100% happy I did it - the money is well worth the results

I did a lot of research before handing over my trust to Dr. Schlessinger and I am 100% happy that I did! I was extremely nervous to spend the money and not be satisfied, but the money is well worth the results. I recommend Dr. Schlessinger to anyone who is looking for any help regarding skin concerns, or any cosmetic questions or procedures (this is only to name a few of the many services...

VIP treatment, VIP results - I am thrilled with the Botox and fillers

I was beyond impressed by Dr. Schlessinger and his staff. I was treated beautifully. All of my areas of concern were addressed. Dr. Schlessinger was very attentive to my requests. I am thrilled with the Botox and fillers he injected into problem areas of my face. After about a week, my face looks better than I had hoped. The results are natural and beautiful . Experience As Awesome As the Results

Firstly, Dr. Schlessinger's staff is incredible. Kristen was friendly, attentive and explained things very clearly. Dr. Schlessinger is down to earth and made me feel very comfortable. He was candid and expert in his knowledge of procedures. In all, I visited his office 5 times to complete my assessment/treatments, and I found each visit to be as good as the last. My results were amazing. I...

I have had nothing but wonderful experience each time! All of the staff are very knowledgeable! I’m very happy with all my results I’ve had from getting chemical peels, facials, Botox and fillers! I also enjoy all the different products the office, spa and Lovely Skin store has and trying different samples.

There is no better eye cream

I've been using the original Neocutis Lumiere eye cream for many, many years. Although I've received samples of other eye creams from what seems like a hundred other companies, I always come back to the Lumiere because it visibly works. If I put it on at night, I look wide awake and refreshed in the morning, and I admit that I sometimes even put it on in the morning because it seems to have an...

Q: Would you recommend, Kybella or Coolsculpting for my chin? (Photos)
Answered by Dr. SchlessingerApril 13, 2022

A: As with any cosmetic procedure, realistic expectations should be the first and foremost consideration. We all love the idea of improving ourselves, but if your expectations simply can't be achieved, it leads to disappointment and frustration. In your case, the chin area looks great as it is. Yes, if you move your chin and 'crumple' the area, you will see some excess areas that look like fat, but there really isn't any amount of fat there. In situations like this, I would just work on this with things like NuFace (electric stimulation) and wait as there may be a time when Kybella is a reasonable thought. Right now, I think it (or any other surgical treatment) wouldn't result in any significant improvement and could even lead to a worsening of the area. Best luck!

Q: Tattoo Removal (huge blackwork tat) could I achieve perfect removal? (photos)
Answered by Dr. SchlessingerDecember 18, 2017

A: Tattoos are difficult if there is significant amounts of ink and this one seems to have quite a bit.  While removal is definitely possible, there will likely be some tattoo left whatever the case.  And it will require multiple sessions that are challenging and costly.  Having said that, there is no reason not to try, but it won't be perfect.  Best wishes!

Q: Can I use Latisse if I have inflammation of the kidneys?
Answered by Dr. SchlessingerDecember 18, 2017

A: Latisse is a very safe drug and is used in many older individuals as it is a treatment for glaucoma.  In your case it should be fine!  Good luck!

Q: Unhappy with under eye bags, small lips, and double chin. Advice on what you would do for my face with filler? (photos)
Answered by Dr. SchlessingerDecember 18, 2017

A: Kybella is a good alternative to liposuction while CoolSculpting is good in certain situations as well.  You would be best to see a dermatologist to see if these are options for you and they can feel the area and see if your anatomy is better for one or the other.  Good luck!

Q: I've had 3 laser treatments and I'm planning on going on vacation to the beach. Is it safe to swim in the ocean?
Answered by Dr. SchlessingerDecember 18, 2017

A: If you have had lasers the question isn't whether you can go in the ocean as much as in the sun or not.  Lasers are very different from procedure to procedure and some need careful and strict after care.  It is best to ask your doctor what they think as they will know.
