The office is such a welcoming place, from the front desk staff to the nurses and to Dr. Miles. I had horrible hormonal acne that I had been dealing with since a teenager. Dr Miles was patient and worked with me every step of the way. Any questions or concerns I had either herself or her staff would find me the answers that I needed. I was also treated for fat around my abdominal area using the Emsculpt machine. I was scared at first, but it felt like nothing. The thirty minutes went by so fast. I did 3 sessions and I already saw results!! I will definitely continue to visit Dr.Miles. I would highly recommend her.

I workout all the time but at 47 and two kids, my stomach had a new layer on it that I could not seem to get rid of not to mention that my core is the weakest part of my body. After meeting with Dr Katina Miles several times because she does all of my injections which include botox and filler, I decided to go ahead and purchase 2 sessions of EMSCULPT because I liked that not only did it blast the fat cells, but it literally strengthens the core by building the muscle with the technology. It is pretty intense with the first session because the contractions feel like you are doing a thousand sit ups and you know for a fact that the treatment is working. I started with the 4 treatments over two weeks and it is only 30 minutes at each session. With each session, I actually enjoyed the contractions as the intensity was increased. As crazy as it sounds, my back actually feels better five months later. I drive a lot and I am pretty physically active and having a stronger core feels great. EMSCULPT is perfect for those of us who love the gym because a strong core is everything! I Now five months later, my stomach is looking pretty damn good. I have a follow up next week and I will be able to show the pictures from the first treatment until now. I love that I had zero downtime and no surgery. My next goal, is to EMSCULPT my booty! I definitely recommend this treatment and I recommend Dr. Katina Miles. She is awesome and really explains everything to you. Because her staff consists of her and her office staff and she has one office, you always feel like you get customized service. I was so impressed with her that I actually switched both of my kids over to her practice for their acne treatment. My sisters did the same. EMSCULPT is soooooo worth it! My Orange Theory friends are pretty impressed with what I can do when it comes to the core work outs. More importantly, I am ready to wear a bathing suit when I head out to vacay in a week.

When I was in high school, I was fit and on the track team until I became injured. Over time fat gathered around my abdominal area. I found EMSCULPT to be very effective for me. I can not think of any cons. I had a pleasant experience. The process wasn’t time consuming. It was relaxing, pain free, and quick. In fact, I was so relaxed I fell asleep during every session. I noticed in some o the reviews for EMSCULPT people change their diet. I didn’t change my diet. I can only imagine how even more impressive my results would be if I had changed my diet. Thanks to Dr. Miles I received my summer body in time for the summer. To maintain my results, I will eat healthy and exercise.

The treatment was simple, efficient, and effective. Dr. Miles and her staff are flexible, attentive, and provide the best service possible. I am so happy with how my body responded to the treatment with essentially no effort on my part. I literally laid there and the machine did all the work for me. At first I thought it was too good to be true but seeing is believing and the Emsculpt has proven its worth and restored my self-confidence in my physical appearance. This treatment was a tremendous help to my self esteem.

Dr. Miles and her Staff are great to work with. They take their time to listen to your issues and provide a treatment plan that is honest. I've been pleased thus far with my treatments of acne pitting and scarring. It will take time, but I already see results after two sessions.

Dr. Miles and her staff are very knowledgeable and professional. I have been treated for adult acne dermatitis and eczema. I have had a scar revision which now even she can't tell where the original scar was. I have had many treatments and procedures which have all turned out wonderfully.
