Castaneda was amazing at what he did. He gave me a very natural looking BBL, but I was most amazed by how quickly I felt better afterwards! Incisions were tiny and minimal bruising and swelling. Just keep up with the advice. I did go up alone, stayed in the recovery center 2 days and then transferred to quartz, which I think worked out very well for me. I had two days with 24 hour care, and then I felt good enough to transfer to Quartz, which is also a recovery center. I do wish I brought someone with me to make translations easier, as the only issue was the moments of lost in translation adding to some confusion being my first time. But I expected that, being in Mexico. I felt very safe in the city and in the facilities while I was there. I had lipo in the states in 2022 and my results were much different (on the negative side) so seeing as this was more cost effective and much less down time, I was very pleased.

Recently traveled to Tijuana, Mexico to Vida Beauty and wellness to get a Mommy makeover done by Dr Castañeda. I had breast lift with implants 300cc, tummy tuck with liposuction. Dr. Castaneda was excellent. These pictures are one month after surgery and it usually takes 2-3 months for all of the swelling to subside. The overall experience was very good. I’ve had surgery in the US several times, the care at Cosmed and the skill of Dr. Castaneda exceeded any surgical experience that I’ve had in the US.
