Amazing experience! I had a lip lift done 13 days ago. It’s healing very nicely and you can’t even see the scar, it’s just red and flaky for now (sutures were removed 5 days ago). Dr Dahan has a wonderful bedside manner. He’s super attentive and friendly and didn’t push for more than what I asked for. He answered all my questions and was so nice. He’s funny and easygoing, not a big ego like I’ve heard of other plastic surgeons. He fixed my uneven right upper lip I can’t be happier!

I had breast augmentation in 2007 Dr. Dahan did such an amazing job!! Very happy with my results. I didn’t come out of surgery with larger implants like some plastic surgeons choose to do! Fast forward to October 2023 I made the decision to EXplant with a lift. Let me tell you this… Dr Dahan is such a perfectionist when it comes to his incisions!!! Beautiful results. In fact I recently had a routine breast ultrasound performed and the technician asked who my surgeon was. She said “He did a really nice job” I highly, highly recommend Dr Dahan for all your cosmetic desires! You will be in good hands! And his Employees are all very nice, helpful and seem genuinely happy to work there. I love that his surgery center is in house as hospitals make me queasy. A+ all around

A few years ago, I was assaulted and as a result of the assault, my nose was broken and misaligned. Dr. Dahan not only fixed my nose, but I came out with an even straighter nose than before the assault. Dr. Dahan also provided post-treatment care, and he ensured that I was able to return to University to complete my Bachelor’s degree. Dr. Dahan offers superior service, the highest levels of patient care, and I would recommend anyone in need of his services to schedule with him right away.

I am 7 weeks after breast augmentation with a lift done by Dr. Dahan. I couldn’t be happier! I am writing this review not only to compliment Dr. Dahan but to encourage older ladies to consider the procedure. He and his staff are outstanding and made the process as comfortable as can be expected. I am 59, active, and in good health. I recently had joint replacement surgery after an accident so was feeling great and wanted to kick start getting back into better shape. I have been married to my husband for 32 years. We haven’t had any problems with intimacy, but I was interested in having firmer fuller breasts and he wasn’t opposed to the idea. I am 5’9”, 160 lbs, and went with a solid C size which Dr. Dahan determined required 280cc silicone implants. At first, the swelling was a little awkward, but they are settling into a nice shape and size.  Again, I couldn’t be happier, and the added “youth” of my breasts has only motivated me more to keep working towards better fitness. And my husband, well it has been pretty funny to watch him get all stupid again over the girls and defiantly reenergized our sex life!

Growing up I’ve always wanted larger breasts and was not blessed with them and as I got older I stayed in a small B cup. Once I looked into breast augmentation I knew I wanted to reach out to Dr.Dahan based on his reviews and experience. He did not disappoint. His staff is absolutely amazing and they make you feel so comfortable. They know you by first name and the day after my surgery all asked how I was doing. Dr. Dahan made a scary process comfortable by letting me ask all of my questions and with the recent Breast implant Illness going on with FDA, he explained what was going on and that he currently is not using the company in questions implants for that reason. He doesn’t try to convince you to do the procedure he just lays out your options and that’s what I love the most. If you’re thinking of going to him, DO IT. You will not be disappointed. I’m 3 full days post op now and my pain is minimal and I have minimal bruising. I’m so happy I trusted him to take care of me.

i went in for surgery for a septorhinoplasty to fix a deviated septum and to fix aesthetic issues I had with my nose. I had gone to multiple doctors for consultations and it wasn't until I met with Dr. Dahan that I knew I found my doctor. He was very informative, listened to my desired results, and had the best beside manners of all the doctors I met with. I felt he was the most qualified to give me my best results. The entire staff was friendly welcoming. He made me feel comfortable on day of surgery and answered all my calls. I was able to go the office on days I didn't have an appointment and he saw me right away. I will be recommending Dr. Dahan to family and friends and coming back for any cosmetic procedures in the future. If I could give him 100 stars I would.

Dr. Phillip Dahan MD, FACS of Reno, NV did my breast augmentation surgery. Dr. Dahan and his staff are absolutely amazing. He is compassionate, funny and makes you feel comfortable immediately. A couple times I had a bit of a wait, but I realized he takes all of the time necessary to completely explain the procedure and address any concerns or fears you may have. I left his office feeling very confident that I was in good and safe hands. The office staff are so friendly and they make you feel as if you are visiting with a friend vs doing something clinical, embarrassing or scary. (I was really nervous!). I had breast augmentation from AA to a full B cup and he also removed several cyst like lesions that were right in the middle of my chest. Everything turned out so much better than I could have ever imagined! With the cysts I would have been happy with scars, at least for them to just lay flat because they were so red, inflamed and looked like large white heads basically. I was so embarrassed by them. I do not have any scars at all from the removal and the incision sites from the breast implants are so faint they are not noticeable. I could not be happier, I have so much more confidence, the size and shape are perfectly proportioned for my body type. I have never been happy with my breasts, it wasn’t so much the size, but the shape and I felt that my nipples were too large for my breast size. I could never fill a cup, there was always a gap up top. Now I have fullness without looking fake and my nipples look smaller just because they are in proportion with the breast size. I would definitely get the scar cream that he recommends, it is a small price to pay for the amazing results. I believe it made a world of difference. The only thing I would recommend for small framed women, is to bring your own tight sports bra. I thought that the one provided was loose on my body and the trial breasts seemed saggy. It was hard for me to choose the size because of that, but I still feel like after much consideration I chose the perfect size. I really wish I wouldn’t have waited so long to do this surgery, the results are amazing, and I had no idea that it would make me feel so much better about myself. I am no longer self-conscious in the bedroom and it had made things more enjoyable because I am not worrying about how my breasts look. Thank you Dr. Dahan, you’re amazing!!!!

I was 67 years old, back in late September, when I went for my consult with Dr. Dahan. I have had him do a tummy tuck and facelift 11 years ago and the results were stellar. I knew he would be the best fit for me, especially with my age, for this procedure. My husband and I are quite active and I was really hating my saggy boobs. I was even a little embarrassed at my age to consult on the procedure but knew I could go see Dr. Dahan and ther would be no judging! He immediately put me at ease and made me feel confident that he could get me the results I was looking for. We settled on a lollipop lift with mentor 450cc high profile implants. He also advised me to have liposculpture on the anterior axillary folds and lateral chest to remove the under arm folds and give my new breasts better definition. So glad I took that advice. Dr. Dahan is a true artist. I am currently 17 days out from surgery and things are shaping up so much better than I expected. The first couple days were scary I will admit. When he took those bandages off the next day I looked like I had Frankenstein boobs but he reassured me that you have to start with that squared off look to get the nice rounded boobs I was aiming for. Now I can see that process happening a little more everyday. They are starting to drop and soften a little more each day. I won’t kid you, it was painful but bearable. I think having the lipo at the same time added to the pain, as well as the swelling which is still coming down, but nothing so much the pain meds could not handle. I was off of those by day 4 and taking just a muscle relaxer and ibuprofen after that. I am super happy that I went through with it and I definitely don’t have boob greed, we picked the right size! I will post a few pics to compare. Some are pre-op and then at one week and then 2 week mark so you can see the progression. I am well on my way to my wish pics! Updated on 1 Feb 2019: Forgot my before pics! So this is where I started! Now that I see them I’m even more happy I made the decision. If my husband ever tries to complain about the expense (though he hasn’t so far) having these before and after pics should be quite effective. I am feeling better every day. My most discomfort is in the evenings and it is really from the liposculpture I think. I tend to swell a little more at night and the skin is quite sensitive. Speaking of sensitivity, my nipples lost none of their sensitivity! I am so pleased. I tell you, Dr. Dahan is the best!

After my Experience with Dr. Dahan, all I can say is that I am left In awe. I always had a minor insecurity about my breast size.. after having my beautiful children and losing 100 lbs. , that minor insecurity became a major one in my books. if it wasn't for Advanced aesthetics' welcoming staff and Dr. Dahan's dedication to understand my insecurities, I don't think I would have had the experience that I had. He took the time to listen to me, taking notes on what I was looking for and accomplishing it. He has earned my respect as well as my Admiration. I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat! I just want to thank him and his staff once again for giving me such a wonderful experience. I am VERY satisfied with the result.

I had weight loss surgery in December 2016. My high weight was 308lbs. I am now 127lbs. Going from a 44DDD to a 34A. I was left with extreme sagging and deflated breasts. I am now measuring at a 34G and LOVING my results! I had a vertical breast lift with 600cc Natrelle silicone gel implants placed under the muscle. Dr Dahan is amazing. He answered all of my questions and helped me select the perfect size implants for my build. His staff are all very professional and made me feel very comfortable. Dr Dahan does not hesitate to keep in touch via phone calls, email and urgent-care follow up appointments should you have any concerns come up. The financial portion was explained clearly to me and Ashley made the whole process simple. I just had my 1 month follow up, and I am now hinting at going back to see him for a tummy tuck next year. The change is extremely dramatic and I am so in love! Still sleeping propped upright but I feel like it has helped with my rapid drop!
