35 yrs and 1 Child. Jackson, MS

All it took was the constant back, shoulder and neck pain to convince to have an overdue BR. I tried several yrs back and the PS then said I would have to go through PT sessions to get the BR approved. After one session of PT, I gave up. Went to my current PS which is 2 1/2 hrs away and was approved immediately. You know u need a BR when u start getting yeast infections under your boobs (terrible pain). So after my consultation, I was immediately scheduled for sx in Jan, which I rescheduled for Feb due to personal reasons. I had BR on Feb 15 and amazingly no more back, shoulder or neck pain. I'm only 11 days post op and I have no regrets. I only take pain meds when needed (mostly before bed begin I feel the increase in swelling towards the end of the day). I also have started losing weight since sx. I noticed my tummy protruded more than my twin friends. I am down 13 lbs. I am trying to loose 40 more before I schedule my TT.

38 Y/o Female Recently Single, 2 Children - Jackson, MS

I wanted a makeover, but not anything to drastic. I had been getting Botox for about 7 years. I always felt that my lips were thinnner or skinny. After the injection. I absolutely love my lips. I have been back again, and also had my folds injected. Most people guess my age around 8 years younger. Dr. Jackson always know exactly what amount and where to inject. He very meticulous attention to detail.

Smart Lipo Gave Me my Pre-baby Tummy Back! - Jackson, MS

Choosing a plastic surgeon was a hard decision, one that took much consideration and soul searching. Just making the decision to move forward and seek surgical help was a big step. After having two children via C-section, I lost the “baby weight” fairly fast. Unfortunately, I was left with an adhesion. Though this is a common complication from C-sections and other abdominal surgery, it really bothered me. Additionally, I was also left with mildly loose upper abdominal skin, a small fatty area around my belly button and mild cellulite on my outer thighs. I was not so much worried about surgery as I was about the skill of the doctor and the downtime associated with the surgery. Through research I discovered the possible outcomes I could achieve through smart liposuction.

Step One in Getting my Body Back.

Hi everyone, I am 47 I have had 4 children, all born my c-section. There are several procedures I would like to get done, but my first is cellulaze. It was done on 11/20/2013. I had both butt cheeks and the backs of both thighs done. The procedure start to finish took approx 4 hours. I am now 10 days post op. The worst part of the procedure was the injecting of lidocain, epi and fluid. It was pretty rough but I made it thru. I was given a valium and phenergran an hour before the procedure. Some point during the procedure I was given another valium and a Lortab. There were occasional times during the procedure that I could feel the laser. He would stop and numb that area more. The pain was not intense tho. If I could do anything differently it woulda been taken more med at the beginning to sedate myself more. After the procedure I went home and slept good, no pain, still numb from the lidocain. Later that night I got up to go to the bathroom and noticed lots of drainage from the holes in my legs. This is supposed to happen. All the fluid they put in you is draining from these sites. I began to feel very weak and almost fainted. I had a follow up appt the next morning. Lots of bruising, but everything looked as it should. My Dr. prewarned me not to expect any results for 12 to 14 weeks. But, as you can see from my pictures that my results only 10 days out are already pretty amazing. Updated on 18 Feb 2014: This photo was taken at 12 weeks post op. As you can see my skin appear more youthful. I do still have a little discoloration, but it is very mild and I feel I can hide it with a tan. Still feel some area's of numbness, but the feeling is coming back. I have no pain or anything. My doctor stated that improvement will still continue. I am very pleased with my results so far, and am ready to wear shorts with no embarrassment this summer. :)
