My whole experience with Dr. Gervais and his entire staff was nothing short of wonderful! From my very first appointment, I felt completely at ease. It’s clear that him and the team truly care about their patients and provide great care before and after the procedure. My results exceeded my expectations and I am forever grateful I chose them!

Enjoying my first couple days of my FIRST summer with no man boobs and no muffin top or saggy stomach! I wanted to wait until scars healed more, but I just can’t hold in my gratitude anymore! I can tell the scars are going to be almost non existent in just a short period of time. It’s only 5 weeks out and they already look like thin lines, albeit red, but nowhere near the large wide scars I’ve seen on others. Everything is perfect and I can’t believe that I finally get to be the person posting on here with great results! after all these years of being embarrassed to wear one layer of clothing or less, I feel so free and excited. Updated on 1 Jul 2025: Want to mention that the price tag was inclusive of everything - brachioplasty, mastopexy and nipple graft, and the full body lift! Including all follow up appts etc. I am not about 7 weeks out from the body lift and 5 weeks out from arms and chest. almost back to normal entirely:

Hands down Dr Gervais and his team made me feel safe and secure during the whole process. My overall health mentally and physically was always in the forefront of all of my interactions. I had a arm and thigh lift done at the sametime. My incisions look amazing at 6wks out. Dr Gervais, nurses Jill :-) and Felicia took excellent care of me during all of my aftercare! I had a very positive experience with Minneapolis Plastic Surgery. I was referred to MPS by a friend who had her breast augmentation done with Dr. Gervais over 10 years ago, and she is still in love her results. Dr. Gervais shared a father-like vibe and personality with me, and I felt like he had good intensions for my procedure. I did a lot of research prior to my breast augmentation procedure, and Dr. Gervais and his team were able to answer all the questions and concerns I had prior to proceeding with my procedure. The communication platform was easy to use, once I made it through the multi-step login process. I love my new breasts and I have a rejuvenated love for my body. I would highly recommend MPS and Dr. Gervais to anyone looking to have breast augmentation done.

I am very late on writing this review, but I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Gervais back in 2021. I am still so incredibly pleased with the results and can’t believe how beautiful and natural they look. The Dr. and entire staff were so friendly, patient and knowledgeable and I love that I was able to have the procedure done in their office as opposed to a hospital. I had been wanting this procedure for many years and I wish I would have done it sooner! Highly recommend Minneapolis Plastic Surgery and Dr. Gervais.

Dr. Gervais and his staff are truly amazing! I had a breast augmentation & abdominoplasty procedure done in March of 2024. From consultation to post-ops, he & his staff were extremely helpful and thorough in explaining the options, procedures, and finances. Before children, I was 98lbs and couldn’t gain any weight. Three kids later, who all weighed over 8lbs, I was ready to do something for myself! I wanted to look as natural as possible and Dr. Gervais and his staff nailed it! I am now 9-months post op & beyond happy with my results, especially because the recovery and healing process were so smooth. I would definitely recommend Minneapolis Plastic Surgery!

I saw Dr Gervais initially for an abdominoplasty in 2019. He did such an incredible job, I knew I wanted his expertise for my breast augmentation in 2024 as well. He, along with his staff, are incredible! Dr Gervais is so professional, but fun at the same time. He has so much experience and truly does the best work. My results are PERFECT. His staff is so prompt, professional, and friendly as well. I love my follow up appointments so I can chat with his amazing staff. The facility is beautiful and so clean. From the moment you walk into the facility, you are greeted with a smile and treated so kindly by everyone. I want to preface by saying the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Dr Gervias is so talented, kind and I am thrilled with my results, he exceeded my expectations!!! I had a breast implant explantation and lift. I can't express enough how happy I am. Sooo happy I chose Mpls plastic surgery!

My experience with Dr. Gervais and his team has been exceptional from start to finish. I initially chose Dr. Gervais after hearing a glowing recommendation from a friend who had an "100/10" experience with him for her breast augmentation. Based on her experience, I knew I had to consider him as my surgeon for mine. From the moment I walked into the office, I was impressed by how friendly and efficient the team was. I never had to wait long for appointments, which is something I often experience with other doctors. For me, the most important qualities in a surgeon were achieving natural results and finding someone I felt comfortable with. During my initial consultation, Dr. Gervais immediately put me at ease. He was thorough, respectful, and answered all of my questions. I could tell right away he was someone I could trust. After our discussion, I tried on various implant sizes, and his team was incredibly patient, allowing me to take my time with the decision. They also reassured me that I could come back any time before the surgery to try on sizes again if I wanted. I ended up doing just that, which really helped solidify my decision and made me feel confident. On surgery day, I was surprisingly calm—mostly excited—and I attribute that to Dr. Gervais and his team’s warm, welcoming nature. They made me feel comfortable and ready for the procedure. The surgery went smoothly, and recovery was much easier than I expected (and much easier than my caretakers anticipated as well!). I was pleasantly surprised by how little pain I was in and how quickly I felt back to normal. As for the results, they are exactly what I was hoping for. The natural look is perfect, and everyone who's seen me post-surgery is amazed by how great my recovery went and how natural my results look (we’ve all seen some of the less-than-ideal breast augmentations out there!). I’m not typically one to write reviews, but Dr. Gervais and his team absolutely deserve a glowing one. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Minneapolis Plastic Surgery. I already have several people in my circle who are planning to see Dr. Gervais for their breast augmentations. I highly recommend him and his entire team—they are truly wonderful.
