Jess Prischmann, MD

When I first went to Dr. Prischmann I was self conscious of my hooded eyes. I am a Makeup Artist by trade so the extra skin on my eyes was undesirable as I wanted to decorate my eyes with looks such as a cut crease. When I initially went in, I was inquiring about getting an eye lid lift. Dr. Prischmann determined it wouldn’t be the best option for me and shared she could place Botox in such a way that it could give my eyes a lifted more open appearance. I have been going back for a few years now and am always happy with the results, professionalism and honesty of Dr. Prischmann. I feel confident I can ask her anything face related and she will answer truthfully always having my best interest at heart. I recently moved across the country but wait until go to MN to receive Botox and Lip Augmentation from Jess, as she is the only person I trust with my face. The whole team is amazing, professional and pays attention to detail. When I go for appointments, it feels more like visiting family but an added bonus of walking out more confident and the best version of myself.

Dr. Prischmann was excellent!! I couldn't have asked for better care/treatment. Not only was she very responsive, she got me into surgery right away, and spent immense time with me during my recovery phase, answering all of my questions. I have never had a doctor, let alone a surgeon, spend as much time, and truly care for me as a patient as much as Dr. Prischmann did. I highly recommend her and her team. I had an unfortunate accident in which I needed immediate medical attention in the ER. I went to Dr. Prischmann the following day and she not only helped me, she redid all of my stitches and cleaned me up. Above and beyond anything I had asked for.

I have been self conscious with my lips since I can remember. So I finally decided to take action. I met with three facial plastic surgeons, Dr. Prischmann being the first. I had never had anything like this done before so I wanted to make sure I was in good hands, especially when the procedure is on your face ! After meeting with all three, it was a no brainier who I was going to choose. I have been extremely satisfied with Dr. Prischmann, from the moment I called to schedule an appointment, to when I walked out of the door. I was nervous, but she made me feel completely at ease. She told me exactly what to expect and made sure I knew the realistic outcome. She is upfront and will give you the best possible results that suit you. For me, we took it slow and I came three separate times, for one syringe of juvederm. Of course, I wanted results fast, but injecting a little bit at a time, like she suggested, was the right thing to do. I trusted her. I barely had any bruising at all, only tiny dots where the needle was, and not much swelling to be noticeable. I went to work the next day. I was nervous I was going to have duck lips, but she will not let that happen. They look completely natural. I will only go to Dr. Prischmann! She is so awesome, easy to talk to, and really made me feel important. I could not be happier with the results. I give her 6 stars out of 5. You will not be disappointed. I will definatly recommend her to anyone who is looking to have something done. I finally feel confident with my lips, which is truly the best feeling ever. When looking for a surgeon I spent lots of time researching and going to many consultations. After having a consultation with Dr. Prischmann I knew I was done searching for a surgeon. Dr. Prischmann is extremely honest and realistic when explaining the surgery process; this is something I really respected about her. I had a very difficult nose deviation that is not very common. Dr. Prischmann did extensive research to find out the best way to correct my nasal deviation. Pre surgery she answered all of my questions leaving me worry free when it came time for surgery. After the surgery she left me her phone number and called me that night to see how I was doing. Dr. Prischmann treats her patients like family. She is not only a fantastic surgeon in the operating room, but is also very helpful and caring to her patients. She met with me on regular basis for the next few weeks following surgery. She even was available on the weekends to check on my progress. This was something that really surprised me, I have never heard of a doctor opening up their practice on the weekends to check on their patients. From the first consultation to the last post surgery appointment Dr. Prischmann was a joy to work with. Dr. Prischmann is an honest, hardworking, and extremely skilled surgeon. I highly recommended Dr. Prischmann, there is no other surgeon quite like her.

Dr. Jess is an extraordinarily gifted Doctor-Surgeon. I have traveled from NYC twice a year for the last three years to visit Dr. Jess. I've had Restalyne Silk, along with other fillers and laser treatments and the results are always outstanding. While there are many Cosmetic Surgeons in NYC offering these fillers/treatments/procedures, it's not possible to find one that is more knowledgeable, skilled and caring than Dr. Jess. She is meticulous in her approach, explaining everything you can expect before, during and after each treatment. She's up to date on all the latest techniques and is an expert at restoring and balancing the face. Her enthusiasm for her work and level of self confidence is contagious. You will leave her office with a renewed sense of self confidence. She's has a rare combination of so many attributes, one visit and you'll be hooked.

I chose Dr. Prischmann to perform my nose surgery primarily to correct a deviated septum, and also to reduce a prominent hump. From the start, her office staff was wonderful about communication with me and answered all my questions before I even made an appointment for a consultation. I live in Iowa, about three hours from her office near Minneapolis, so it was nice to feel like my questions were important and were answered in a timely manner. After meeting with Dr. Prischmann for the initial consultation, I immediately knew I wanted her to do the surgery. I felt as though she was really listening to my questions, and not rushing me through the appointment. I'm now about three months post-op, and I'm quite happy with my results. I can breathe much better, and cosmetically, my nose is much less prominent, looks natural, and it fits the rest of my face. There were no complications, and very little pain throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Dr. Prischmann and her staff to any of my family and friends.

Dr. Prischmann is an amazing doctor who understands, empathizes, and listens to your needs. I was concerned about the loss of volume in my cheeks and chin as I have gotten older. We first discussed that a smaller amount would be better to start off with,and if I decided I wanted more, I could come back in and get more filled in my cheeks. I decided I wanted more, I went in and we discussed where the filler should be. She was so thorough and i felt super comfortable. She eased my nerves and helped me feel great about myself. I look in the mirror today and I can feel beautiful about myself. Knowing I chose the right doctor helped me be the person I am today. Thanks Dr. Prischmann!!!

Dr. Prischmann is a Genius! - Minneapolis, MN

I had an expensive procedure with Dr Prischmann. We discussed and agreed to what was to be done. After my Procedure I find out that one important part was not done , when I questioned her on this her response was I forgot. Really !!!!!! . I spent a lot of money on this and I get I forgot . The next Hurdle my stiches. Apparently a certain stich placement was not to dissolve for a few weeks, mine in the first week, she was surprised by this but had the attitude of Oh Well . Each time I came back for follow ups, there were more missed stiches that she forgot to take out, this lead to pain and uncomfortable situation for me. So here I am lots of money spent only received a portion of what was agreed upon and I have to spend more money to get my results.
