Sagging breasts, loose skin around the midsection, stubborn pockets of fat, and separated abdominal muscles are just a few of the most common issues that women face after giving birth.
With a mommy makeover at my Rochester, Michigan office, I can create a custom combination of procedures that are done as one surgery to address all of your concerns at once, without the need for multiple visits. The most common procedures that are done as part of a mommy makeover are breast augmentation, breast lift, tummy tuck, and liposuction, but I work with each patient to individualize their treatment and determine the best protocol to help them achieve the results they desire.
Breast Surgery
I offer a variety of breast enhancement surgery options at my Rochester, Michigan office, including breast augmentation with breast implants and breast reconstruction for women who have had a mastectomy.
For those patients who are unhappy with the size of their breasts or want to balance out an asymmetrical shape, breast implants can help increase volume and create a more proportionate bust. A breast lift, or mastopexy, can help return breasts to a firm, perky appearance if they have lost volume or are sagging after significant weight loss, after giving birth, or as a natural result of the aging process. Breast lift surgery can be combined with a breast augmentation for a more dramatic improvement if breasts have become deflated. Dr. Richard Hainer is a double board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon and founder of North Oakland Plastic Surgery in Rochester, Michigan. As one of the most experienced plastic surgeons in the Detroit area, Dr. Hainer is well-known for his artistic eye, flawless results, and high standard of patient care.

Following that, he headed to Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit for a residency in General Surgery. He was then accepted to a fellowship in Plastic Surgery at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, Oregon, and a subsequent fellowship in Hand Surgery at Cleveland Clinic Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio.
Dr. Hainer is board certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery - General. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Michigan Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the Michigan State Medical Society.
He has received multiple awards for both his skill and patient care, including Vitals Patients’ Choice Award for six years running as well as the Vitals Compassionate Doctor Recognition in 2020.
