Golden did a 2nd & 3rd revision on my nose after a bad first primary surgery with another Dr. It's a lot better than it was before but not quite there yet. The bridge of my nose still looks off with it indented on my left side. I'm off to find another Dr. to help with the bridge of my nose.

I have taken too long to write my review for Dr. Golden! I had my nose done two years ago and flew in from out of state, a very long way and was so grateful I had! He made everything so simple and has an excellent sense of humor and his office staff is very caring and sweet. He did a beautiful job and I didn't have any complications. Over a period I noticed my breathing was getting more and more stuffy and wasnt comfortable. After an appointment to talk to Dr. Golden he said he would correct the issue at no charget to me. I was so grateful, the procedure was comfortable and I felt very secure and confident that he would do everything he could to make things just right. My entire face is more attractive and no one would ever guess that I had anything done. Just a pretty natural looking perfect for me nose. Thank You Dr. Golden!!!

I had a Septorhinoplasty done with Dr. Golden about a month and a half ago and I cannot be more happier with my results. I used to have a high hump and large tip and also breathing issues and it turned out exactly how I wanted it. Prior to surgery, he allowed me to understand what he could and couldn't do and he wanted to make my nose look as natural as possible and to match my face. He understood my concerns even though we didn't really talk about them. A lot of people have issues with doctors that don't really communicate but I can assure you that he knows what he's doing and will give you an AMAZING result. I'm young and really conscious about my nose and my face and now I'm so confident and in love with my nose. After surgery, he constantly assures you that you're alright and his staff and himself are always there for you no matter what the issue is. I called them a few times in the middle of the night and they got all my worries taken care of. If I ever had an issue, they'd schedule me in right away to see the doctor. I wouldn't have done my surgery anywhere else. I highly recommend Dr. Golden!

The main thing I have to say is that I am VERY THANKFUL that I went to this doctor. After going through a surgery that messed up my nose, I was really scared to do this again. First of all, the consultation was quick, easy, and very informative. Dr Golden's staff is very friendly, and what I liked the most is that he showed me a book full of photos of before and afters. Every single nose looked natural and amazing. There was a dip on one side of my nose (as you can see in the photos) he did a perfect job filling each side to make it even. Surgery day went great. At night the doctor himself called to make sure I was doing OK. I had two follow up appointments. I am so glad I went to Dr Golden. My nose looks amazing and so natural.

After a botched septo-rhinoplasty and revision performed by the same doctor in Windsor I was left with a horrible nose that made me horribly self conscious. After years of searching for someone I made a consultation with Dr. Golden. Upon meeting him he was frank, to the point and told me exactly what he could do and how he could improve my horribly mis-shapen nose. He showed me many cases of patients he had helped and although their cases weren't as bad as mine I was confident that this was the doctor that would finally make me want to take a photograph of myself again. During surgery he was meticulous and a perfectionist and wasn't satisfied until he had done all he could to improve my nose to the best that it could be. In my initial consult he was very forthcoming that my nose would never be 100% perfect because of the damage that's been done but that he could get it to be 90% better and that was good enough for me. His entire staff was incredibly attentive and amazing. The entire procedure took four hours and they all worked tirelessly to ensure that I was comfortable and give me the best care. I can not say enough about this wonderful doctor. Today is day one post op and I have no pain and have taken zero medication for pain. Bleeding is minimal and it hasn't even been 24 hours since my procedure. Despite the fact that my nose is swollen I am already amazed at the transformation. This man is not only an amazing facial plastic surgeon but an artist. I can't thank him enough for what he's done. Updated on 25 Aug 2017: Here are some photos for a week post op. Dr. Golden does great work! I went to many consultations before choosing my doctor and after seeing Dr. Golden I was confident in his ability to give me the look I wanted and help me understand what is realistic. You must be very specific when you meet w/doctors and let them know EXACTLY what you are looking for and expect, have a list of questions you want to ask and show pictures. He is great with letting you come in and speak to him more than once, especially if you are nervous about the procedure. The procedure and recovery time is hard, this is to be expected. My swelling lasted for a solid 2 weeks, which is normal for a revision. I got sick with the flu about a week after my surgery and called Dr. Golden (after hours) because I was nervous about getting sick while recovering. He was so understanding and fit me in the very next morning to check on me, it made me feel so much better! I am much more confident in the way I look and would recommend him to anyone thinking of having this procedure done! Truly, I wish I wouldn't have waited so long.

Just coming up on my year mark from a Revision rhinoplasty and my results till this day keep surprising me!! I love my new nose! Basically if u need a nose job HE IS YOUR GUY! Overall great personality, down to earth and he is a genius at what he does!

Dr. Golden truly is the BEST rhinoplasty surgeon. He is an artist. He will give you a nose that looks like you were born with a perfect nose for your face. You will bruise and will be swollen, but once the swelling and the bruising subsides you will love your nose! I was bruised for about 10 days both times. As the swelling was slowly going down, it took about 3 months for me to really like my nose and by 6 months I Ioved my nose. I would always get complements on my nose :), no one ever guessed I had a nose job. It's been about 2 weeks since I had revision surgery(broke my nose) and most of the bruising is gone and a lot of the swelling has gone down. It looks great and will look better and better with time, until all the swelling goes down. Dr. Golden is really a nose magician! If you are considering getting your nose done he is the surgeon I highly recommend.

My nose was a mess before I saw Dr. Golden. It was crooked, bulbous and had a bump in the middle. After our consultation I was pretty confident in his ability to give me the nose I've always needed. The surgery itself was a little scary. Halfway through my procedure the power went out in half of Troy, MI. Dr. Golden had already finished the tip at that point and stopped the procedure there. His staff worked me back in quickly a couple of days later to finish. During the second procedure, Dr. Golden found a bone spur, which he immediately removed. Not only does my nose look amazing, but now I can also breathe better. I am so happy I chose Dr. Golden. My only regret is not getting this done sooner with him. He's incredibly talented.

It's has been almost a year now since my rhinoplasty and I absolutely love my new nose. Dr. Golden really knows what he is doing and I found his personality and character to be refreshing and calming.
