I can’t express how happy I am with the entire process
I got done tummy tuck with liposuction and I can’t express how happy I am with the entire process. The office staff are amazing, always willing to help and answer questions. Dr. Hardaway is really good at her job. She explained to me in detail the entire process of the surgery and the results that I was going to get and she was not wrong. Gave Me the Body I Never Had
Im so grateful for the courage to go through with the tummy tuck. Exercising is my lifestyle, but I could never get rid of the bulging tummy ( fupa). It left me feeling very subconscious. The tummy tuck saved my self-image!!

A: Hello Meh7717, Based on your photographs, a tummy tuck with liposuction of your back will give you a much better result than liposuction alone. A tummy tuck will repair the diastasis (muscle separation) whereas liposuction of the abdomen won't. Adding liposuction of the back will give more contouring.
A: An Osteotomy is performed to narrow the nasal bones on the bridge of the nose. The bones are broken at the base and pushed inward. The bones heal in the new position. If you don't want a surgical procedure, fillers could be used but this is temporary. Discuss all options with your board certified plastic surgeon who will discuss various options.
A: Switching surgeons for post op care depends on your comfort with the second surgeon and also the second surgeon's comfort in treating you. You should be comfortable with the second surgeon but also realize that if you do like the results your initial surgeon may not want to resume your care.
A: Swelling can last longer in thicker skin after a rhinoplasty. You did not mention if your nasal skin is thick, medium or thin. Are you worried about thick scars in the incisions? Prolonged swelling can last in thick skin whether an open or closed rhinoplasty is performed. I would not suggest Kenalog injections prophylactically but only if scarring occurs. kenalog is sometimes used to decrease the swelling in the tip of the nose.
A: Surgery can improve the appearance of your nose. I would suggest an evaluation by an experienced Plastic Surgeon. Computer imaging may be beneficial in discussing your results. Rhinoplasty surgery is tailored to the results that you are trying to obtain.
