Are you a patient of Steven Couch, MD, FACS?
I have always suffered from a tired look, mainly due to the bags on my lower eyelids and very droopy upper eyelids. As years have gone on, things have only gotten worse! I did a lot of reseach on physicians in the area and decided to schedule a consult with Dr. Couch. I knew as soon as I met him, he was going to be the doctor to do my surgery. He was so friendly and comforting. We decided for...

Great demeanor and did not rush one bit. Went over everything in detail and reassurance from him was comforting. Will highly recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Couch was recommended to me by a friend, who was extremely happy with the botox treatments he had done for her. I discussed with him what I wanted, and he took the time to listen to that and give me his expert opinion on what he thought would be best for me. He was very honest about what he thought I needed, rather than letting me spend money on things I didn't need. In doing a little...

I am a registered nurse, so I did my research before choosing my doctor. When I came across the name of Dr. Steven Couch, MD, I first looked at his credentials. Hmmm, he graduated at the top of his medical school class, did his residency at Mayo Clinic, and fellowship at Washington University. Wow, I wanted to take a closer look at this guy. I made my appointment, went in, and was immediately impressed. Dr. Couch was courteous, attentive, very professional AND he was young looking and handsome! That to me, was a bonus! He made a few recommendations, but at no time did I feel pressured to do something more than what I wanted. I liked that! We decided that what I needed was a brow lift, upper & lower blepharoplasty, and some laser around my eyes. The morning of the surgery, I was given an oral sedative to relax me. Dr. Couch was very good at handling my anxiety. I found his demeanor very comforting. The surgery went off without a hitch. It was relatively painless, with probably the worst part being the laser which felt like a pretty good sunburn. Recuperation was a very short time, and again was relatively painless. I followed all of Dr. Couch's care instructions to a tee and was thrilled with my final results! I look years younger, and I no longer have the bags under my eyes that made me look so tired. I look refreshed and wide awake! I highly recommend Dr. Couch because not only was a a wonderful, caring doctor, but he was a really nice person too!

Amazing, caring, thoughtful physician. Dr. Couch took the time to listen to what I wanted and needed. He made sure he understood exactly what I was looking for and made sure he achieved it. I have sent all of my friends and family to see him, and they love him just as much as I did. We could not say more wonderful things about this doctor!

Dr. Couch performed a cosmetic upper eyelid blepharoplasty on me in the office. He offered me light oral sedation and provided an incredibly comforting and wonderful service. He is a confident, young and unbelievably talented surgeon. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering eyelid surgery in St. Louis.
