I am 35 years old I have 2 kids , stats 4'11", 137 lbs , BMI 27.7 pre op . I got a full mommy make over which is; Extended Abdominoplasty, 360 Lipo , BBL, Breast lift & Augmentation. I had s great experience, I went in very excited to see results the swelling does last but now at 10 months po I am very happy to see my evolution. The best part of thus whole surgery is the muscle repair, I have way less back pain and feel stronger than ever. I had a rhinoplasty two weeks ago with Dr. Rodriguez and he did and excellent job in it. Before meeting him, I was skeptical and scared. I am glad I chose him after researching about surgery in Tijuana because he is extremely talented and dedicated. I travelled from the U.S and he made me feel calmed and secured. He is still young, but his talent cannot be compared with other experienced surgeons. Even though it was an open rhinoplasty, I can already appreciate the results, they are awesome. I am a post bariatric patient for 10 years now and after loosing 150lbs I had decided not to have plastic surgery rather exercise and tighten my skin. I am a type A personality person so I researched and consulted many doctors until I met Dr. Irving. Since I walked in to the consult I felt and awesome vibe. Once he started the consult I was convinced that he was going to be my surgeon. He has a vision of what your body should look like and without you saying anything he knows. It seems that he is reading your mind and touches on exactly what you walked in there to address in the first place. After my first surgery with him I was ecstatic with the results even before I was completely unswollen. My second surgery with him was nothing less than what I expected and also turned out amazing. Dr. Rodriguez is amazing he has not only changed my life but let me love my body all over again. I see his passion for his work. From his attention, very professional and really cares about his patients and also cares about his patients to get confidence and feel beautiful. His staff is also so loving and caring. So I got my Brazilian buttlift with Dr Irving Rodriguez and it was the best experience ever. Being it my first time getting any cosmetic surgery plus in Mexico I was pleasantly surprised. I think Mexico has a bad reputation for cosmetic surgery but I had the a good experience and I would choose this Dr. Honestly it’s been 6 months after my operation and my body looks amazing. I’m a 20yr. old female and I’ve never felt more confident. The after care nurses were the sweetest and they took care of you like if you were their children and after an operation you really need that support. The only issue I have/has was when I got back home I never heard anything from the doctor or nurses asking if everything’s okay. The thing I loved the most was I asked for natural and that’s what I got. The very first few months I looked very thin with a big butt but after I worked out and eating regular I think my waist doesn’t look as exaggerated which made me look a little to fake but I love the results.

I had surgery 3/27/18 and I’m absolutely in love with my body and I’m not even done healing yet I can only imagine how much better I’ll look after swelling goes down. The whole experience was easy. After losing 125lbs, my body was a melted saggy mess of scars and skin. My abdominal muscles were badly split leaving me with no core muscle control. I needed surgical help to repair the damage.
