5 out of 5 stars Eyelid Surgery
I reluctantly decided to undergo eyelid reconstruction because my field of vision was beginning to be seriously impaired. I cannot begin to explain how great it is to be able to have that peripheral vision back. However, the amazing thing is that I look 15 years younger! What a great job Dr. Pacheko did! After my last recheck, I decided to allow them to perform Thermage on my face. My...

My feeling is it doesn't get any better than Dr. P. She's caring, concerned about the well being of me, a person. Dr. P is truly interested what is going on in my life and how my family is doing. She always asks what I want to accomplish at each visit. She is suggestive, honest, creative and a master of the skill of facial rejuvenation. I would recommend her to anyone - friends, family...

3 out of 5 stars Thermage
At age 48 I was recommended Thermage for jowling and under eye wrinkles. I had full face and neck Thermage done in Sep 11. Didn't like the fact that the procedure was perfomed by a tech and not the doctor. It was pretty painful (as many reviewers state), and I saw no improvement in the jowling and wrinkles. Biggest waste of money! I had an S-lift (face and neck) with lipo done in Dec 12...
2 out of 5 stars Eyelid Surgery
My last visit to her office December 2013 she brought in an observer to watch her give filler and botox injections. Her attention was on the new doctor who wanted to know how to make his fortune doing injections. I was not asked If I had a problem being used in a teaching environment. I was not offered a reduced payment for being used in a teaching environment. The result of this appointment was 2 black eyes - one was immediate before I left the office. The bottom lip left side is still noticeably larger after 2 months and only the right side of my forehead received botox. The wait times for appointments are extreme. I was forgotten in an office for 2.5 hours once and at a follow up visit for the one in office laser treatment to correct my uneven eye lift performed by an assistant I was left 2 hours waiting for her, only to be told when I finally walked out that she wasn't even in the building. I would give zero stars for wait times if it was possible. do not recommend this doctor.
