I was lucky enough to have Dr. Miguel perform a rhinoplasty on me almost 11 months ago. I want to start by saying that when I began my search for a plastic surgeon, my husband was a medical resident at the time. He asked an ENT resident who he would recommend for rhinoplasty, based on all the different doctors he had shadowed over the course of the last 3 years. Without any hesitation, the ENT resident answered "Dr. Miguel - he is the best in the business and basically a magician." This gave me a ton of confidence going into my consultation with Dr. Miguel, but upon meeting him I knew for certain he was the person I wanted as my surgeon. Not only is Dr. Miguel extremely talented and knowledgable, he has literally no ego and is one of the kindest people I've ever met. He is personable, warm, a great listener and truly wants to make all of your dreams come true! And that he did. He made sure to be extremely accessible every step of the way throughout my recovery. Rhinoplasty recovery is sort of a crazy process - your nose changes SO much throughout the course of its healing. It's for this reason that I had a few panic moments (haha), but Dr. Miguel put my mind at ease each and every time. With my new nose I feel better about myself than ever before. I really cannot thank Dr. Miguel enough. He is truly phenomenal at what he does. Let it be an EASY decision to choose him - I promise you won't regret it!

I had an awesome experience with Dr. Miguel. I had both septoplasty and rhinoplasty procedures completed by him, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. He was caring, kind, and professional throughout the whole process. He carefully listened to every question and concern I had about the procedure which made me feel very comfortable with my decision. I would highly recommend Dr. Miguel to anyone who is considering rhinoplasty, he is truly a master of his craft!

I am so thankful that I was referred to Dr. Miguel to correct my breathing problems! Prior to my surgery with Dr. Miguel, I'd had 3 septorhinoplasty operations due to breaking my nose in sports and a car accident. Over the years, what was left of the cartilage in my nose had migrated and my nose started collapsing. This caused me to have sleep apnea and extremely limited my ability to workout/participate in sports without wearing a breathe-right strip. Dr. Miguel placed a "permanent strip" inside my nose and did a turbinate reduction... And I can breathe again! Dr. Miguel and his staff are professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable- I would highly recommend him. Besides an an unforeseen allergy to the glue that held my soft cast on (mastisol), the surgery with Dr. Miguel was by far the most effective and easiest recovery of all 4 that I've had. I was concerned going into a 4th surgery that I'd come out looking like I'd had way too many nose jobs, but my fears were put to rest when I saw the results. Dr. Miguel is an artist in his field!

Incredible!! Dr Miguel fixed damage done to my nose that another ENT did 6 years ago. When we met for my first consultation, my objective was to have a nose that I could breathe through. He listened to my needs and wants and by far exceeded my expectations. Not only is he an amazing plastic surgeon, but he's more like a modern day Rembrandt.

I was very nervous about having melonoma on my leg excised due to its difficult location. Dr. Miguel put me at ease as he calmly answered the many questions that I had prior to surgery. HIs gentle and caring approach relieved many of my concerns. During the procedure Dr. Miguel talked with me the entire time keeping my mind off the surgery. My incision is healing quickly and looks good too.

I had a croton oil (Hetter) peel just 11 days ago and am so pleased with the results so far. The post op "down time" is a bit lengthy but so worth it. Even though my healing process is not yet complete, I can definitely see a vast improvement in my skin texture and the crow's feet in the corners of my eyes have virtually disappeared!

I'm a 55 year old female with drooping eyelids. I knew that eyelid surgery was in my future, maybe 10 years. After a consultation, I thought why wait? Why not look good now? From the first moment I stepped into the office, I knew I made the right decision. The office was clean and comfortable.The staff was courteous and professional. I was put at ease with Dr. Miguel's exam and evaluation. The staff shared photos and even their personal experiences with this surgery. The whole process was effortless on my part. They handled everything. Updated on 26 Aug 2016: One month post op, looking good! My eyes look so open! Updated on 9 Mar 2017: It's been 7 months since my eyelid surgery. Very pleased with the results. Full results will be seen up to a year. I didn't think I needed my lowers done, but now that the uppers are done, I can see that I do.

I had decided to get a rhinoplasty and figured if I’m going under the knife why not just fix my ears too! I researched my doctor for noses and went with Dr. Miguel. He was very kind and made me feel comfortable. I didn’t think much of fixing my ears, I was much more concerned about the nose. Wish I would of done a tad bit more research into lobes. I had no idea what I was in for when there was complications with one ear leaving it black. My sister is a nurse that lives out of state, she had many many FaceTime calls from me having a meltdown. The day after surgery it was black. I thought it was going to fall off. The problem with your own ears is you have to rely on pictures and the mirror you can’t get a close enough view. After about a month, month and a half of having a black ear and having to keep it “moist” at a scheduled check up Dr. Miguel looked at it quick, said the scab needed to come off, took it off and out the door he went. When I went to the bathroom and looked at it for the first time I almost fainted. I thought it was bad when it was black, now I’m jut seeing my insides. That was a long FaceTime call to my sister talking me off the ledge. I learned from her it was not really a scab but just dead tissue. I was mortified to learn all the skin was or getting blood flow and died. It’s been about 5 months now and it’s healed, looks some what normal. Dr. Miguel of coursed has offered a revision on it, but I could not imagine putting that poor ear through anything else.
