Removal of Basel cell carcinoma was done in an extremely professional manner, everything was completely explained, step by step, and I was completely comfortable throughout the total procedure. My motivation to get the V-Beam laser treatment done was that I was born with a hemangioma birthmark on my abdomen. All my life I watched all the other teenage girls and college girls and other women in general prance confidently along the beach in their bikinis, I wanted to do that too! I found out about the V-Beam treatment just months ago and I wish I would have known about it a lot sooner! I am so happy I decided to get it done. It has greatly reduced in size and color and is almost gone! I am going to get one more procedure of it done because I am a perfectionist and can see just a little bit more of what I like to call remnants. The procedure for me was very quick and only had a little bit of sting associated with the laser (feels like to laser hair removal beam in my opinion). Following the weeks of the process the scars and bruising got worse (shedding and healing) but they started to get better. It took my body about 2 and a half weeks to fully heal. I would recommend this treatment for anyone who has a hemangioma birthmark that may think there is nothing that they can do, keep your head held high and don't give up because there is! Upon learning this I searched for local Derms with the Fraxel technology. After my first treatment with Dr. Behshad the results are amazing! I can't wait for the next one. I needed help with old acne scars, sun damage and big pores and no concealer or full coverage makeup I tried did the trick. Neither did multiple facials, peels or all sorts and every lotion and potion on the shelf. Had I save all the money spent on lower level interventions and products I would have paid for a year of Fraxel sessions. Once I met with Dr Behshad and she looked over all of my skin I was set at ease to know that they were fine. She did a biopsy just in case, and I was scared about the scarring because it was on my face but I was at ease to know that at least I would know if something was wrong. Everything ended up coming back okay and you cannot even tell she did anything! I do not have a scar or any problems. She was incredibly friendly and was not in any hurry to get me out of the office. She spent as much time with me as I needed and I liked that feeling of not just being another patient in the line. I would definitely recommend Dr Behshad to my friends and family!

At first I was a little scared in the removal of the mole due to the size and possible scaring. Dr Ramona Behshad made me feel at ease and very comfortable about the procedure. She was very uplifting and made sure everything was very clear to me. I have considered this for many years. After the procedure, I went back to the Dr after weeks to have the stitches removed. I was really worried about how it would look. I did not even want to view it after the nurse took the dressing off. Dr Behshad came into the womb and thanks me for taking such great care of the area so that made me feel better. I looked at the area and it looked amazing after only two weeks!
