There appears to be a bit off extra skin and fat of your upper abdominal area. This can be treated with liposuction to remove the fat. The skin should shrink afterwards because you are young and have no stretch marks.
The other option would be a mini or full tummy tuck. This would result in fat removal and skin tightening. It would guarantee more of a bikini body abdomen but at the cost of a scar beneath the panty line.

It looks as if you may have had a peri areolar breast lift in addition to breast augmentation and the lower poles of the breasts appear to have some indentations consistent with a missmatch between your original breast size and the large size of the current implants . I would need to see you to fully evaluate the degree of hardening (capsular contracture). Options such as Accolate or Singulair may help with inflammation that may have caused the capsular contractures however I find them more useful as preventative treatments in patients with a history of capsular contracture.
As you are an active Orange Theory athlete you may consider downsizing. This would not however solve the capsular contracture issue unless a capsulectomy and pocket change was performed. Removal of the implants would be possible but you may end up being smaller than you would like. Another option would be removal of the implants, a redo breast lift and fat grafting to the breasts if you have enough donor fat.

Hello. Your pictures show that most of your tissue excess is toward the front. This may be why in the standing position the minora look prominent. An extended wedge labiaplasty with a vertical clitoral hood reduction would give you the trimmest result. I agree that an edge trim may make your clitoral hood look more prominent. Be sure to choose a surgeon with significant experience with labiaplasty.

It appears as if you have a bilateral dehiscence or separation of the wedge resection of your labia minora. The clitoral hood is large and a rotational flap with the existing hood could restore more normal anatomy. It would not be my recommendation to attempt a closure of the wedges as this has a high chance of recurrent separation.

Hello:
I see that you are concerned about scaring with a breast lift augmentation. Your photos reveal a good loss of upper pole volume and widening of the breasts that are lying low on the chest wall. Your idea of doing a Benelli lift with a scar only around the nipple followed by a breast augmentation will result in flattening of your areola, poor final shape and wide undesirable scars. It is not possible to contour the shape of the breast well with a peri areolar incision.
My recommendation would be to do a vertical "lollipop" mastopexy augmentation to reduce the width of your breasts and support the implant and your breast tissue into a higher position on your chest. The tension will be spread along the longer scar and you will avoid the flattening effect of the peri areolar lift. You have a good amount of breast tissue so you would have the choice of a saline or gel implant to give the best result. I think your overall shape will be better in the long run with this approach.

Hello. It looks like you are healing on target at this point. The redness and firmness is probably the normal healing response at 5-6 weeks post op. There is a small area on the left breast (second underneath photo) where the incisions come together that appears to be a bit delayed in the healing process. You may want to contact your PS to discuss treatment options for that area. The application of Aquaphor usually helps these areas to heal a bit faster. Laser treatments of the scars may help decrease the redness.

Upper facelifts usually refer to an eyelid lift and a brow lift. These are done for brow ptosis or droopy eyebrows that create hooding usually over the outer portion of the upper eyelid. Incisions are within the hairline and also in the eyelid crease above the upper eyelid. A Facelift usually refers to a lifting procedure for the cheeks and jowls. Incisions are placed inconspicuously in front of and behind the ear. This restores the natural full cheek contour present in youth.
A lower facelift or neck lift address the skin excess and muscle laxity of the neck below the chin. The incisions are about the same for the regular facelift but a second incision is placed under the chin in order to tighten the platysma muscle. The recovery for the two procedures is about the same: a week or two of bruising and swelling followed by a gradual improvement in appearance over 6 weeks. Very commonly the upper and lower facelifts are combined and called a full facelift.

You have a nice narrow waist and a tummy tuck will remove the extra skin and fat along the abdominal area. The biggest benefit from lower back or flank lipo is reducing the muffin top over jeans. If that is not an issue for you consider forgoing the flank lipo. Flank liposuction could always be done at another time or better yet Coolsculpting if the area remains an issue for you.

Labiaplasty is one of my most popular procedures. Patients are very happy with the results of wedge labiaplasty and we do most if not all of our patients under local anesthesia here in our private accredited surgical facility. Topical anesthetic is applied first to reduce any discomfort with the local injections. The procedure usually takes about an hour and the numbing effect lasts 4-6 hours afterwards.

It looks like you have some separation of your neck muscles, loose neck skin and a few deep facial lines. My suggestion would be to consider a neck lift or lower facelift to address the skin and neck laxity. At the time of the surgery some fat could be placed into the facial hollows and wrinkles. Fillers could help maintain the result but in my opinion would not be effective alone. Non surgical tightening such as Vivace or Ultherapy could be an option if the downtime from surgery (2 weeks) was prohibitive.

My experience with Dr. Hamori far exceeded my expectations. She and her staff are amazing. They genuinely care about your surgery and aftercare. The communication between Dr. Hamori and myself has been wonderful- she truly cares and takes the time to listen to your thoughts and concerns.
I had an amazing experience with Dr Hamori. I have always been extremely insecure about my labia, and decided to have a consult with her for a labiaplasty. From the very beginning she was patient and caring. She made sure I knew all my options for the procedure, and answered all questions I had. The day of surgery she made sure I was comfortable and went over the procedure before she began. The surgery only took about 45 minutes under local. She made sure to reach out to me the night of my surgery to check in on how I was feeling. She truly cares about her patients and has a passion for what she does. I can’t recommend her enough to everyone. I’m so thankful I went to see her. She gave me my confidence back! You won’t be disappointed by Dr. Hamori.
Dr. Hamori is what’s known in the industry as a surgeon’s surgeon. A good friend of mine (who is a breast a surgeon herself!) chose Dr. Hamori for her breast reduction. I can’t think of a higher endorsement. She showed me the final result and her breasts looked symmetrical, proportional, and natural. I too am a surgeon and was looking for someone to do my breast lift, but I’m almost 50 and felt hesitant. I was concerned about finding someone who wouldn’t push for implants. Based on my friend’s experience I drove 4hours out of town to have my procedure done by Dr. Hamori. The whole team was amazing. The anesthesiologist was phenomenal, the nurses were so skilled, and her staff were incredibly professional and warm. Dr. Hamori listened without judgement. I think it really helps that she is a woman herself. The experience was seamless and I am very satisfied with the results. I am also impressed that, even months post-op, Dr. Hamori continues to make sure my scars are healing well and that I am happy with the final look. I really appreciate that it’s not just about the main operation but that she also follows through until healing is complete.
I’ve been seeing Dr Hamori for a few years now, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her work is exquisite, tasteful, and incredibly natural (but you can see that for yourself in her photos!). What you don’t know from the photos is that she is very well trained and a highly skilled surgeon. I first saw Dr Hamori for breast augmentation. The work was beautiful! Unfortunately I had a rare and unforeseen complication that was not Dr Hamori’s fault. It was well after her office hours - it felt nearly the middle of the night - and I was very scared and in a lot of pain; Dr Hamori personally answered when we called and immediately coordinated with a local hospital where she had privileges to get me into OR within a few hours. She was able to fix the issue and repair the work she had just done (and it’s still just as beautiful!). It’s not just a plastic surgeon’s aesthetic work you should consider and I urge everyone to see Dr Hamori. We never think complications will happen, but Dr Hamori is who you want by your side when they do. I now see her regularly for injectables and other treatments and her work continues to be beautiful. I’ve also gotten to know her better, and I find her to be a wonderful person. She’s kind, funny, and a great listener. I truly cannot recommend her enough. With Dr. Hamori, you are in the best hands.
I had emsella treatment which was not only helpful for bladder leakage but also had significant tightening of my vagina noticeable during sex. This was a bonus for me. Christine Hamori was very professional, kind and definitely answered all of my questions. I am glad I followed the advice of a friend to see her!
I saw Dr. Hamori in consultation and scheduled my operation. She was kind, confident, and extremely knowledgeable. She came with the highest recommendation from friends and colleagues . Her office team was fantastic. Most importantly, my operation was smooth and I am extremely happy with the way I look and feel, thanks to Dr. Hamori. I would only ever go back to her.
I highly recommend Dr. Hamori I had many consultations from NYC to Boston. No other doctors made me feel completely confident and comfortable with my decision. Also the practice is equipped with all of the latest state of the art technology.
After years of considering plastic surgery following 3 pregnancies with 3 C-sections, I am so glad I trusted Dr. Hamori in performing my breast lift + augmentation and abdominoplasty. I have been admiring her work and contemplating the procedure for myself for years and I could not be happier with the results she has given me. I am 3 months post op and my incisions have healed up beautifully, every time I visit my post surgery massager she tells me she's never seen better scars in her years of massaging cosmetic surgery patients. Because of this, I will forever recommend Dr. Hamori and her practice to anyone considering.
I love Christine Hamori and her team. Her new office is beautiful, the team is friendly, and the RESULTS ARE INCREDIBLE. I could not be more impressed with her skills. After my breast augmentation and mastopesxy, I also received three laser scar treatments (included in cost) and I am stunned by the small amount of scarring I have after only 3 months. You can barely tell I had the surgery-- the results are that natural! Thank you to the entire Hamori Team!
After having and nursing five babies I was very interested in a breast augmentation. A few close friends recommended Dr. Hamori. Upon meeting I knew I had found the woman I wanted to work with. I had my surgery a few days ago. I loved everything about my experience. I trusted Dr. Hamori to use her judgment and pick the size after expressing my goal. The staff, nurses and anesthesiologist were amazing! I know I’ll be thrilled with the end result and am grateful I found such an amazing doctor and facility. Thanks so much Dr. Hamori and staff!
