It's over!

I can't believe I'm writing one of these! I've considered BR reduction for the past couple of years but really decided just a few months ago to take the plunge. I'm a 34DD/DDD hoping to go down to a 34B or a small 34C. I'm only 5'3 and about a size 6 (would probably be about a 4 if I was smaller on top!) so while I don't think I'm absolutely huge right now, being smaller would just be so much...

50 Y.o. and Ready to Be Fabulous. 42 I/J Wanting to Be a C/D with FNG (free nipple graft).

Ok. I have been reading reviews on real self as I process my desire for a breast reduction and I wondered if I would actually write one. Since reading others have been helpful to me, I'm writing to hopefully be helpful to someone else. I'm 50 y.o, 225 lbs, 5'1" tall. Currently I am a 42I/J hoping to be a 42D. Like others I have been big breasted most of my life. As I look at pictures...

Visit Several Doctors Prior Having the Procedure! - Columbia, MD

I highly recommend that you check out the recommendations of several different doctors/nurses before deciding on the office that will do the procedure. I went first to the doctor’s office that came up as the most “distinguished” on the CoolSculpting site. I called the California office because I couldn’t figure out how or why certain doctors with apparently greater training showed up as lowe...

Happy I Did It - Columbia, MD

I had my breast implants removed after 21 years. They were hard and the right one had ruptured. Happy I removed them as my breast are back to being soft and look natural. I didn't need a breast lift as I had small implants.

Amazing! Stomach Was Damaged After 4 Pregnancies - Columbia, MD

The skin on my stomach was seriously damaged due to four pregnancies. The skin was loose and wrinkled. My muscles were damaged, and you could not see my belly button due to the loose skin. I wore loose shirts for many years to hide this. However, after 10 years, a friend suggested that I see Dr. Mess. After my first consultation, Dr. Mess was amazingly friendly. Her confidence and knowledge of...

LIfe Changing - Columbia, MD

She was the second plastic surgeon I met with and I knew right away she was the one. She answered my questions before I asked, she's very down to earth and makes you very comfortable. I found Dr. Mess by accident, and it was the best thing ever. I lost a lot of weight and was left with extra skin and leftover fat. She did an arm lift and my neck and a tummy tuck. She took all the extra skin off and I look and feel fantastic. She's a sweetheart and just such a great surgeon and so caring.

Excellent Results! Totally Worth It! - Columbia, MD

I had always wanted to improve my appearance. The size and shape of my breasts were always an issue for me. Dr. Mess had performed breast reduction on my daughter, with great success.

Great Listener, Not Your Typical Surgeon! - Columbia, MD

My only suggestion for anyone opting for surgery would be to ask a lot of questions (look at pictures in her office, ask very specific questions about the sizes and profiles). I would also be sure to "try on" the implants several times to be 100% sure with your decision. She will trust in you to make the decisions (with her guidance), and will spend a lot of time with you.

No Gimmicks, Great Results & Service with a Smile - Columbia, MD

After losing about 30 pounds over a year, I still had some residual belly fat that I just couldn't get rid of. I did a lot of research and determined that liposuction and/or a tummy tuck were too invasive and expensive for me. I had read about Coolsculpting and was able to attend an Open House and consultation with Dr. Mess where she informed me I was a prime candidate for the procedure. It...

Horrible Plastic Surgeon! - Columbia, MD

Dr. Mess messed me up BIG TIME. She performed the breast implant surgery as a part of my mastectomy surgery back in 2013. Right after surgery I started to have one infection after another. I eventually ended up having to remove the implants. Not to mention the implants were terrible looking, off centered, out of alignment, wrinkly and sore to the touch. Please don't use this doctor if you...
