I have scheduled my appointment! It was a very easy and stress free process! I called for consultation! I saw him one week, did my research/goal pictures, went for my baseline mammogram! The following week I went in for my pre op for appointment and payment! I got great news they dropped the price $500 due to their cost going down. I schedule my appointment for the following week! I am scheduled to have my surgery on 04/12/2023! Updated on 11 Apr 2023: These are items given on my first visit. Cost sheet and the educational literature. It was very educational. It explains the procedures and risks. The different types of how the procedure can be done. I have had an amazing experience so far. My surgery is scheduled for 8:45AM on 04/12/2023! Updated on 13 Apr 2023: The most my body would hold are 350 CC but he said they looked great! I can’t wait to see them myself. I am wrapped up tight! I have some talking videos but they say they are too large to upload. It looks like one may be on there but not sure . Just wanted to post to show you the raw. I was up about every hour. No true pain, nauseated a tad, not extreme though. I was emotional. My appointment to have the drains outs is happening at 8:45 am today and my sister is taking me. Little task like opening bottles, opening/closing doors, pulling up pants are a challenge because you are sore. They are sitting pretty high as well. They are very tight and full. I will keep you all posted! Updated on 14 Apr 2023: I am sore, I’m tired, out of breath easily. But I was able to shower today. They will get more shapely as time goes by * I am not hating them. I am having a few dizzy spells, and I’ve not used the bathroom yet. I am taking my extra fiber. Hopefully it will kick in soon. Now off for a nap! Getting plenty of rest!

STATS: ht: 5'2 wt:122 bra size: a?? Surgery was August 16, 2019. Everything went wonderfully. We originally agreed on 365cc but while on the table we went down to 345cc as the 365cc didn't fit. I'm so happy with the results so far. Updated on 20 Aug 2019: 1st day after surgery. I slept. A lot! The pain was there but it wasn’t bad just uncomfortable with the pressure on my chest. I slept in an upright position with lots of pillows which was fairly comfortable to me. I had no reactions to anesthesia. It went so smoothly. One minute I was talking with my friends and the next I was waking up and it was over. This was my first surgery and it was better than I could have ever imagined. Later that night I went to a cook out and I had to have a peek at them to show my family. Freshly done boobs aren’t cute! It will take time for them to fall into place and look pretty, but I still loved them! Updated on 20 Aug 2019: Day 2 after surgery. I slept pretty well thanks to the pain medicine. I woke up at 630 that morning and headed to the surgeons office. He had to pull my drains. I had drains which helped with the swelling and keep any extra fluid off. I was thankful for that. Day 2 was a blur I slept ALOT. Pain wise it’s not that bad! It’s just pressure and a few sharp pains here and there. Day 3 I got to shower, my boyfriend had to help bathe and wash my hair. Again I slept all day long due to the pain meds but I felt good just weak and tired. Breast are still sitting very high. I’m ready for them to drop and fluff. I’ve still been sleeping on the couch sitting straight up.i love my new boobies the pressure on them is really annoying tho! Updated on 20 Aug 2019: I slept in my bed last night, still propped up by pillows of course. I slept pretty good! I’m trying to ween myself off the prescription pain medication and only take Tylenol. My breast don’t hurt, only when I make certain movements, still riding high and overall just tight. The underside of my boob is numb, my nipples do have sensation but they are not hypersensitive or anything like that or at least not yet. My scars are very itchy as they heal. It almost feels like I have gas pains in my chest but I’m not sure. I took a Tylenol and now I think I’m going to rest. I have a post op appointment Thursday, excited to see what he has to say. Updated on 20 Aug 2019: Updated on 21 Aug 2019: I could not sleep last night! Sleeping on your back is for the birds!! I woke up sore this morning from all the tossing and turning so I decided to get in the shower. It felt amazing. I did some massaging, my breast are still sitting really high. No pain, just tightness as I’ve mentioned before. Went bra shopping yesterday, I’ve owned one bra my whole life and never even wore it but for special occasions. The rest of the time I was braless or wearing a sports bra. I’m loving these new boobies Updated on 21 Aug 2019: Updated on 22 Aug 2019: Everything is going perfectly. Updated on 23 Aug 2019: This morning I was doing massages and I noticed a pin-drop of fluid come from my nipple. Is this normal after breast augmentation???? I posted a picture but it's so tiny you can't even see it well with the camera Updated on 23 Aug 2019: So my doctor said the leaking from my nipple is okay. So everything is still going good. They are still riding high. I don’t have any pain unless I’m over-stretching. In the mornings my boobs are sooooo stiff and hurt. I have to do massages and then they are good for the day. I can pretty much do everything on my own like shower, drive. I’m an RN and I’m headed back to work tonight, boo. :( butttt I can still fit my XS scrub tops! Yay. Updated on 27 Aug 2019: Really nothing has changed. I’m sleeping better , slowly sleeping all the way on my sides. Will wake up with some pain but goes away. Just doing some massages, they still need to drop but I am loving them so far. I say I sleep pretty comfortable, there isn’t any pain unless like I said before I’m over stretching. They feel like a normal part of my body. I tried doing a push up yesterday and that was uncomfortable but I just wanted to see what it felt like. I honestly never expected recovery to be so quick and so easy like nothing happened. Updated on 4 Sep 2019: I’ve been noticing these little veins under my breast well I think they are veins. Google says they are superficial thrombophlebitis. They are so tender to the touch and I can follow the little line of tenderness allllll the way down my rib cage. You can barely see it but if I pulled my breast up more you could see it better. It just hurts to do it any higher. I’m hoping this resolves soon?... has anyone ever had this? My doctor said it would resolve and he told me to massage it. It just freaks me out!!! Updated on 8 Sep 2019: Not much has changed, still have the Mondors cord. I do heat compress and massages to loosen it up. Doctor said is should disappear. Otherwise, I’m feeling good and I still love them. My surgery was August 16th. Everything is still going great. I work our everyday of the week. I don’t train chest just bc I don’t like the way it feels. It doesn’t hurt at all just weird so I don’t do it. A couple months back I said on here that my boobs were extremely itchy pretty much everyday. I couldn’t wear a bra it just made them more itchy. Well I’ve started noticing stretch marks on them. I’ve never had a problem with stretch marks and I knew I shouldn’t have scratched them so much. So ladies DO NOT SCRATCH!! I’ve been keeping lotion on them every night and I try not to scratch them. I’ve upload a few pics and you can kind of see the stretch marks they are just red lines. Barely noticeable but I notice. And then just me wearing a shirt. This is what they pretty much look like on a daily basis I don’t wear bras I hate them!!! But if I could go back and redo the surgery I would want them to sit higher. I feel like they have dropped ALOT and I’m not even at a year mark yet. Either way I still love them. Updated on 22 Mar 2020: They are looking better everyday. Really starting to look like real boobs. No pain with them. I still sleep fine, only way I don’t like to sleep I’ve noticed is on my side. I still do it but it just feels weird when the implant kinda slides over. That’s my only complaint. How is everyone’s quarantine going?? I tested positive for the flu yesterday so I’ve been in bed for the last two weeks almost. I think I’m trying to get over the hump. It’s been pretty miserable. Today I squeezed my boobs and fluid squirted across the room as you can see on my nipple it’s clear discharge. Has anyone had this happen? I have an appointment with my doctor next week. Hopefully it’s nothing. My breast feel full and tender, also I’m a week late for my period... haven’t taken a test yet but I will tomorrow. Updated on 12 Sep 2021: Still loving my boobs, I’m not gonna lie though I do miss my small boobs sometimes. They have completely softened up and really feel like the real deal. Updated on 8 Feb 2022: So I found out I was pregnant. It’s been 2 years and some months since I had my breast augmentation… I didn’t plan on getting pregnant but I’m interested to see how pregnancy will affect them. I do plan on breast feeding. I can tell they have gotten larger since being pregnant I am currently 17 weeks and 4 days… this is what they are currently looking like. Updated on 26 Aug 2022: I had my baby! I had her July 7th so I’m a little over a month almost 2 into breastfeeding and this is what my boobs are looking like so far. They’ve definitely changed. My areolas use to me small and pink and as you can see they aren’t anymore. I do think they will go back to normal once I’m done breastfeeding as far as color and shape bc of all the hormones I have right now. They are also ALOT bigger because of all the milk I produce. But I’ve come to accept these changes even tho I might not like them they are feeding my baby. Will continue to update as my breastfeeding journey continues. Updated on 26 Jan 2023: I am almost 7 months postpartum, (February 7th) and 7 months into my breast feeding journey. Since last update only change is my areolas have gotten lighter thank god. Fun fact they get darker during pregnancy for baby to see them and eat. Other wise my boobs are so big I hate them being so big but I know it’s only because im breastfeeding. I don’t know how long I will breastfeed for but im ready for my body back. Updated on 24 Aug 2023: I will be 14 months postpartum on the 7th of next month. I am also still breastfeeding. Nipples have almost went back to their normal color but haven’t went down in size. I don’t know when I will be done breastfeeding as my LO has no interest in stopping but I am ready to be done!! Dr. Buckley is one of the best doctors in this area. He is so kind and concerned about his patient's well-being. If one should ever need the definition of a true physician... His picture should be the first thing you see! In all my years of dealing with surgical doctors, he has by far been the best ever! I recommend him to anyone needing any type of plastic surgery!

I have wanted a breast lift for years and finally took the plunge. My surgery was yesterday morning at 8 am. I was in surgery for 5 hours and I'm not in as much pain as I expected. I've been taking my pain medicine regularly so far just in case. This morning I had my first post op check up and was able to see them for the first time and get my tubes out. I'm really excited with what I have seen so far. I can't wait to see how much more they improve in the next month!

I had my reduction just 3 days ago (Feb 3, 2014)for the first time after surgery I saw my breast today, I am feeling very depressed because it looks ugly, it feel very hard and look like the breast of a fatty boy. After seen your photos I have hopes that my breast will look better in the future. Thank you Updated on 23 Feb 2014: After 20 days of my reduction, my breasts look ugly, they do not have a round shape, they look like squares. They are tender and my skin and scars hurt very much like hot water was poured on me. Is that normal?

Two years ago, I started seeing a chiropractor on a twice weekly basis for neck and shoulder pain. I thought it was from long hours at my desk job. I now realize that it was only a small portion of my problem. Like many of you, I have always been large breasted from an early age. But I didn't even consider that as the root of my problem since in later years they sagged a lot and were not as full since I was a yo-yo dieter for most of my life. So, here I am at age 51 and like a light going off in my head, it struck me ( never let it be said that I'm not a slow learner, haha). Well...it didn't strike like a lightning bolt or anything that fast....just a gradual and growing awareness of what could be causing these problems. Chiro care was not fixing it, so that's what got me to thinking of this. And to back-track a bit, I'd had another surgery earlier in the year (not plastic surgery) and had all my deductibles and out-of-pocket expenses met and knew this was the perfect time to do this. So long story short, I had my first consultation with my plastic surgeon, who is absolutely a great doctor, in sept. I didn't know a lot about this type of surgery in the beginning and didn't learn as much as I possibly should have until after my surgery. Most of what I learned was on this great and informative site. I had my surgery in dec and all I can say is wow! I am so pleased with the new boobs and mostly being pain free and no darn headaches! Oh, I almost had a set-back between the first consult and the next dr's visit because I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. When I called my dr's nurse (she urged me to call anytime I had a question) I asked her about being a diabetic and the slow wound healing issues that diabetics have. She said as long as it was under control, there should be no problem. I had nearly 2 months of learning to live with diabetes and controlling it with diet and exercise, and lost 20 lbs in the process, so I decided to forge ahead. I am so glad I did. The relief from the neck and shoulder pain even the moment I came to in recovery is just astounding to me. I have no regrets and would recommend this to any woman with large breasts. Well, I do wish I'd done it earlier in life.Updated on 3 Jan 2013:Well, had to call my doc and then went to see him. I was having just a few issues with my wounds. I've been really worried about the separation I was having and a hole ( seems huge) on the right side at the T. He did some debridement on the left side, reassured me about the right hole and wants me to do the wet-to-dry wound dressing for the next week. Originally I was going to see him next Thursday anyway, but when you worry about something like this, it really helps to put your mind at ease.

I had my TT with lipo of the flanks three days ago on 3/16/12 so I am a little loopy writing this so I hope I make sense. I am a 31 year old mom of 2. My little boy turned 4 yesterday and I have a two year old little girl. I am 5'2" and weighed 134 lbs the day of surgery. Pregnancy left me with loose skin, excess on the love handles, and lovely stretch marks. I still can't believe I went through with it. I was beyond nervous. I worried about everything from dying in surgery to gettting an infection, to hating my results. Things have been a little rough so far but from everything I have read that is to be expected. The worst part so far was waking up at 4 am vomiting yesterday morning. My PS called in phenergan suppositories so that helped. Today has been better. Updated on 20 Mar 2012: 4 days post op- I think everyday gets a little better. My husband was off the first three days to help me and he has been wonderful. Those days are basically a blur. I am so lucky to have my hubs tho. For the first two days I had to have help to walk, to fix my little "nest" that I sit in, and do basically everything for me. I have had two c sections and this was way harder. But that being said I think it is going to be worth it. Yesterday my hubby helped me shower. I wasn't reallly sure if i was supposed to or not but I did anyway. So he called this am to check on me and ask about the drain output (btw it was 28 ml in both drains for 24 hours). And he said he didn't want me showering until after the drains came out! Ooops! I didn't tell him I already showered. But I did use hibiclens so maybe that helped. The percocet and valium work wonders. I have not had any more nausea.So the worst part right now is not being able to take care of my kids. They are little and only know that mama has a booboo and they cannot jump on me and I cant pick them up. I just feel bad for wearing my 60 year old mom out with my 2 and 4 year old. My husband is great but has to work alot so she is basically my only backup. I have posted before pics in my new VS bikini, Hopefully when the swelling goes down I will be able to wear it somewhere else than in the privacy of my own bathroom. BTW important to take a stool softener daily. I had a bm day 2 post op and had not problems. I highly recommend colace. Will update post op pics soon. Updated on 21 Mar 2012: Day 5 PO- I woke up with bad headache again, chills, and temp of 100.0. Temp did go down. I took both Lortab and Tylenol (I know that was alot of acetaminophen but I was really wanting that temp down). I see my PS in the morning so I am ready for that. 24 hour count on both my drains was 40 ml. I am not sure he is going to pull them with them still putting that much out. I also have a bad case of thrush. I am using Nystatin left over from when my little boy had it over a year ago. My incision and drain site look fine but I still don't understand this temp, Please pray that it is just inflammation and not any kind of infection setting in. Thanks so much for prayers. I will try to post pics. I am pretty much couch bound today tho. Updated on 21 Mar 2012: Called my PS and he said he thought the temp was from my thrush. Told me to stop the keflex and keep using the nystatin and eat yogurt. I will see him in the am and he said he would decide then on whether or not to give me a new antibiotic. I am feeling better right now. Ready to see my babies. My husband has gone to get them:). I can't do a whole lot with them but at least we can maybe watch cartoons together. I have been trying to post some post op pics on here but I am having trouble. I will get my hubby to help with that when he gets home. I am swelling some but I think it is gonna be a huge improvement! Wish Swelling would go down so I could tell. Updated on 22 Mar 2012: Day 6 po- went to ps today and got one drain pulled. He also took out the sutures around my bb. Everything looks good and i got scripts for a new antibiotic because the flagyl caused awful thrush. Everything looks good and my sis and I even went and walked around Sam's after we got out of the MD office. No more fever today and much less pain:) Updated on 25 Mar 2012: Day 9 PO - Much better. I kept my kids today by myself and I did fine. We did watch a lot of cartoons though! lol!! I feel like I look better everyday. Got my last drain out today. I was so sick of dragging that thing around. Looking at my pics I was really swollen on day 4. Swelling has improved. PS said to wear panty girdle and massage incision. Will see him again on Thursday. Updated on 29 Mar 2012: Day 13 PO- I had my check up today with PS and I had a small fluid collection. He aspirated about 15 ml of "old blood". He did numb the area first and it went fine..but let this be a lesson to others. Don't pressure the PS to remove drains. I think my last one was probably just removed a day early (was removed day 9 PO). Go back for follow up in one week. Other than that I am doing great. I do have a question for others. My PS has really stressed the importance of massaging my incision and belly button with lotion..what have you all been told to put on your incision/scar?

I will be having a revision TT along with lipo on upper and lower abs with a flankolasty and lipo along hips and back on 3-7-12. I guess my nerves are starting to get the better of me now more than anything. I had a bad infection first time around and was left with a huge hole in my lower tummy because my doc did not tell me I was to quit smoking. I am telling you if you smoke quit and do it at least a month before. I have not smoked for two months now and can't wait to get it fixed. I am sorry if I am saying the wrong thing but this is the first time I have ever posted to any place like this. I will say that I wish I had had this place to read up on a couple years back. It is great!

I just want back what once was mine. I had a emergency c-section years ago & the Doc. Cut me too high! I have had another 3 years ago it was planned though. I have always dreamed of getting my tummy back the way it used to be. I have exercised & tried Zerona & nothing has worked due to the c-section! I've visited the site many times & finally decided to join in & post! I had considered going out of state for it, but have been told that a Doctor in my own State is really good at what He does. I'm taking the advice of others, so lets hope they are right. My consultation is in May! It will be awhile before I'm able to actually go through with the surgery if I decide to. Hoping for the Best!!

I am now 51 years old and have finally gotten up enough courage to go in for a revision TT and even though I will be having lipo and a flankplasty I will be so happy to be able to look at myself again. Seven years ago I worked for a plastic surgeon who by all accounts did great work, I wanted a tummy tuck so bad so he said he would do it for me. I was scared but hey, free tummy tuck was awesome and I went for it. I was in surgery for over four hours because I had a hernia that he decided to fix, I woke up during surgery which was horrible but I don't remember much but I did remember it when I came to in the recovery room and he got really mad at me and said I was crazy but the nurses said I did wake up, That was just the beginning of my nightmare. The next day my lower stomach turned black and started going out away from my stitch line, I had skin necrosis, turned out to be a year long battle and two surgeries later finally fixed but I have a rather large scar. This doctor fired me two weeks after my surgery because he said I would be a detriment to his practice but he did pay me until I was able to find another job. Guess it could have been worse but I just want to say, I have found a wonderful PS and he has been a true blessing to myself and my family. He will be finishing up on my tummy on March 7, 2012 and I cannot wait, so far it looks great and I am proud. Search your PS out really good, if I had I would have found out that I was not the only one that ended up like this and yes, I did work for him but only for a few months before all of this. Just goes to show you never just place your trust in just anyone..
