No More Bags! - Creve Coeur, MO

I have always suffered from a tired look, mainly due to the bags on my lower eyelids and very droopy upper eyelids. As years have gone on, things have only gotten worse! I did a lot of reseach on physicians in the area and decided to schedule a consult with Dr. Couch. I knew as soon as I met him, he was going to be the doctor to do my surgery. He was so friendly and comforting. We decided for...

Acne Scars - Saint Louis, MO

Chemical Peel was not an option along with laser treatment due to my pigmentation, olive. Results visible in a couple of days after swelling subsided! Much smoother appearance!!Results were phenomenal, might have to go for second treatment since some are older, deeper scars. Loved how he took the time and explained the procedure thoroughly, answering all of my questions.

Plump Lips! - Saint Louis, MO

Dr. Couch did an exceptional job on my lips. There was very little pain and him and his team were nothing but professional. I am highly satisfied with how my lips turned out. My upper lip was more of the problem but they are perfect now. I would definetely recommend Dr. Couch and will certainly be seeing him again.

Best Botox Experience... Would Absolutely Recommend - Saint Louis, MO

Dr. Couch was recommended to me by a friend, who was extremely happy with the botox treatments he had done for her. I discussed with him what I wanted, and he took the time to listen to that and give me his expert opinion on what he thought would be best for me. He was very honest about what he thought I needed, rather than letting me spend money on things I didn't need. In doing a little...

Old and Tired Looking 55 Year Old Woman Needing Eye Opening Experience - Saint Louis, MO

55 year old woman with big bags under my eyes, brows that hung over my eyelids, and crows feet. Wanted something that would take a few years off my face. Chose Dr. Couch because as an oculoplastic surgeon, eyes were his specialty. His suggestions: upper and lower blepharoplasty, brow lift, and laser. There was no hard sell on any procedure, which I was impressed with. Dr. Couch explained...

CosmeticPatient - Saint Louis, MO

Amazing, caring, thoughtful physician. Dr. Couch took the time to listen to what I wanted and needed. He made sure he understood exactly what I was looking for and made sure he achieved it. I have sent all of my friends and family to see him, and they love him just as much as I did. We could not say more wonderful things about this doctor!

Upper Eyelid Blepharoplasty - Saint Louis, MO

Dr. Couch performed a cosmetic upper eyelid blepharoplasty on me in the office. He offered me light oral sedation and provided an incredibly comforting and wonderful service. He is a confident, young and unbelievably talented surgeon. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering eyelid surgery in St. Louis.
