Doc was and is amazing! His bedside manner is Chefs Kiss and I could tell he was genuine about my concerns and expectations. My implants are amazing and fit my body so well. He was very realistic with my expectations and he made sure I was gappy.

This doctor has seriously changed my life for the better. i’ve always been so insecure about my body, (breasts in particular) and i finally reached out for help, and he was nothing but willing to do anything it took to correct my overly large breasts. I’ve had an amazing experience with Dr. Pecunia throughout the process of my Thermitight (neck) procedure, from the consultation to follow up visits! Backstory: I initially went to Dr. Pecunia for my “gobble neck” and lack of a facial profile…I just really wasn’t pleased with this area of my body, and because this is hereditary I knew I needed to seek a professional to address. Dr. Pecunia made me feel at ease with his professionalism & knowledge and he really listened to my concerns, which is evident in my results! Wonderful experience from start to finish. I'd been considering a BA for years and had a consult with a different surgeon previously. Needless to say, just that consultation turned me off from a BA for a while. I have 2 friends who had used Dr. Pecunia and were super pleased so I bit the bullet and made an appointment. Boyyy am I glad I did. The entire staff is exceptional, from Dr. Pecunia to the clerk. He spent over an hour with me himself during my consult, answering all my questions and taking in what I wanted/did not want. After much discussion, measurements, and trying on sizers, we settled on 330 cc smooth round silicone implants, moderate profile. Pre-op, I was scared [RS bleep] but everyone (all doctors, nurses, techs, etc.) was so caring and attentive. I knew I was in good hands. My sweet little surgical team put me to sleep and when I woke up I was ready to go! Literally made my boyfriend take me to eat at McAlister's as soon as we left lol. Recovery has been an absolute breeze. Not only did the outpatient center call to check on me the night of surgery, Dr. Pecunia called me himself as well. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, from consultation to now (my first post-op). I go back in 1 month and I can't wait to see how the girls have changed. Thank you, Dr. Pecunia! If you're in the south east, call Hattiesburg Clinic and ask for him. You won't regret it. Updated on 8 Feb 2022: 1 month and 2 days post-op. They just keep getting better every day. I've had zero complications or issues so far and I just could not be more pleased. I don't have any good before pictures (I hated my boobs that much) but I'll see if I can't share the pictures my surgeon took pre-op when I go to my next appointment.
