Dr. Le was the third consultation I had at the beginning of my rhinoplasty journey, and I’m so glad I chose him. I had a deviated septum and difficulty breathing, he took care of both (at a great price, and he works with insurance!). Now, I have zero breathing issues. He walked me through the entire process step by step, which I really appreciated as someone who likes to be fully informed before making decisions like this. It’s been a year since my surgery, and my nose has healed perfectly with no visible scars. Since then, I’ve returned for under-eye filler and Botox on my upper lip. The clinic is always clean, and his assistant Liz is amazing. Every visit has been a great experience. Dr. Le is clearly an experienced professional—plus, he somehow never ages! Lol

I went to Dr. Le for issues with my breathing and to make my nose more symmetrical. The entire process was seamless. He is incredibly thorough and detailed. The images that he created as our "goal" pictures are exactly what my nose looks like now. And - I can breathe! Liz is also so lovely and easy to work with. I have gone back for several follow ups and never feel rushed. I would highly recommend Dr. Le.

Dr. Le is incredible and I feel so lucky to have found him. I had rhinoplasty done with him in September 2023 and the entire process from consultation to my post-op appointments made me feel so cared for, from both him and his practice. I’d been wanting this surgery for years but never booked consultations with anyone because I’d always been terrified of anyone touching my face. But I read so many great reviews of Dr. Le and how the functional aspect of rhinoplasty was just as important to him as aesthetics, which is what initially made me feel comfortable enough to meet him. My consultation with him was more thorough and in depth than I’ve experienced before. The amount of time he puts into his consultation really shows his dedication to his patients and his craft. He spent a couple hours with me explaining the entire process, spent time getting to know me, and understanding what I was looking to get out of the surgery. He went over the limitations of what he could realistically achieve with my nose and did a great job setting expectations for what my results could be. It definitely felt like he wanted to make me look like the best version of myself. Functional concerns I wanted to address were around having a chronic runny nose, which gets really bad in colder weather. Aesthetic concerns I had were a bump on my bridge and a slightly wide bridge and nostrils. My pre-op appointment with Dr. Le just set the bar so high for how I feel all pre-op appointments should go. He spent hours with me going over absolutely everything I need to know to be prepared for the surgery, what to expect during the healing process, and confirming the expected results. The surgery itself took 5 hours and when I woke up, I was amazed that I could breathe normally. My nose did become congested and I had to breathe through my mouth for maybe 3ish days. After that, congestion would come and go and diminished over time. When the cast came off a week later, I was pleasantly surprised at how much less swollen it was than other people’s cast removals I’d seen and there was no bruising. Although it was still swollen, I could see the overall shape and was so happy with how it turned out! I feel like the healing process went so smoothly because of the time that Dr. Le put in during our pre-op setting expectations for the healing journey and going over everything I could possibly expect to see. It’s been a year now and my nose looks exactly like the images Dr. Le put together for me during our consultation and my breathing is perfect. It’s so nice to not have a constantly runny nose. I’m SO incredibly happy with how my nose turned out. My nose compliments my face so well, has enhanced all the other features of my face, and because of this I don’t feel the need to wear makeup like I used to. It’s been so freeing. I’m so thankful that I trusted Dr. Le with something so important.

When it comes to facial plastic surgery, Dr. Le has no rival in the greater Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. This was my third distinct surgery with the surgical maestro (Cf. My two previous procedures and reviews on 9/2/21 and 11/11/2022), and it was also another masterful performance, especially since it harmonized perfectly with the rhinoplasty and the cheek implants. The Maestro's process is always meticulous: an in-depth consultation (3 hours), a thorough pre-op (2 hours), a stress-free procedure, and several quality assurance post-ops. Given the complicated nature of this surgery, there were more post-op check-ins, but as usual, Dr. Le was always very accommodating, even rearranging his busy schedule to see me quickly. What is more, Liz - the ever-steady rhythm section of the outfit - continually checked in with me (almost daily) to make sure I was well. Their genuine compassion and care are one of the main reasons that I trust no one else to touch my face. (Liz does great chemical peels too!) If you are considering any facial plastic surgery, a consultation with the Maestro is a must because you too will be singing his praises.

Dr. Le is extremely thorough and precise. He goes above and beyond when if he is able to and gave me life changing results. I couldn't be any more pleased than I am with Dr. Let's work. The results from his work are also very natural looking, the new shapes fit my face in an expected way and do NOT look out of place. He is also incredibly honest and forward about what to expect and concerns for informing the client. Nothing is left to the imagination here!

Dr. Le is an exceptional plastic surgeon, which is why patients fly in from all over the world to see him and why I continually choose him for anything face-related (injectables and surgery). I recently had cheek implant surgery after experimenting with fillers for a year, and Dr. Le once again amazed me with his surgical artistry and skill. (He performed a reconstructive rhinoplasty on me last year, cf. that 5-star review from 2021). He meticulously planned, performed, and appraised the procedure from the initial consult through the pre-op, op, and post-op. He never rushed nor settled for anything less than perfection. (I mean, he did a better job on my cheeks than god. Lol) The results are amazing, and I couldn’t be happier! In addition to his artistry and skill, Dr. Le genuinely treats his patients like family. The weekend before my surgery, he unfortunately had a family emergency, but Dr. Le still flew back home just for me. When asked why he didn’t reschedule the procedure , he replied: “Why would I? My patients are my family too.” What more could someone want in a doctor? Underpinning this whole operation (this procedure and his entire practice) is a logistical mastermind, Liz. There were some delays with the supply chain, so appointments and dates needed to shift. She handled everything so adroitly and made me feel at ease with all changes. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this practice, which is why no one will ever touch my face except for Dr. Le.

I had a revision rhinoplasty with this very thorough and skilled doctor. I had very bad breathing from previous rhinoplasties. I did my research drove to MD from CT. I had this done a few years ago and my breathing is still perfect. Thank you so much for making me breath again and listening to my requests and striving on getting the very best results. So lucky that I found Dr.Le, I Have wanted to have an Otoplasty for a while. At 34, I finally decided to look into it. Dr. Le’s consultation was super thorough and convinced me that he was the one. He was upfront about everything. The surgery was a profound success and now feel a lot better about my ears and am overall a more confident individual. In my online search, I found many other doctors charging twice what Dr.Le did. Don’t see how you can get any better than his work! Well worth the price!!

I can not put into words how lucky I was to find Dr. Le. (I actually found him on this site by reading his reviews) I had a previous nose job by another Doctor about 20 years ago, and after time it collapsed (I could barely breathe) and my tip was just hanging. The issues on the inside of my nose ended up being much more complicated then he anticipated. My surgery ended up being over 10 hours long! That just shows you he wont give up and will go the extra mile to do the best job he absolutely can. He is very meticulous about his surgeries and it shows. I will be forever grateful for all that he has done for me. He is a godsend! Dr. Le spends so much time with his patients before the surgery to go over the realistic expectations and what to expect during and after the surgery it really shows he cares and wants the best outcome for you. (which my last doctor never did) My husband said while he was waiting room during my surgery that all the hospital staff & nurses were just praising Dr. Le and telling my husband I was in the best hands and he had nothing to worry about. They were right! I love my outcome so far and its only been a couple months and its only going to get better! I finally can breathe and as a bonus it looks amazing. If you are nervous about choosing a doctor for a revision rhinoplasty, look no further, Dr. Le hands down is the best!

Dr. Le rebuilt my nose and it's even better than what I thought it would look like. I originally went in for a consult because my bridge was lopsided from my first rhinoplasty outside of the states. I told him that I just want it to be straight again, that's it. He not only give me another nose that is beautiful, it fit my face perfectly & more than I can imagine.
