Dr. Concannon performed my breast augmentation 6 years ago and I continue to LOVE my results! He is an outstanding surgeon and I am so thankful that I chose him! Coming into Dr. Concannon's office, I felt comfortable, taken care of and 100% at ease. This is rare, people. This facility, the individual's who work in it, and Dr. Concannon himself are exceptional. I have worked with plastic surgeons before, and although they answered my questions, and did well with their surgery - they did not reach out to me in the same manner that this office did. I got a sub-pectoral breast augmentation with an additional operation performed by Dr. Concannon to release the connective tissue that defined my original inframammary fold. The recovery process was very easy. He also gave his cell phone number if anything was needed after surgery. I didn't think I would need to, but sure enough, the evening of my surgery, I needed to ask him a question about my medication after the office was closed. He not only answered his phone and answered my question, but called me back -personally- the next day and asked how I was! I am over 11 weeks post op, and my final results were exactly what I had wanted. If you're looking for a surgeon with skill, precision and sincere empathy and respect for his patients, Dr. Concannon is for you.

I did a lot of research before deciding on Dr. Concannon and I am really glad I chose him. There are several surgeons closer to me, but I chose to drive an hour and a half to see him and have no regrets. I am thoroughly impressed with the results of my surgery. I know everyone thinks their surgeon is the best, and I am no different. I would have no trouble referring anyone I care about to this practice. The practice itself is run beautifully. The staff are flawless. I walked away from every interaction with them feeling more and more impressed. Betty is excellent, she really helped streamline the whole process and made sure I had all my questions answered and was comfortable with my decision.

I had the Clear and Brilliant laser treatment done. It came highly recommended from my esthetician, it was purchased as part of a package special. after my 5 treatments I do notice some less fine lines, my freckles are definitely lighter. I was hoping for more smoothness and less acne on my chin. I do receive a lot of compliments on how good my skin looks, but I have been obsessive with sun screen for a long time. I can't honestly say if it was worth the cost though. The numbing cream prescribed is needed, I was sometimes offered a glass of wine, which actually really helped relax me. It could feel a bit intense at times. It also caused major chin acne flare ups.

During my consultation with Dr. Concannon, he explained, step by step, what he would be doing, how I would feel, what to expect. It was an office procedure. At the time of the procedure, he again went over every step with me just before and while he was performing the breast lift. He was very gentle and always in touch with me and how I was feeling. Dr. Concannon's nurses were present during the consultation and procedure, and they added a warm feeling of caring and professionalism. I knew I had chosen the right doctor for my needs. Now that summer is here, and the scars have faded, I am so happy with my choice :)

I searched for a plastic surgeon for years after giving birth to my last child, keeping various websites bookmarked in my computer, when I came across Dr. Concannon's website. I liked his educational background and experience, so I made an appointment. I live about 2 hours away from Columbia, but I'm glad I made the trip! What I found was a very intelligent, kind, mild-mannered and conscientious doctor who cares about his patients, the best individual results possible and overall safety. Dr. Concannon really takes his time and gives you something to think about in terms of various alternatives. He tailors his work to you and your goals. Dr. Concannon's work speaks for itself and is well worth the price. Whenever I show anyone my results, they may say that they have found a cheaper doctor but they will not say that the work/results are as good. Additionally, I believe that certain qualities in a person are unquantifiable; integrity, honesty, compassion etc. Dr. Concannon has these qualities. I felt like I could trust him to do the best job. I highly recommend him to people who are looking for a quality doctor and great results. He's a wonderful doctor and an even better person.

I have always been unhappy with my small bust size; I could never find clothes that fit right, and I always felt like my "top" didn't match my "bottom". I have thought about doing this for years, but finally decided to make an appointment to see what was involved. Dr. Concannon answered all of my questions and alleviated my concerns about possible complications with surgery. I chose him even though I had to drive over an hour for appointments because of the peace of mind I felt after meeting him. His knowledge and skill exceeded my expectations. He is very thorough during consultations and his surgical technique left great incisions that have healed very well. I highly recommend Dr. Concannon if you are considering breast enhancement! The nicest, most compassionate plastic surgeon who doesn't make you feel rushed. He even called on a Saturday morning after my procedure to make sure I was alright- which was awesome and not expected on a weekend! He also gave us his personal cell phone number just in case we had any questions or issues after hours or at night (!) Very honest, and easy to talk to. His staff is awesome, everyone is so nice, made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Wouldn't recommend friends to anyone else!

Researching for a plastic surgeon I found Dr. Concannon. His staff is very flexible with scheduling appointments. I was able to schedule my appointment after work the following day which made it very convenient for me. Dr. Concannon made me feel comfortable from the start. He answered all my questions (I had a lot) thoroughly. He made sure everything made sense to me (very important). His confidence is priceless. After researching him, not only did he have an amazing curriculum, portfolio (elite credentials) but he has charisma. He cares about the outcome of his patients. I visited him a few times prior to selecting him among other physicians and he always took the time to answer my questions. By the time I had my procedure I felt confident, I couldn't wait to see the outcome :) He even gave me his cell phone number to call if I had any issues after the surgery, how many doctors do that??? I am almost three months post op and am very happy with my results :D! Thank you soooooooo much Dr. Concannon. I will definitely be back!......highly recommend him!

I am 35, one week post op and feeling pretty good. I am 5'6 and weighed about 165...I was told the Dr. took a little over 5 lbs off...yikes! The first day was bad due to being sick from anestisia and pain meds. Throwing up after a TT is NOT fun, but really this was my only issue. I do think I have a high tolerance for pain, but so far it has not been bad, I have not taken pain meds since surgery other than Tylenol. The drains are the most annoying part, but understand their importance. I had the surgery November 5th and went back to work on November 12. I try to only work half days and take a lot of breaks. I am a real estate agent so I can be fairly flexible. For all those considering...go for it. The initial worries are the worst, after that you are golden. Updated on 27 Nov 2013: These are pictures of the progression of the infection which I thought was bruising. Please even though the pictures are named day 1-13...they are not nocessarily specific days. I do change my underwear...lol. so you can see the days based on that. Updated on 8 Dec 2013: Finally on the mend! Feeling good:)I have a couple of days left of the antibiotic and still packing the wound but that is heading also. All seems well! Updated on 20 Dec 2013: It is refreshing to be in this so called final week of healing. I do NOT have to pack my wound anymore, I just have a band-aid covering the opening. Swelling is up and down, but nothing out of the ordinary. My energy level and overall well being has sky rocketed in the last week (which would be week 6 post op). I cannot say enough good things about my doctor. He sees me at a moments notice Sundays, evenings, doesn't matter. I would love to get back on the treadmill. What kind of workouts is everyone doing? I don't want to do too much too soon and set me back again. This is the first full week I have felt good. Updated on 23 Jan 2014: I cannot believe I am approaching the 3 month mark. I feel great and actually am starting to see definition in my ab muscles! It was such a long road getting to this point and my scar actually starting spitting after all of the drama with the staph infection. We booked a trip to Mexico in March so I started tanning! I am using spf 110 on the scar as I am not suppose to get ANY sun/uv on it. Anyone else doing the same? Also, I saw the Dr. on Monday and he mentioned he will be fixing the dog ear on my left side. Does anyone else have dog ears and will your Dr. fix them...if so when and what is the process...anyone??
