon that is current and up to date on the latest techniques and technology. He is caring, listens, answers questions, is professional and friendly. I also happen to be a nurse in surgical services at the hospital where he operates. His reputation there is outstanding. He is kind and talented-really an artist. From both a professional and personal viewpoint I trust him completely and would highly recommend him over any other surgeon or medi spa.

Dr. Wilson is always a pleasure. In my opinion he is a true artist. Anything I have had done always looks 100% natural, never over done. You leave looking younger and refreshed but no one would ever suspect that you had anything done.
