HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would!!! I went to him for a brachioplasty last March. I asked him if he was going to liposuction before removing skin, and he said it wasn't necessary. When I got home from my procedure I was in tears. It didn't even look like I had surgery besides the drains sticking out of my arms. It just got worse from there. I had extremely hypertrophic scarring and every time I looked at my arms I cried. I saw him again and told him of my concerns. In measuring my arms, only 1 inch was taken off one arm and 0.75 inch off the other (mind you, I lost 130 pounds, so I had at least 4 inches on each side that needed to come off). He told me he would do a "revision" to address the concerns I had but that only a small amount of skin could be taken because he had to do it in an elliptical shape. I reiterated what I was expecting, and he saw me in the office under local anesthetic. He had his intern do the left arm and he did the right arm. I asked about the hypertrophic scars and if they would happen again, and he said they were caused by a reaction to the sutures he used. Well low and behold, they are worse now than they were from the first surgery and for the second surgery, I got 0.25 inches removed on one arm and 0.50 inches removed from the other. I now have hideous scars with no results. I have since been to another surgeon to continue my transformation, and she is AMAZING!!!! I am having her FIX Dunn's mess in December and am looking forward to finally being proud of my arms. I am not concerned with scarring if there is a reason. With skinny arms, I won't care about the scarring. Right now I have hideous scarring and can't even really explain why. NEVER go to this guy for cosmetic reasons. He is a renowned hand surgeon, but he is TERRIBLE at cosmetic procedure. I walked out of that office feeling terrible about myself and the money I spent.

Get It Right the First Time

Make sure the surgeon breaks your nose, don't do the close rhinop. if you think your nose is too big. If not, you'll be disappointed afterwards. I spent a lot of money and I look more or less the same. Surgeon tend to try to get away with doing the simplest procedure possible. It costs the same, and theres little risk. But ur jsut throwing away money.
