5 out of 5 stars Male Breast Reduction
I have been living with gyno for most of my adult life, this year I finally made the decision to rid myself of this embarrassing and emasculating condition. While doing a lot of research I started to notice Dr. Silvermans name coming up as the best for the job. After consulting with several Dr's in the greater Boston area I quickly realized that Dr Silvermans expertise in gynocomastia is...
5 out of 5 stars Breast Augmentation
Dr. Silverman was extremely professional from the start. I had done a lot of research on breast augmentations before the surgery/consultation but he provided very personalized info and recommendations from his experience, which was very helpful. His surgical coordinator was absolutely fabulous. I wrote emails to her probably a million times with questions and each time she was compassionate...
5 out of 5 stars Mole Removal
Dr. Silverman removed a few benign fatty deposits on my torso. He used a local numbing agent [ novacaine?] When he was done, he stitched up the 2 areas ' invisibly' I cannot even tell where they are! His manner is warm and ' familiar ' he completely put me at ease with his open and easy bed side manner. I would recommend Rick highly without reservation.
5 out of 5 stars Male Breast Reduction
I decided to visit Dr. Silverman sometime in April I believe. This was after I visited a doctor in Reading about performing the same procedure. The doctor in Reading instilled zero confidence in me. His emphasis was placed on how overweight I was and told me I would have a lot of excess skin. I was a bit taken aback and surprised by this as I considered myself to be about 20 pounds...

Rude, snarky and arrogant. Lacking in talent, sincerity and character. Unprofessional.
1 out of 5 stars Radiesse
Absolutely the worst doctor ever. I went to Dr. Silverman to have injections done to my face. I spent $1,700 and saw little, if any, results. I called the office and the receptionist told me to come in on Wednesday. Big surprise, they were closed. When I finally reached the office, I was told that my appointment was on Monday (NOT). After driving for almost an hour, I arrived on time on Monday. I was treated awful by the doctor. He told me he "hated doing injections on the old Jewish Newton women". Okay, I'm not from Newton. He also stated he hated do injections on 60 year old women... much prefers 20 or 30 year old. Okay, so 20 or 30 year old women don't need botox ! He also said he "doesn't like doing injections at all"... he "prefers to work with his contemporaries (in Ptown) where he specializes in men's breast reductions. OK I get it... Dr. Silverman, DON'T DO A JOB THAT YOU HATE AND TAKE $$ FOR. If you only want to do breast surgery, then DON'T advertise the botox, radiesse, restylane, etc. I would give Dr. Silverman zero stars, but it will make me give him one !

5 out of 5 stars Male Tummy Tuck
Reading these reviews have been helpful for me in figuring out what to expect from the tummy tuck experience. I felt it was only fair that I add my experiences, especially since as a 25 year old male, African American (we tend to scar differently) my experience may be a little different from the norm. I am three days post-op. I had both a tummy tuck and a gynecomastia repair (male chest...
