He is the Best! - Nashua, NH

I had surgery with Dr. C last October (2010).  I had prior surgeries that left my nose disfigured and I was unable to breath through my nose. He is not the cheapest guy out there, but if you want things done right, it will be the best money that you ever spend.

Skilled, Knowledgable and Professional Plastic Surgeon - Nashua, NH

I chose to have a rhinoplasty procedure because I was uncomfortable with the size and shape of my nose.

Rhinoplasty - Nashua, NH

I had two prior surgeries (20 yrs ago) and did not use any extra cartilage (from my ear) for grafts so without enough support, it became crooked and droopy, and I lacked enough of a tip. Dr. C gave me a full (in a good way) nose with a new tip, that is in the middle of my face.  It had been crooked and droopy, and it was not prominent enough at the top of the bridge. I need a more...

Happy in Maine - Nashua, NH

I was born with a cleft lip. I thought that the way I looked was the way I was gonna look for the rest of my life. I broke my nose a year ago and met Dr. C, it was the best thing that ever happened to me. The results were phenominal. for the first time in my life I feel like I look normal and I look amazing. Thank you Dr. C for completely changing my life. You are absolutley amazing.

A Plastic Surgeon You Can Trust! - Nashua, NH

After a bad fall that smashed my airway, I needed septoplasty and also opted for rhinoplasty to fix the cosmetic damage that resulted as well. My advice to anyone undergoing this type of procedure- do not be afraid to ask questions, read everything provided to you - instructions, advice, limitations, expectations this will help you be mentally prepared for everything. MOST IMPORTANTLY- BE...

Dr. Constantian Saved My Life - Nashua, NH

When I first came to Dr. Constantian I presented with a completely collapsed, deformed nose, with horrible deep red raised scarring on the tip and also outside scarring all over my nose, with a large slit in my skin. I felt hopeless and did not think anything could be done. I previously had a rhinoplasty at age 16 for a broken nose and deviated septum. There was not an aesthetic...

If You Want the Best, Go to the Best - Nashua, NH

And yet, when it came time to get my cast off, I was a wreck. Hysterical, stressed to the point of shaking....I worried that I'd look different (though technically the point, those who want subtle change will understand what I mean when I say I wanted to look exactly the same, but better) and that the work would be obvious and...well...rhinoplast-y. When the cast came off and I looked in the...

Simply the Best. - Nashua, NH

Prior to consulting with Dr. Constantian I had suffered through four major failed rhinoplasties and numerous minor procedures which all fell short in some way. During my initial surgery at a teaching hospital in Philadelphia in 1976 all of the cartilage on the right side of my nose was stripped out of my nose. There were three major surgeries after that in which supramesh and ear cartilage...
