Growing up I struggled with self-acceptance due to my nose, which was a relatively difficult case - thin skin, extremely narrow and crooked bridge (which was crooked in the opposite direction of my broken septum), a large hump, and a droopy tip. But see for yourself in the picture - he fixed it all. My only regret is not agreeing to his recommendation to do more to the tip (think it would’ve turned out even more beautifully). I almost didn’t choose Dr. Hilger because he didn’t have as many before and after pictures as some other surgeons, but I was reassured by the large amount of positive recommendations I’d received when talking to people in the area. This was a big decision, but I truly feel so happy that I finally did it. Highly recommend Dr. Hilger!

I am beyond impressed with Dr. Hilger and his staff. I absolutely LOVE my results and can't say enough about the care I received. I've been telling EVERYONE I know about him! Highly recommend - he's a true artist & professional. My friends cannot believe how great I look - and I still look like 'me' - I do not look like I had any kind of plastic surgery. Dr. Hilger is an amazing surgeon. I had a nasal reconstruction with rib grafting in June 2017 and wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone and everyone to him. As an OR nurse myself, I know that not all surgeons have the same skill level, and he is a wonderful artist. His office and staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. It is obvious that he loves what he does and loves to teach others.

Dr. Hilger is a world renowned surgeon. I have friends who areotolaryngology surgeons who agree that he is the best there is. I have had two surgeries performed by Dr. Hilger, over a decade apart, the second of which was extremely complicated. The first surgery fixed a deviated septum. The second time I had broken my nose multiple times and the bone had completely buckled under the stress of multiple breaks. Dr. Hilger not only solved my breathing problems both times, which was life changing, but he also improved the appearance each time. In addition to my own nose, he has also performed successful surgeries on other family members, as well as one of my friends. I also have to note that I am so pleased to see that he continues to mentor young surgeons because I would never want to trust anyone else with face, but if I had to, it would be comforting to know that they trained under this world class surgeon.

I JUST LOVE HIM. What a wonderful person and accommodating doctor! I received Rhinoplasty and was not nervous at all knowing I would be in such great hands. His background as an Ear Nose and Throat Doctor is comforting as his main priority will be achieving the best results for open nasal passageways while achieving the best aesthetics. I really value his decision making because pre-surgery I told him I wanted my nostrils reduced but mid-surgery (after other changes had been made) he decided I didn't need it as it wouldn't be proportionate or look good. HE WAS RIGHT! My nose is perfect and I didn't need that so he is not going to do something you don't need. He maintains high integrity and you don't need to worry about being ripped off. His doctor office decor was really pleasant and the staff was lovely. The thing that surprised me the most was that I DID NOT FEEL ANY NOSE PAIN AT ALL DURING THE 7 DAYS AFTER SURGERY (before my cast was removed). My throat was the only thing that hurt after the breathing tube was taken out. Even 7 days post surgery the bruising/swelling had gone down sooo much that people could not even tell I had surgery. I've met so many people that have said they'd never get "painful" Rhinoplasty again... but with Dr. Hilger, I'd do it again in a heartbeat! I don't think I'll need Rhinoplasty again but now there may be people who are jealous of my celebrity-looking nose and might punch me in the face out of spite, so who knows ; ) TRUST ME. Dr. Hilger is the person you need to see. The price is worth the experience and the results. The only thing I'm sad about is that I can't bring him back to London, England with me.

Doing terrific. Healing as expected- surgical results are excellent. Best surgeon I could have ever found. Dr Hilger described what to expect following the surgery and it has been spot on. Pain was a non issue. Post op swelling - 60% gone in first 6 weeks - the rest will dissipate over the balance of the year. I blacked out (hypotension) and planted my face into a granite topped nightstand, destroying what little cartilage was left in my nose and shattering both nasal valves. Now I can breathe and sleep and live a normal life again. There is no way to emphasize the value of experience in this area of medicine. Dr Hilger is the best.

Dr Hilger is very thorough and takes a lot of time to make sure you know your options. He really helps to educate you on the procedure and final outcome. His bedside manner is positive and helpful. I have had friends and family members that have gone to him and have also had amazing results. I am so pleased with my results. I don't look over done, just refreshed and younger.

Very pleased with my facelift. Dr. Hilger was very helpful and took the time to explain the whole process to me in detail. I visited other plastic surgeons but my appointments were never more than 20 minutes and none of the doctors helped me understand how the procedure works. I felt very comfortable going into my surgery and am very happy with my results.
