5 out of 5 stars Revision Rhinoplasty

44 Years Old Underwent Revision Rhinoplasty in Baltimore with Dr. Le

I was one of those kids that breathed through my mouth and carried a Kleenex everywhere. In an attempt to aid my breathing, a pediatric ENT removed my adenoids at the age of six to no avail. As a 12-year old I underwent septoplasty, turbinate reduction and polyp removal (there was more, but I was too young to understand the details). My breathing was only marginally improved. As an adolescent...

5 out of 5 stars Facelift

Grateful for my Facelift, Neck Lift and Brow Lift - Baltimore, MD

I went to Dr. Le because he was highly recommended. After several lengthly consultations and botox and filler procedures that I was thrilled with, I trusted Dr. Le implicitly. I have never met a more conscientious, competent, and caring doctor. A couple of my friends go to Dr. Le, and they agree with me. His staff is excellent and always friendly. Liz is simply superb.

Revision Rhinoplasty - Ellicott City, MD

I had my primary rhino in Belgium (I'm from Belgium), which ended like a total nightmare on my face. I requested a straighter nose of my already naturally crooked nose. That Belgian surgeon/butcher left me with an extremely morbidly crooked nose, overshortened scooped profile and a nasal valve collapse. On top of that it looked awfully fake and plastic with knockles on my tip!! I researched for the best possible revision rhinoplasty expert on this planet for more than 4 years, and I finally decided to go with Dr. Le. Dr. Le must be the most dedicated Dr. I ever met in my entire life! He had to reconstruct my butchered nose with rib, and made awesome improvements. Nose is much straighter now, I have a perfect profile, no more scoop and nasty knockling on my tip. My nose looks so natural now. And he also fixed my breathing (nasal valve collapse!!). He is truly an amazingly skilled surgeon and such a good person who really cares for his patients! On top of that he is completely obsessed with perfection. Thank you Dr. Le for making me look normal again and improving my breathing!

I Cannot Thank My Dr. Enough - Ellicott City, MD

I think there are many doctors out there that are dishonest and can make your situation a lot worse. However, it is refreshing to know that there are doctors out there like Dr. Le who are not running a plastic surgery assembly line and actually want to help people. I was scared by the projected length of my surgery with Dr. Le, but I understood that it would take a lot of time to fix the numerous problems caused by my previous surgeries. The reward outweighed the risk for me and I am so glad that I chose to meet with and have surgery with Dr. Le.

5 out of 5 stars Ear Surgery

Excellent in Every Person's Definition of the Word - Ellicott City, MD

For several reasons, Dr. Le is who I would recommend for all treatments and/or consultations. Obviously for some, deciding to have reconstructive surgery can be daunting and personal. That being said, for me, I wanted someone who considered themself to be a perfectionist. By perfectionist, I mean someone who truly finds pride in perfecting the most intricate of details. Additionally, I wanted someone who would take the time to listen to what I wanted to have done and also develop a well thought out plan to meet those goals. Lastly, I wanted someone who wasn't going to charge a small fortune to have a consultation. Dr. Le fulfilled these attributes. He has been great to work with and ultimately provided a service that was top notch. All surgeries carry a degree of risk, but when you are dealing with your face and body, we all think of "what is this going to look like", which is for many is the biggest risk. If you are serious about having a procedure done, you deserve someone who won't accept second best. The price you will pay will be very reasonable, comparitavely, but I doubt you will obtain the same pre, intra and post-operative treatment Dr. Le provides with another - that's the truth. Good luck on your decision.

Absolutely Satisfying Eye Surgery - Ellicott City, MD

Every visit from the 1st visit to the last followup was perfect. Dr. Le took plenty of time and explained everything. He is always pleasant and takes time to answer all your questions and make sure that you understand exactly what is going to happen. His staff is very pleasant and helpful and I will continue to use Dr. Le for any cosmetic surgeries. I chose Dr. Le because he had done my daughters eyelids and she has been very pleased with her surgery and they look great.

5 out of 5 stars Septoplasty

Deviated Septum, Breathing Problems - Ellicott City, MD

Dr. Thomas Le is an outstanding doctor and a meticulous surgeon. He spent a tremendous amount of time in advance of the surgery evaluating the physical condition of my nose, and formulating a clear plan for the procedure. Once the plan was in place, he spent almost 2 hours with me to review the entire procedure and expectations, including potential negative outcomes. The procedure was performed at Northwest Hospital Center, and I found them to be very professional and careful. I asked to speak with the anesthesiologist who would be covering my case, and I found that discussion to be helpful. I am very sensitive to drugs, particularly narcotics, and I felt that it was important to emphasize this before the surgery. The procedure was scheduled for 4.5 hours, and it lasted for approximately that duration. Dr. Le had prepared me fully for the outcome, and saw me twice during the 3 weeks after surgery to remove the sutures and evaluate the healing. Although the swelling will continue to go down for many months, my breathing is now very much improved. I would recommend Dr. Le enthusiastically and without hesitation to anyone seeking surgical treatment for breathing problems.

Excellent Surgeon!!

I had my rhinoplasty with Dr. Le right before Thanksgiving, 2016. Today, I am officially 3 months post surgery and I couldn't be happier with the results! During our initial consultation, Dr. Le took the time to explain every detail of the surgery and the results that I should expect. He answered all my questions with detailed explanations...time was never an issue and he assured me no...

My experience with Dr. Le was simply excellent. He is passionate about what he does, and genuinely cares about his patients and their results. From the first consultation to the post-op appointments, Dr. Le took the time to answer all my questions and then some. I was completely comfortable with him as my surgeon and the results were just what I wanted.
