Truly, one of the most interesting "reconstructive" surgeries anyone can ever have. In addition, I didn't know how painful liposuction was. I didn't even know I had much fat to take (thought I was skinny), but there was fat to take. I didn't realize how much pain there would be when waking up, but there was......but that is something that is part of having a surgery. I also didn't realize how much blood there would be. I didn't realize that many people don't choose lipo because 1) the pain and 2) possibly the skin not sticking right after fat suctions. I am doing good using the foams and compression garment. Although I didn't understand the compression foams and garment (etc), I found out quickly why I need them. I took off my garment + foams for about half a day about 2 days after surgery and there was lumpy things starting to form. I realized it was from not wearing the foam and garment. The ab board they said if its too tight, I don't have to wear it. I wear it sometimes, but it's too tight. I check on the lipo areas and see if the form itself is working and it is. There's alot going on with this butt surgery but I needed it. It hurt to sit on a flat butt, and I was highly fidgety and probably developing severe anxiety or ocd from the perceived bodily flaws I saw in myself. I will not be fidgeting with my clothes anymore nor will I be fidgeting with my butt area. I will be able to do something else more productive other than concentrating needless energy and frustration on my backside. I'm truly grateful. My pants looked sloppy anyway with a flat butt (but one of the more minor reasons). Doctor Towle was and did and amazing job. Very efficient and price was great. He's been in business in that office for a long time. I think he might retire soon, so if you want a good doctor to do you bbl, I would consider him. As soon as I got home, I happily threw away my butt pad (purchased Amazon for $20).

I do recommend Dr Towle at MIA, their prices are good and his work is good but don’t expect great bedside or wait times. Dr. Towles work is great but don’t expect to spend much time consulting with him. He’s very short. Wait times at MIA suck just to consult with the dr himself for maybe 5 mins max and that’s including preop and post op visit combined. I understand he is a very busy man so his staff mostly does all of the answering questions. &the staff at the office are all very nice and professional. I showed him two wish pics that were his own work and he didn’t promise me anything but said he would get me as close as possible. Which was fine. I wasn’t expecting perfection but so far I’m happy with the results I can see for now. I will post a before pic and after. Of course I’m still very swollen as I’m only 48hrs post op.. I will also update when I’m completely healed.<3 Updated on 26 May 2023: Day 8 post op update. I am feeling much better today. Still swollen and tender but my shape is coming in. Considering what I started with before this procedure; I am happy so far with my results. Thanks Dr. Towle. Updated on 17 Apr 2024: After a year everything has settled. I have one hip dip larger than the other. One cheek is larger than the other and I have an unusual lump on my abdomen that looks like excess fat that wasn’t lipo correctly. It also looks like my ribs were damaged in that same area probably due to rough lipo procedure. All of this caused a lot of weird lumps and bumps on my stomach. I got a lot of fibrosis or scar tissue on my stomach, even after following instructions and starting massages as soon as the day after my procedure. I had plenty of massages over the months hoping it would help. After a year this is my final result. Yes my shape is better now but I am very self conscious about my abdomen and the fact that one of my cheeks is larger than the other. I did mention this to Mia aesthetics when they followed up with me and at the time they simply just told me it was all normal. Well one year later I can tell you it wasn’t normal and I should’ve spoke up sooner. If I could go back before I had my procedure done I would go else where. I wouldn’t recommend this surgeon. Pay a little more else where for better results. I can’t even wear a bathing suit anymore because the way my stomach looks makes me so self conscious. I cover up my stomach. I wanted to feel better about myself in some ways I do but when I want to go out and show off my results in a bikini or even with my partner I instantly get very self conscious and uncomfortable. :(

I asked for minimal changes. I wanted my love handles lipo'd, my hip dips filled, and a natural projection in my butt. Dr. Towle did exactly that. He can only do as close to what you want as he is capable of, as everyone's body is different. I am three weeks post op and I can't stop staring at my body. My waist is so tiny, I have no fat in my stomach, love handles or bra line. My butt is nice and round and I am completely smoothed out. Updated on 24 Mar 2023: Mia Aesthetics is a terrible company in general. Lots of communication until they get your deposit, then it's hard to get in touch with anyone. The girls at the front desk are rude and dismissive. My surgery time was originally at 10:30am, I was called at 7am and asked to come in ASAP for surgery, and I waited in the freezing cold room with just a paper gown until NOON! I met with Dr. Towle briefly right before my surgery for him to make marks on my body. Once I woke up from anesthesia, within five minutes they made me get into a wheelchair (sitting directly on my butt, which we all know getting a BBL you aren't allowed to do for 3+ months) and I was wheeled out to my caretaker. That made me feel like I was just taking up space for the next person in line to get surgery. Dr. Towle definitely did exactly what I asked for. I wanted my hip dips filled in, my love handles smaller and smoothed out and just a little projection at the top of my butt. I was going for very natural. In the pics I'm posting, I'm 3 weeks post op and I'm pretty much healed, no swelling as far as I can see and very minimal bruising. I'm happy with my results. Not perfection but he did his best with what he was working with. Worth every penny to me. Updated on 30 Aug 2023: Happy with my subtle, yet extremely significant results. I did ask the doctor to give me a natural look. The initial plumpness has subsided and I seem to be at full potential with my results. No regrets at all.

I’m 4 months post op from a TT, MR, BL & BA (mommy makeover). The interaction with Dr. Towle is minimal but was great nonetheless. I told him what I wanted and I got exactly what I asked for. I already had 450cc salines for almost a decade and need them picked up and fuller. He did a donut lift and replaced my implants with 560cc silicone. I was a D cup but now I’m a much more perkier D. My tummy tuck looks great and any time I doubt that by thinking it could be tighter I just look at my before pictures. I had loose skin from losing 65 pounds so I’m happy to see that gone. I had a breast augmentation today in Las Vegas done by Dr Towle. He's somewhat intimidating but patient? Lol I am a local here. I actually dis contemplate leaving the city to get my breast done because I don't like any surgeons results for some reason out here but then I came accidentally Dr Towles work. I did my research and found out he IS board certified as a plastic surgeon and also in hand surgery for like 20+ years. I was impressed with his experience and pat medical capabilities in hand surgery because that's much more complicated and intricate then just doing breast. So I went into looking at some results he was giving out on Instagram @drtowle_mia and even though he mainly posts bbl out on the few BA results I fell in love with and just knew he was the surgeon fo me!!! So I thought it would be easier to stay in the city and book with Towle rather than go anywhere else. And Honestly I really like what I'm seeing so far. I understand it's to early to tell and I'm still fresh and very swollen. Regardless I can tell once it goes down I will have the perfect size breast I've been dreaming to have since I breast fed 11 years ago. I told him I wanted (a handful) haha and projection at the top to fix my indentations from having babies and breast feeding and from what I can tell so far I got just that! He's a great listener. I was a size A/B before and am now a size D. Tomorrow is my post opp appointment. I told him I wanted 475cc to 495cc so I will be finding out exactly what he placed in tomorrow and I also will be updating my recovery process. I love my experience and so happy after almost a decade of doing read that I went with Towle at Mia. Also this facility is really clean and the coordinators had top notch attitudes and made me feel even more comfortable being there. Thanks Doc for giving me my confidence back! Updated on 18 Jan 2023: Post opp appointment went well. The second day of pain is definitely way worse than the first.. Probably because the anesthesia wore off completely. The First day was just a whole lot of pressure on my chest it was very uncomfortable. Anyways he implanted under my boobs, he went under the muscle. I did get silicone so my incisions are longer than if you were to get saline. I haven’t seen my actual incisions themselves yet but from what I can tell they will lay perfectly in the fold of my underboobs. He told me he put 495cc’s in each breast and that I’m a D cup which honestly I’m so happy with this size. I am 5’2” 152 pounds I’m petite framed. This beast size makes my tummy look flatter, waist snatched, and my hips looks much wider. These boobs compliment my frame in ways I never thought they would. They’re extremely proportionate to my body 100% no regrets! I will be updating once my boobies have settled and healed completely because they’re still very high and swollen. Updated on 27 Sep 2023: It is now September I had my BA January of this year. I've been extremely patient with my body but unfortunately my left breast never dropped :'( I will be looking into revision options with Mia soon... Updated on 19 Oct 2023: Dr.Towle approved me for a revision! :) i only have to pay operating fees and for anesthesia. I will be going from under the muscle to over the muscle. I will update with pics after surgery ..

I am a little over 48 hours post op And I am loving my results! Dr. Towle was very professional and definitely comforted me before surgery and prepared me for what to expect. I wish there were more real reviews before doing the surgery so that's why I'm happy to provide any answers etc. I read reviews that said Mia didn't have the best post op massages so I went else where, she's amazing and spent a full hour with me. I'll be going to her for the next few days until we leave Vegas. My results are amazing! Updated on 29 Dec 2022: I have not taken a lot of pics yet as it’s winter so I’m in sweats most of the time I’m getting back into the gym but my stomach is on flat flat I’ll try and get some more for y’all soon.. I feel great my butt looks amazing I get so many compliments I am very happy with me results with Dr. Towle.

Had my surgery June 27th, this is the before. So far the experience with the doctor isn't bad. One thing I recommend is NOT getting your massages here. They're $80 each for 20 min tops. They re offered around town for a full hr $90. So far I don't see a difference because I'm very swollen but I'll post 1 week PO photos on Monday.

I had my surgery on October 8th with Dr Towle. I got to see the clinic and I noticed how clean it was i wasn't given a tour as there were other patients getting their procedures done as well so I was jus escorted to the various rooms in the back like the room to undress and take before and after photos and the bathroom to provide a sample.I seen Dr Towle briefly before my procedure I didn't have any wish photos but he started marking me up I explained to him what I wanted and he told me what he'd be able to achieve he was very straight to the point and precise. I'm currently 5 weeks post op I love my results.The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. it can get hectic trying to get in contact however they do respond promptly to their social media.; I love my results I feel so much better about myself and I feel like I can actually wear the clothes I've always wanted to wear. He gave me the booty I was supposed to be born with

So far I’m 12 days post op and loving the way I look! Dr. Towle delivered everything I asked for! He was informative, listened to every question and concern, and he was very caring and compassionate while still being realistic about all cosmetic surgery expectations. I had a BBL, lipo 360, and added upper back lipo. I had 3.6 liters of fat removed and 1600ccs injected in each cheek.

Dr.towle was very kind and an awesome dr. Surgery went perfect with very little scaring!!!.. I will recommend him to every one who is looking for precedures to be done! He made me feel whole again!Thank you Dr.Dana Towle
