If there was a way to give 10 stars I would. I am a trans man in my 20s. I had Double Incision with Free Nipple Grafting masculinizing top surgery on May 2nd, 2025. Laurel is the one to go to. I have so much amazing things to say about her. Her compassion and efforts will be part of my trans joy and life joy forever. I feel so content knowing so much time and effort went into something so major to my happiness and such a major surgery. To Laurel, I hope you know that the work you do makes such an impact and you've put so much good into this Earth. I am so happy that it was her who I went to and whose work will be on me for life. Laurel, her team, and even down to the staff at the hospital we did my surgery at are all beautiful people. I attribute two of the best days - the surgery day and my 1 week chest reveal in office - and best experiences of my life (Every part of this process, especially during and after surgery both in office and at home) to Laurel. She and her team are all such sweet souls. I will be recommending her for anyone I know in my life that needs top surgery or other services she provides, and I don't do that at all because I have a hard time trusting in life, but I trust her, her sweetness and compassion, and that she'll take care of anybody that walks in. Getting my appointments all ready and set up is so streamlined and efficient with her. Off the bat we had already set up blood work, my next follow ups and coordinating it with my PCP, and then the surgery date itself all at once. She is so welcoming and she + staff were so ready to get me into her books as quick as possible. She and her team are extremely supportive and loving not only of our LGBTQ+ community but of people with disabilities as they all accommodated without a second thought my sibling with autism w/ high support and supervision needs during this process with school notes and transportation for me if I needed it. (Her office is also so pretty too, from the wall art, to the furniture in the lobby and patient offices, to the pride flags that adorned the sign in sheet, cards, everywhere really. The queer books on the side tables.) That also applies to her staff at her Darian office. My family loved each and every one of them and I looked forwards to getting emails and seeing them in person. Thank you Angus and Hillary. Y'all the best. Angel, who brought me into the patient room was so down to earth and conversational on a human and spiritual level. You could tell that she loves her work, our community, and that she (and everyone there) doesn't do this just for work, it's her passion and it brings her so much joy to be there especially when someone gets to see their results for the first time. We still smile and sing praises about you at home to this day. You're incredible. Laurel and her team changed my life forever; Getting my surgery got rid of so much dysphoria + mental blocks and I feel like I'm allowed to exist again both within my body and perceiving my own self, and outside in the world too. - I saw pictures of her results online and loved them already; To me she is the best top surgeon in Connecticut. So when I got to see my 1week results in office I nearly cried (I did cry at home, I was shy) - Nothing could have prepared me for how beautiful my results looked and how beautiful I felt & feel now. The moment I came out of anesthesia, even with the wrap around my chest (which she fit so comfortably by the way. I never had such a comforting compression wrap on me before. The entire week after surgery before we changed it was so comfy),I was just so happy - and it's only multiplied since. I'm 20 days post op and in love with my results. The scarring and countouring are so masculine and she let them enhance my pre surgery features to look even more masculine, the scarring being so symmetrical and even synced with my chest hair and torso hair line, to my grafts being perfectly sized for my body to me. - It's really a comfort knowing such a genuine soul is in the field of healthcare and taking care of the LGBTQ+ community. <3
This was a scary journey for me but it was something I wanted to do my primary doctor recommend Dr Chandler to me. Going through the process of getting the surgery was great. She gave exactly what I wanted I went from 38DDD down to almost a C. I feel great and I love results.

If I get another surgery in the future she is the only one I would let touch my body . If you are considering any beauty enhancements I recommend Laurel because you will not be disappointed. Her work is magical!!
The most compassionate surgeon in my 20 years as a Male to Female Transgender Woman. She is most concern with your health physically and emotionally. When it comes to any form of plastic surgery especially for Trans Men and Women. Dr Chandler is the person you should run too!
Although treatment of the corrugators alone (grabella region) may cause some increased activity of the surrounding muscles, it is not unreasonable to attempt to treat this area alone without treating the entire forehead. If you do develop a Spock Brow, a touch up injection of a small amount of Botox on each side of the forehead about 1-2 cm above the brow should alleviate the Spock appearance.
