I consulted with many surgeons before choosing Dr. Miles, and I have to say that he is the most understanding, kind, and patient provider that I have ever met! He answered my numerous questions during our visits very thoroughly, and was even available by phone to answer more questions outside of normal business hours. I am currently about 2.5 months post-op, and I am SO happy with his work; my daily headaches have gone away, and exercising has actually been rewarding. If you are looking for a surgeon who will work with you at each step of the process and who will give you perky, natural-looking breasts after your reduction, then I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Miles. The entire experience with Dr. Wendell Miles and his staff was amazing! From the moment I walked in the door for my free consultation to my follow up appointments. He is really funny and has a great personality. He never made me feel uncomfortable, pressured or rushed. He took his time to answer my questions and even gave me his personal number after the surgery in case I had any issues or concerns. The second time I went in my husband went with me. Dr. Wendell answered all of his questions as well. The overall experience was great and I would do it all over again. No regrets!!! Fat injections under my eyes and on the temples delivered excellent results. Fat grafting from the belly was done under local anesthesia , and discomfort during the procedure was minimal. Whole procedure took 1.5 hour . Once it was over, I walked home on my own. Usually, I bruise very easy ,but after this procedure my face had only light marks from the needles , so I reported to work next day with a younger looking face. I saw the results immediately - my under eye area , cheeks and temples looked fuller, like the clock was turned 10 years back I would highly recommend this procedure to those who are not quit ready for a facelift, and needs to look refreshed.

After years of working out, dieting and losing weight, I was still unable to lose my belly fat from two pregnancies and two c-sections. Updated on 3 Jan 2016: I have to start by saying how ecstatic I am and soooo very happy that I had the tummy tuck surgery. Just to recap and be more thorough in this update, I had a full tummy tuck, with muscle repair, and liposuction to the flanks, hips, thighs and inner thighs. At 6 weeks, I'm feeling really great and almost back to normal. I say almost because, I still have some tightness and numbness from the muscle repair but nothing debilitating. Today I started exercising by walking a slow mile - I usually run but will probably not be able to do that for a few weeks yet. My incision is healing very nicely and my scar looks far better than I expected at this point. Its been great being able to fit into my clothes and not look 4 months pregnant - I'm not able to fit into my skinny jeans yet (still a little swollen) but it won't be long. I daringly wore a two piece for the first time in 20 years while on vacation in Mexico last week (see picture). I have no regrets about having the surgery - except that I should have done 10 years ago! Like many of you, I was really scared about having the surgery and spent many months and even the few weeks before the surgery second guessing my decision. Height 5'6" Weight 168------>162 (My weight did not change because of the surgery per se - it's hard to eat after your tummy muscle has been repaired - another benefit ????. Then I did a 9-day Isagenix Cleanse) Above waist 34------->31 Waist 37------>31 Tummy 42------>37 Hips 45----->43 Thighs 44------>42 I still have a little swelling so I'm sure my measurements will probably go down even more by the 3-month mark.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2013. I was filled with the usual sadness, concern and fear about having to have a mastectomy.
