I offer a variety of breast enhancement surgery options at my Rochester, Michigan office, including breast augmentation with breast implants and breast reconstruction for women who have had a mastectomy.
For those patients who are unhappy with the size of their breasts or want to balance out an asymmetrical shape, breast implants can help increase volume and create a more proportionate bust. A breast lift, or mastopexy, can help return breasts to a firm, perky appearance if they have lost volume or are sagging after significant weight loss, after giving birth, or as a natural result of the aging process. Breast lift surgery can be combined with a breast augmentation for a more dramatic improvement if breasts have become deflated. ...read moreI had a great experience with Dr. Hainer. He was very professional and kind. The reason I had the surgery is that I had a lot of extra abdominal skin from losing 85 pounds. My overall results are excellent. I did, however, point out at my appointment after surgery that there was minor, puckering of the skin on the left side that I would like fixed. Doctor Hainer has changed my life. I went in for a consult after naturally losing 175 lbs. From the time I walked in until the time I left, the staff was amazing. Dec. 2019 I had a bilateral nipple/skin sparing mastectomy. Dr Hainer was able to immediately place silicone implants under the muscle. In March of 2020 Dr Hainer completed my reconstruction by performing fat grafting to my breasts. At this same time I opted for a full abdominoplasty. My results are simply amazing!! Thankfully I have had zero complications and could not be more happy with my results!!
Dr. Hainer was great - by far the best work done on me
Dr. Hainer gave me a mini face lift and he did a great job. I am healing so nice and I look great. He fixed my ears too. I have had two face lifts prior to this but this is by far the best work done on me.

I has breast augmentation surgery 20 years ago and unfortunately my left breast sprung a leak. I was referred to Dr Hainer by a neighbor. His staff was great, he was very knowledgeable and not trying to push any particular option on me. He just made sure that I could make the best decision for my situation. Fantastic!
