I can not give Dr. Forman enough praises as nothing seems to do him enough justice. He truly has it all!!! From the moment I met him, his professionalism, honesty, and willingness to try to help me with a prior bad breast surgery that had left me looking and feeling terrible was such a relief. His confidence and experience in breast implant revision gave me the courage to proceed with yet another implant exchange/ revision my fourth in three years… he spent about an hour and a half with me on my 1st consult going over everything from my past failed surgeries to my expectations and his game plan. When I went in again with my husband, for a second consult, he was just as kind patient and honest about everything that we would need to do and what to expect, which gave both myself and my husband such a sense of relief. We knew we were in good hands, the hands of a highly trained skilled surgeon. Now here I am five weeks postop with great after care from his team and follow up apts. with Dr. Forman, and I couldn’t be happier!!!! I can finally look in the mirror and smile now!!! I had weight loss surgery done in 2005 and although I felt great and kept my weight off, my self esteem was low due to the excess skin from my stomach. After years of debating, I had my consultation with Dr. Forman last year. I felt comfortable and positive to finally go through with abdominoplasty surgery. Best decision EVER!! I absolutely wish I had done it sooner. I highly recommend Dr. Forman and his office staff. They have been professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive to my questions and concerns. Dr. Forman is THE BEST! I had a breast augmentation with him December 2022. I was very nervous but felt educated and well informed to make a decision. He is very thorough in ensuring your safety and truly cares about his patients. He helped me pick my perfect size yielding natural yet WOW factor results. He has gone out of his way to care for me and it’s very appreciated, he even came to the office on New Years Eve on a Saturday when the office was closed to change my dressing. When I had concerns being a virtual patient that lives out of town, Dr. Forman hopped on a call that day. I couldn’t be more happy with my results!

Dr Foreman is a highly skilled surgeon. He has a great eye and for what needs to be done, along with the skills to make it happen. He is up front about what can be achieved, along with any limitations, while putting you at ease with his caring manner. He takes the time to explain the what's, how's and when's and follows-up with a phone call to ensure you are recovering well post op. He is a wonderful surgeon, highly recommend.

Phenomenal doctor. The overall experience with Dr. Forman and everyone at his office was great and the results are even better then I expected! Dr. Forman took his time explaining all my options and detailing what to expect he answered all my questions and I felt very comfortable going into surgery as a result.

Dr. Foreman is the best! If you're looking for natural results, go to him. I wanted to be a small C/large B and he gave me exactly that. I was very lopsided originally. I got 275 and 300 CC medium silicone implants. I told him that I "wanted someone who doesn't know me to think they look real, and someone who does know me question if I got anything." He gave me exactly that! They feel soft, look perky but natural, and make me feel so much more confident. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions honestly. I also got a "no scar" lift in one (the one that was originally larger). I needed one to make them look more like twins because my nipple was in a different spot. So, he gave me a huge discount on it since he was already operating and I got it done at the same time. 2 silicone implants and 1 mastopexy (lift): $7,605 Anesthesia/hospital fees: $3,806 Required pre-surgery physical (not covered by insurance): $220 Total cost = $11,631 and worth every penny!

For my 50th (June ‘22) I decided to buy myself a tummy tuck (Feb ‘22) to repair the damage from two past C-sections. Best decision ever made! Dr. Forman is an artist. I enjoyed my bikini all summer, and felt great in my clothes (and without them)!

Dr. Forman is amazing! He and his staff are professional, friendly and thorough. He is patient and willing to answer all questions. You will feel seen and heard. I have my confidence back and am thrilled with my results. Tummy Tuck and Lipo is several areas.
