Decided to get a thigh lift to address rashes and skin irritation from weight loss. Tummy Tuck done as well to remove and correct botched panniculectomy. I'm very satisfied with the procedures. Very happy! Updated on 23 Oct 2021: Almost 8 weeks post op. My open wounds are almost closed and I couldn't be happier. Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment really helped me heal. At 45 I actually have a thigh gap. I've actually started using shea butter on my incisions to help soften them and fade.

I Purchased the Groupon that is available on the Groupon Website for Skyline Plastic Surgery. I really enjoyed the office staff. They are a Breath of fresh air. Jennifer, the nurse is well versed and very personable. Dr. Aviles, he is the Plastic surgeon and he is board certified, which I think is very important. I walked in the office and was instantly greeted by their receptionist I had 20 Units of Botox injected in my forehead. I have one line on my forehead that is pretty deep, I have been contemplating Botox for sometime and I am so happy that I chose to go to Skyline Plastic Surgery to have this quick, in-office procedure done. It was mostly painless and the nurse did a great job with injecting the Botox. It has been about 3 weeks since I had the botox injected and I love the outcome, the line has basically disappeared. The Physician offers many different cosmetic procedures and I have an appointment for a FREE Cosmetic Consultation next week, I am very excited and will post another review if I have any procedure done with Dr. Aviles.

I had Botox done and I love it! Dr. Aviles and his staff were wonderful. During my consultation he and nurse Jen paid close attention to my concerns and they spent as much time as I needed to make sure all of my questions were answered. I was completely confident about my decision to get Botox after meeting them and I love my results. Yay! I'm so impressed that I just booked an appointment for a breast Augmentation!

My motivation for the procedure was due to how I felt about my body after two pregnancies. I have always been a woman with a smaller chest size (34A), so I had thought about the procedure in my early 20's. I decided to wait until after I had children, with the concern that I would wind up wanting to re-do anything after having kids. It was worth the wait! I waited 1 year post-pregnancy in order for my body to transform back to more of its normal shape. Still unhappy with my small, but somehow now saggy breasts, I decided that the cost and risks of the procedure were worth it. Now, I am 33, however; I've been on an avid workout routine 4 to 5 days/week for 15+ years. I've been in very healthy condition throughout my lifetime. Each person must choose for themselves if they feel as though their risks are worth it based on their own personal health status.

I got botox with a Groupon price, and I think they over dilute it, because of the discount. I've been getting botox for many years, and despite having 40 units, it barely worked on my crows feet , and now need to have it done again less than a month later. Would not go back here for botox.

I always wanted my breasts done, especially after having kids, they were droppy after breast feeding so I really just wanted the fullness I had before having my kids. I decided to let Dr. Aviles perform a breast augmentation. I really wish I had done my research, my breast are droopy and lop sided. Dr. Aviles always seems like he is in a rush and he tends to do all the talking, as if just going through the motions. I am very depressed since having this surgery and regret it every day. Maybe others have had a good experience but I am certainly not one of them. Do you research because if it's a life long dream , it can become a very negative experience very quickly. Dr. Aviles main form of practice is not cosmetics/plastics which should have been a red flag.

Hey guys I did not like my experience with Dr. Aviles at all, most of the staff at the hospital was extremely nice. I am writing because the Dr. has no bedside manner, I got a really bad infection after my surgery due to the surgical tape I told them I was allergic to, and ended up having to go in the HBO chamber for weeks missing work much longer than expected. The office I went to every week stayed dirty (the floor had muddy footprints on it) I am a year out of surgery and have horrible stitching and raised marks like a novice closed up my breast reduction. Please do your research I wish I had done mine more closely. Lastly I was never contacted by anyone in the as a follow-up to see how I was healing.
