Virender K. Singhal, MD

If you are thinking about having plastic surgery, I cannot recommend Dr. Singhal enough. My wife had wanted a breast lift and tummy tuck for a long time, and we decided while we were stationed here to get it done. Dr. Singhal has a 5-star rating for good reason: he is THAT good. We had the surgeries done separately within about two months of each other, totaling about a six month recovery period. The results of the surgery were fantastic; very limited scarring (none visible wearing clothes or bathing suits). However, the thing that puts Dr. Singhal over this top is his caring attitude and attentive nature. He and his wife, Shelley (who works w/ him), were available at any time to answer my wife's concerns. There were literally times where we felt like my wife was his only customer, which of course she was/is not, but they were always accommodating to our schedule for appointments & we had their cells #s! Dr. Singhal was worth every penny; don't think twice about selecting him!

Dr. Singhal and Shelly are an AMAZING team. Complete and total care given before surgery, with ALL pre-op instructions. Their Post-op care is above and beyond what doctors do for their patients. I never expected such wonderful care. Dr. Singhal provides his cell number to contact him directly, "what doctor does that". You can texted or call and you get a response back. When reading the reviews, I didn't really expect such OUTSTANDING care. Without a doubt they are the BEST!!!!

After 13 years of being to chicken to have my surgery Dr. Singhal helped put me at ease. He was so kind and calm in his explanation of everything. In the consultation he went over everything from before and after and what to expect. He gave me a realistic expectation of what to expect throughout the entire process. He and his nurse Shelly were both very respectful at all times and I never felt uncomfortable. The evening of surgery he texted me and my husband, then he called me the next day to check my pain level. They even saw me for my first follow up visit on a holiday. I had a few issues and he texted me throughout the process to make sure I was ok. I truly felt they cared about how I was and about my outcome. Experience, expertise and calm demeanor are not all found in one physicians. Dr. Singhal is the exception. Thank you Dr. Singhal!

After smoking for 7 years and added stress I noticed wrinkles popping up everywhere. It’s more noticeable because my mother who is in her fifties has hardly any wrinkles. At 28 I want to be confident about how I look and forget about the bad habits like smoking and drinking that I have since kicked. Updated on 2 May 2018: So as you can see I have a puffy face with swollen lips ( had fat put there) and not any bruising yet but little needle marks everywhere. Updated on 2 May 2018: Two days swelling isn’t too bad I’m still swollen not really bruised yet and have been using ice and arnica like crazy. Updated on 2 May 2018: This day the swelling went up bruises starting to show and just feel like “what have I turned myself into? “ I have heard days 1-4 are the worst so fingers crossed. Updated on 2 May 2018: Swelling was up bruising up could barely smile it’s tough. Updated on 2 May 2018: Looks similar to day 4 swelling in lips being stubborn really want to be able to eat easier. Updated on 2 May 2018: Today I ventured to put on makeup and get out to the grocery store trying to avoid all eye contact feeling like I got in a fight with rocky. I survived but really hope my face looks less..... fat lol. Updated on 2 May 2018: Arnica gel really seems to help with swelling and the tablets with bruising. Don’t use oils if your face feels warm ( it will trap in more heat and increase swelling) use ice at least 15 minuets every hr days 1-4 and sleep with your head higher at night. If you have a sofa recliner that’s perfect or use several pillows. From what I have heard and read swelling is a it’s worst days 1-4 then bruising starts days 4-13. after 3-4 weeks you look normal. Updated on 3 May 2018: Swelling is going down painfully slow it seems. My bruising has not increased from day 5 and is less sore. My face and lips still appear swollen and full. Updated on 3 May 2018: I used some makeup to go out today and still feel awkward and puffy but not as bad with makeup on. I have a picture of the products I used. Updated on 4 May 2018: Swelling is going down and I can now feel under my eyes are sore so I’m careful not to press there. I’m wearing makeup and going out more now. Updated on 6 May 2018: Going out without too much thought of how I look now my face still feels a little sore and swollen but not too noticeable. Updated on 8 May 2018: Swelling is still decreasing bruises have almost completely healed. Updated on 11 May 2018: My face doesn’t feel sore anymore. Updated on 13 May 2018: My face is fuller and younger-looking! Updated on 2 Jun 2018: So happy m face looks so much fuller! Updated on 22 Jan 2019: I like the results, quite honestly it really didn’t make a great deal of difference, but I no longer spend $$$ on Botox and it looks better than when I received Botox so that in itself is worth it to me. Updated on 27 Aug 2019: I feel I’ve lost a good amount of volume but I’m wondering if it is due to a couple IPL treatments for hyperpigmentation from a new birth control(not taking anymore).Im Not sure but I’m still enjoying the results! Updated on 12 Nov 2019: Please if you are considering trying new birth control product be aware that this, like pregnancy, could cause your skin to become patchy and discolored. Also be aware photofacial treatments for discolored skin may cause loss of this facial fat like it did with me. So if you did happen to have too much fat transferred then laser treatments may be a quick solution? but If you are considering facial fat transfer definitely look at before and after photos of other patients. I am continuing to enjoy the results even though I’ve lost volume! Updated on 24 Jan 2022: Altogether worth it. I regret the photo facials but regardless retained enough fat to not need fillers so financially beneficial too! I don’t want to appear different I just wanted to appear like my healthy well-rested self. Although I didn’t retain much fat I think this fat transfer did help me with the under eye hallows I was so concerned about. No one want to appear tired, especially in their prime.

Very pleased with not only my results but also the kindness and accessibility of Dr. Singhal throughout the whole process. I would recommend Dr. Singhal to anyone. In fact I’m taking my teenage son there today to have some moles removed from his face.

I wish there was an extra star to give to this practice. I had a LARGE tummy tuck+lipo and a breast lift+implants. I've had some complications. (Which had nothing to do with Dr. Singhal) I've never had a doctor personally keep in touch with me to ensure my well being. Not to mention the extra daily office visits I had to make. The staff superceeds any other medical practice I've ever encountered. Not to mention the work he did Was outstanding. I would recommend them 100 times over and again.

Hi I just had a medial thigh lift and you need your arms and upper body strength to get you in and out of everything you do. I would listen to the doctor, you want it done right not how many surgery s you choose to have. You can have a tummy tuck with thigh surgery I believe, however I had tummy and thighs done separate and I’m so glad cause its painful especially the thighs. I did want them to be done together but it’s called expenses in hinge site I’m glad I did them separate. I agree with the doctor to do your arms separate, because your going to need them, especially peeing! Thank you, A

They said they could not do anything for me because my tummy was hanging skin not fat. All my life I thought it was fat. I workout forever and it never went a way. Now I know why because it was hanging skin, not fat. His staff as well is so nice and make you feel so comfortable. I walk in there I’m scared and they just make me feel so safe. I trust Dr. Singhai and his staff fully with my life! From the consultation to the recovery the experience was exceptional. I had a neck and chin lift. On the initial appointment, Dr. Singhal was candid about what to expect in time, pain and recovery. I never waited in the office. After the surgery, Dr. Singhal called to make sure I was doing ok. The results of the surgery far exceeded my expectations. I look completely natural. I am 67 years old. I look healthy and refreshed. This is exciting and fun!!
