Amazing. He took away all of my pain in my neck and back. I had breast reduction and then scar tissue taken from my lip after a major accident. He was caring and his surgical scheduler took care of all of my insurance paying for the procedure. Before the surgery, he told me that I would be his only concern for the time of the surgery. It comforted me greatly.

Dr. Feins and his staff were kind and attentive throughout. Dr. Feins personally responded within 20 minutes of my calling outside of business hours. It has been a little over the months since my surgery and I could not be happier with the results.

One week post op from a Mastopexy & I am 100% IN LOVE with my new shape!! Dr. Feins and his entire office staff are so nice and very quick to help. I had my consult May 21st, and surgery was done June 8th! Dr. Feins listened to my wishes, any concerns I had and the execution was perfect!! Dr. Feins was very kind and friendly. He explained my options and made sure I understood what would happen and what to expect. My recovery was great and fairly quick. I didn’t need much of the pain meds. My scars look really good now too.

Dr. Feins is exceptional. He was patient, kind, courteous, professional and skillful. I am a repeat patient of Dr. Feins having had a successful breast reduction in the past to now enhancing other parts of my body where time and multiple c-sections have left its undesirable mark. The literature tells you to have realistic expectations however I was extremely satisfied with my results to include recovery as its only been 3 weeks and I feel and look amazing! No amount of exercising was going to get rid of my kangaroo pouch, from having multiple c-sections, or the bat wing arms I inherited from my mother, and the decision to undergo plastic surgery was not taken lightly and the decision was made easier knowing I would be under Dr. Feins care. My experience with Dr.Feins was better than I could have expected. Dr.Feins and his staff are friendly and courteous and very professional. I never felt rushed during my consultation and I feel as though Dr.Feins specifically tailored my procedure to what he felt was going to work best for me. I recently lost 100lbs and my lower tummy has a fair amount of lose skin (mothers apron). I went to Dr. Feins for a breast reduction 2016. From the very first call from his office to my last appointment I could not have asked for a better doctor and complete staff. I was very nerves the first time going in and as soon as he started talking I relaxed. My Husband was with me for all appointments and never once did they make him excluded from the process. When surgery day came along Dr.Feins made me feel 100% confident in the whole thing. He told me on surgery day that I was the only person that mattered. Throughout the healing process the first few weeks everything is changing and new. Whenever I felt the need to have a question answered I didn't hesitate to call. They assured me Husband and I that calling is perfectly fine. They returned phone calls within minutes. I even sent pictures to Kerri and her and Dr.Feins assured us that things were fine. On Christmas afternoon I called the office and they directed the call to Dr.Feins. Within about 15-20 minutes he called me as he was getting off his plane. Dr. Feins performed a bilateral breast reduction for me in September 2016. From the time I went in for an initial consultation until my 3 month follow up today, I have always been treated with the utmost respect. I never waited more than 5 minutes to be taken back and probably never more than 3 to be seen once in a room. All my concerns were treated as important. I would recommend Dr. Feins to anyone looking for medically needed or elective plastic surgery. I am thrilled with my results, I went from a J cup to a D cup and I would definitely go to Dr Feins again for any future work.
