I had a great experience with Dr. Hainer. He was very professional and kind. The reason I had the surgery is that I had a lot of extra abdominal skin from losing 85 pounds. My overall results are excellent. I did, however, point out at my appointment after surgery that there was minor, puckering of the skin on the left side that I would like fixed. He suggested to wait until I fully heal to see if that part smooths out. I started out before surgery with my left side, being more lopsided, as far as the extra skin. So we will see in my appointment coming up! I hope he will do the minor fix!

Went to see Dr Hainer regarding my breast reconstruction surgery and he was very informal and nice. I was comfortable with his staff as well. I was very happy with the procedure that he performed. 4 stars

Doctor Hainer has changed my life. I went in for a consult after naturally losing 175 lbs. From the time I walked in until the time I left, the staff was amazing. Dr Hainer took all the time I needed to explain the procedure and what my options were for my tummy tuck. I never once felt pressured. A day after my consult I knew I found the one and booked my surgery. I am now about 9 months post op from my tummy tuck and have a second surgery booked for next Friday for loose skin in my upper body. Dr Hainer truly cares about his work and it shows. I can’t wait to see my results for my upcoming surgery, but my mind is at ease knowing I’m in great hands!

If you are debating getting a breast augmentation, do it, it's so worth it! Updated on 21 Apr 2021: I found out about Dr. Hainer through two of my girl friends who had nothing but good things to say about him. So, I decided to go in for a consult and he was so personable! He help me decide what type of implant and also the placement of the implant he would do. I ended up choosing 405cc, silicone, moderate high profile above the muscle. I couldn't be more happy with how they turned out! Seriously the best purchase I have ever made. Updated on 22 Apr 2021: Updated on 21 May 2021: Still obsessed! So happy I did this for myself.

Dec. 2019 I had a bilateral nipple/skin sparing mastectomy. Dr Hainer was able to immediately place silicone implants under the muscle. In March of 2020 Dr Hainer completed my reconstruction by performing fat grafting to my breasts. At this same time I opted for a full abdominoplasty. My results are simply amazing!! Thankfully I have had zero complications and could not be more happy with my results!!

Dr. Hainer gave me a mini face lift and he did a great job. I am healing so nice and I look great. He fixed my ears too. I have had two face lifts prior to this but this is by far the best work done on me. 

I has breast augmentation surgery 20 years ago and unfortunately my left breast sprung a leak. I was referred to Dr Hainer by a neighbor. His staff was great, he was very knowledgeable and not trying to push any particular option on me. He just made sure that I could make the best decision for my situation. Fantastic! Updated on 2 Mar 2020: So, an saline implant that I got 20 years ago went flat. I saw Dr Hainer and after my examination he gave me all of my choices. Two weeks later I had my surgery. He even came in on Saturday to see me for my post surgery appointment. It has been 9 days since my operation and I feel great. The implants are fantastic and I feel and look like myself again.

Dr. Hainer is the nicest man...he went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. He even helped me decide what would be the best size insert for my breasts/body... He did no place the implant under my muscle...a much less invasive procedure; since I am a very young acting/feeling 71 years old! I am contacting you the day after the procedure... Last night I took a Tylenol before I went to bed...this morning it is close to 7:00 am...no pain! Pressure...but no pain! I highly recommend Dr. Hainer!!!

I really don't think there is enough space to truly convey how happy I was that I selected Dr. Hainer as my plastic surgeon. I decided to have a bi-lateral mastectomy after being diagnosed with breast cancer two years ago. He is a very kind and down to earth person who genuinely cares about his patients and their results. This is the first doctor to ever call me to see how I was feeling after surgery. My reconstruction is completed and I am very pleased with his work as well as his bedside manners. He also has an awesome team that works at his office, so expect to greeted by friendly, efficient and understanding group of ladies when you call or visit his office. Thank you for everything Dr. Hainer! I hate to say goodbye.

Dear Dr Hainer and Staff, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!! 5’2” women with painful, oversized 38DDD breasts is now a BEAUTIFUL 38C! I am 53 and my nieces who are in their 20’s say my breasts now look better than theirs. I work at one of the main hospitals in the Detroit area. Found out one of my co-workers had a breast reduction and highly recommended Dr Hainer to me. Then discovered a lady in a different department also had a reduction. She told me was was thrilled by her results and she too had gone to Dr Hainer! I can now add my name to the Dr Hainer and Staff fan club! This office is PHENOMENAL. Shout out to Kristyn and Thea... How refreshing to call a physicians office and hear a friendly voice on the other end. Every time I spoke to Kristyn about paperwork my employer needed filled out and signed (and there was alot) Kristyn made sure it was filled out, signed, and faxed. And Thea, you gave me hope when I was afraid my insurance company wouldn’t cover my surgery. You walked my husband and I through all the pre op instructions with knowledge AND a great sense of humor. Dr Hainer and Staff, you have changed my life for the better. Can’t wait to get out this summer to enjoy my new and MUCH improved smaller breasts. Thank you All!
