Best Thing I've Done for Myself

I am recovering from recent lower facelift surgery (today is Day 5). Like a lot of other reviewers, I wish I had done this sooner! It wasn't too terribly painful; definitely manageable with post op meds. I researched the heck out of this procedure and interviewed (in person) 5 surgeons over 8 months. This was my first surgery, so I was anxious. The team at Centennial Lakes Surgery Center were kind, professional and responsive. Dr. Wudel did a wonderful job. I'm still sore, bruised and somewhat numb, but I'm already pleased with the results. I highly recommend him and his team. Updated on 5 Jul 2019: Staples and most sutures cane out on Day 5. I'm pretty queasy/ squeamish, so I got a bit woozy when the Dr. removed the staples. It didn't hurt; I just made the mistake of visualizing what he was doing. He left 1 stitch right under the lobe on each ear to be removed next week. I had no idea how much this surgery would hurt my neck muscles. The first couple of days after surgery, o had to support my head when I'd lie down. I'm still icing it regularly. It's sore and stiff but know it'll get better.

Super Neat and Affordable Ear Lobe Reconstruction

I got referred to Dr Wudel by another renown board certified Surgeon after a keloid removal gone wrong. Dr Wudel fixed it for me and I am very happy I had to come here to write a review for him. So here is the story..I had a keloid scar (from piercing) on the back of my right ear lobe that was as big as 0.75 inch but the front view of my ear lobe looked perfect. The scar could not be seen from the front or the side. To improve it, I had it removed at a dermatologist clinic. After the removal, it was deformed and a part of my ear lobe was missing as it was bent backward. (Please see the picture.) I contacted a renowned plastic surgeon for help and she referred me to Dr Wudel who would be better for ENT cases. I got the procedure fixed on Aug 15, 18. Dr Wudel explained the technique thoroughly and in details. He cut off a wedge of skin that was harden and stitched due to poor technique used in the previous surgery and stitched back the wedge by creating natural contour (round with a groove) in the earlobe. Everyone was amazed by the new look. (Please see the after photo). It was a neat work. I am happy that I do not need to hide my ear lobe again. I paid 2K for the keloid scar removal that ruined my earlobe but only paid 1K for the great work from Dr Wudel. It is a great job for the standard market price but with great communication and great bedside experience. I am not associated with Dr Wudel and his clinic at all but I think people should voice out if they come across bad practitioner and shout out to support great doctors. I strongly recommend Dr Wudel for your future earlobe repair. Updated on 27 Aug 2018: Just want to add 1 week post ops photo. Suture removed 1 week after. It got even better! I did this selfie to see if the ear lobe looks natural and it really was. Can't even see where the jount is! Happy!!!

Amazing experience! Couldn't be happier!!

My experience with Dr Wudel was picture perfect. He performed a rhinoplasty and I appreciated his attention to detail and his desire to give me the results I wanted. I felt like we were on the same page from day one. Every concern I had he listened to and addressed to make me feel comfortable and at ease. My nose is exactly what we both agreed on and I couldn't be more happy or grateful for Dr. Wudel's work. I absolutely LOVE my new nose. I highly recommend Dr Wudel!!!!

Amazing Rhinoplasty.

My recovery is going amazing. Today is day 8 and I have no outward signs of ever having surgery. I had absolutely NO pain and NO congestion or Sinus pressure. I was able to breath through my nose the whole time. Very minimal swelling and bruising with the worst of it being the morning of day 2 which consisted of slightly swollen eyelids that were gone by mid day. Updated on 23 Feb 2017: Today is 4 weeks and 1 day and I'm still very happy with the results so far! My tip is still a bit numb but the tingling feeling is gone when I touch it. Still no pain and my breathing is also great. I see slight swelling on the bridge of my nose from the hump removal, but I know it's going to be there for a while because that's how bones heal. No one else see it so it's me being too observant. On that note, even if my nose stays looking like this I'm still over the moon happy. Updated on 22 Mar 2017: 8 weeks today and still happy! The swelling at this point has gone down since the last update and you can see it in pictures. From what I've read only about 75-80% swelling is down at this point. Besides a little on the tip I'm not exactly sure where the other 20-25% is. My tip is still hard to the touch but I have feeling back in it and other then that there isn't anything unusual.
