I'm the first in my family to get cosmetic surgery, so I was definitely nervous about getting a nose job. Overall, I had a great experience with Dr. Milla. During my initial consultation, he took pictures of my nose and together we determined all the changes that he could make for it to look more proportional to my face. I liked that he tries to get to know you as a person and is honest about what changes would look good on you. He showed me pictures of patients with was similar nose types, which helped me get an idea of the final results I could expect. I also had a functional problem with my nose, and I liked the fact that he works alongside an ENT in these cases. The clinic is clean and the staff is caring; even though I was extremely nervous, they did their best to help me feel comfortable. His staff was also available to answer my questions during the recovery.

I would like to first and foremost apologize for the delay in this review.... I cannot begin to express the Gratitude Experience and satisfaction for all of the procedures I have received from Dr.Hector Milla And his amazing staff.... I've known him for several years and couldn't be more pleased from the outcome of every single surgery i've had done.... If you want a master class in any plastic surgical procedure I would encourage any young physician to learn how to bring your medical knowledge and strong clinical skills to the table and watch this guy work his magic! He definitely has your best interest at heart......Due to his professional competence and humility I strongly recommend Dr. Milla for any patient in my situation that has had doubts or just simply afraid of the outcome!...... Costs are very reasonable, He is Highly qualified and well experienced in many areas.....I am 62 with a 30 y/o body! wished I could share photos.......At my age it is extremely important to feel comfortable with any medical intervention, He is very personable, takes his time and LISTENS! There was additional testing that was completely necessary and appropriate allowing me to feel safe and secure....The clarity and patience that was explained from the procedure to the day to day post op recovery process along with the supportive nursing staff from admission to discharge was impeccable....I'm sharing my experience in hopes to inspire others who has doubts or fears at my age that you are in the best of the best hands period.........

My experience with Dr. Milla was amazing. Him and his staff are on top of everything and are very attentive. I got a breast lift with implants and they came out more than perfect. He uses glue to lower the chances of scaring which no other doctor uses in Tijuana and it’s very affective in preventing thick ugly scars. My results are all I ever wanted and more! If I had to do it again I’d go back to him! He’s definitely an expert in all aspects and I would trust him fully for any surgery. He is definitely caring and realistic with his patients and he’s goal is to have the most natural yet amazing results. Would definitely recommend. Very impressed. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Best decision ever coming to this doctor, he is a godsend and he changed my life. I traveled from San Antonio Texas all the way to TJ because I heard he was the best and he is. The staff is amazing. I traveled alone and they made it known that I could come to them for anything if needed. My nose is perfection. My quality of life is so much better thanks to Dr. Milla and his staff. If you are traveling make sure to get a clearance form from the doctor or they will not let you board the plane, I learned that the hard way. Lol

After searching for so many months through Instagram, I went on YouTube and started viewing girls who did their rhinoplasty in Tijuana. I came across a comment on a video that mentioned Dr. Milla. The comment mentioned how he measures your nose and makes sure its compatible to your face. I searched him on Instagram and fell in love with his work! I reached out directly to Dr. Milla and he responded to me within a day! I was quite impressed because I can only imagine how busy he is. I was able to ask him questions through emails and send him pictures of my nose. He answered all of my questions and I was convinced that I had to go meet him. I ended up going to Tijuana and met him. The consultation was not too long, he talked about how he would measure my face and nose and showed me similar cases. After the consultation, I decided to look for more options around Mexico....but no one else convinced me like this man did. I went ahead and booked my surgery appointment and underwent my surgery with him. All I have to say is that he surpassed my expectations! I have always hated my nose because of the HUGE dorsal hump and he gave me a very natural looking nose. It is still swollen but I am already in love with my profile!! Thank you Dr. Milla!!!
