Professional with years of experience

Extremely friendly and skilled doctor. I went in for a rhinoplasty and for sinus issues ive been dealing with for years. After my visit my symptoms are gone and my nose looks even better. Doctor Gregory handled his business in an extremely professional manner and although i was nervous considering that was my first surgery, the Doctor's confidence made me feel like i was making the right choice. Now after my surgery, I look back and laugh at how nervous i was.

57 Year Old Blue Eyed Brunette

I've always gotten compliments on my eyes. Over the years, the compliments have stopped due to aging lashes. I started wearing false lashes about 4 years ago. The adhesive I used was latex and actually made for weaves (30 second bonding glue). It worked well, but I would the lashes on for weeks at the time. This caused some bald spots. I finally decided to give Latisse a try. Within a week my lashes were dark like my hair. Take a look at my photos to see the dramatic results. I still have about 3 weeks left before my lashes reach the 16 week mark. I absolutely love this product! An odd possible side effect is that my vision improved. I just had an eye exam last week to confirm this. My prescription dropped from -2:00 to 1:25. Updated on 22 Aug 2014: Very noticeable improvement in color and length of lashes. Updated on 22 Aug 2014: July 16. Updated on 22 Aug 2014: Still growing longer, lusher and darker. Updated on 22 Aug 2014: All photos are taken of my lashes without mascara. In the course of 12 weeks I've had very noticeable improvement overall with no change of eye color. I've had slight dry eye, irritation, and a violet darkening of my lash line (upper and lower lids). I apply Latisse to upper and lower lashes. I only use one drop for both eyes. Updated on 23 Aug 2014: Taken this morning on August 23 in a different lighting. Updated on 29 Aug 2014: Today marks 15 weeks of Latisse . I love the product. I've changed up the way I apply it from the upper and lower lash lines to just dabbing the tip of the brush I in between the lash roots in hopes of fading the violet discoloration a little. These are pics from today with and without mascara. Updated on 11 Sep 2014: These photos show my lashes past the 16 week full potential growth period. I'm still applying Latisse several times a week. I couldn't be happier with the results. No change in eye color. Irritation and redness has subsided. No lash breakage or fallout. Updated on 30 Apr 2015: My lashes are still long. I still apply latisse about 2-3 times a month. I definitely recommend this product. Updated on 21 May 2015: Taken today. I am going to start using latisse again tonight. I personally feel that this will be a lifetime commitment. . Updated on 25 Mar 2016: I am going to start using Latisse again daily. My lashes are not as light as when I first started Latisse two years ago, but they have definitely lost length. I got lazy. If you want to keep the length after the 4 months you must use Latisse at least once a week. Here are photos taken on March 25,2016. These will be my new before pics. Updated on 11 Mar 2020: I finally followed the instructions instead of trying to spare the product by using less. Here are my after results following 4 months use. I started out by applying one drop per eyelash line using a eye liner brush. I am very pleased with the results. These photos are without mascara and the length is impressive. I can see my lashes from a distance when looking in the mirror. There is still some redness and slight dryness at night but for New it’s worth it.

Bad Rhinoplasty Surgeon - Stay Away for Nose Jobs!

I got a nose job in 2013 by Dr. Pippin that I am still wishing I never got. He left my nose with a huge bulbous tip that is way bigger than it was before. My nose has a huge bump on one of the sides from scar tissue build up so my nose is totally not symmetrical. My nose has no shape on the nostrils nor the septum. It's literally been referred to as a potato on my face. And scarring is very obvious by the nostrils. All I asked him to do was to fix the bridge of my nose and he completely restructured and messed up my nose tip and nostrils. Now after many years of hating my nose, I am looking for someone to do a revision. Horrible experience.

Nose tip is huge & wide, bridge is crooked & nostrils severely uneven

Horrified by my results. Everything that possibly could have went wrong, went wrong. My nose tip is embarrassing huge and wide. My bridge is crooked. My nostrils are severely uneven. One of my nostrils is collapsing. My scar is noticeable. I have worse breathing now. The doctor's lack of care was disturbing. He didn't bother to show up to my post op appointments. Instead, he sent in his assistant to handle me and she told me that he was "too busy" to see me. I'm going to spend a lot of money paying someone to fix this.

Terrible fillers - looked like I had just left a boxing match

I hear he does nice rhinoplasty work as he is an ent, but I was seen in his office and wanted my under eye bags filled and he was the only doctor in the office who could inject filler under the eyes. I paid appx $800 and he injected my tear troughs and had a little left over so he asked where I wanted it so I got the little left over in my lips - no numbing, no blocks, no cream. Almost sent me through the roof. I expected a little swelling and bruising but my eyes and face was so puffy that I look like I had just left a boxing match. I should have known based on how excited he was to do those areas that he hadn't done many, if any. I even asked if it was his first time injecting tear troughs and he laughed it off and stated it was his first time that day. So a week later I still looked like I had been stung by bees under my eyes so I went back in and he said they just needed to be massaged, which I had been doing at home. So he massaged the injection area again and told me it would be fine. 2-3 weeks later and I still looked like I was in a street fight so I called and went back. He said he needed to dissolve a little bit of it, which was fine. Whatever works. So he injected the dissolver and all of my filler dissolved. I was back to square one with indented bags under my eyes. When I called to tell him he dissolved all of it, he said he would re-inject them for 50% off. No thanks. Won't go back to Metairie for a FOURTH time for him to charge me another $300-$400 and risk the same incompetent issue. Total waste of money.

Septoplasty

Terrible doctor, devastating results

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO DR. PIPPIN!! He performed a septoplasty on my twin and I. In the initial consult, I was clear with what I wanted to breathe and a reduction in my hanging columella. It seemed that he understood what I wanted. He even made it sound like he couldn’t change that much to my nose cosmetically anyways. By the second appointment, photos were taken and he whipped out a pencil and ruler and without much thought, it seems, he very, VERY quickly drew lines on my nose.A couple of days after surgery, the cast actually FELL OFF my face, and I immediately knew something was wrong. My nose looked COMPLETELY different than it had before in every way. It was very much not what I had asked for, anticipated, or was told would happen to my nose. There was swelling, but I knew that no amount of de-swelling would change the structural changes he made to my nose. I thought it would look almost the exact same, but it couldn’t be farther from that.I am beyond devastated and at a loss for words. Not only is the nose radically different than before, it looks WORSE. My nostrils are wildly uneven, it is wider from tip to bottom, and just looks very very bad. My friends and family have all been impacted by this and we are all just heartbroken with my new face. No one understands how he could do this or what he was thinking. Please, PLEASE do your research before going to a doctor. Learn from this mistake...

Bruised! - New Orleans, LA

Even though Dr. Pippin had an excellent personaliy- he left me all bruised up! My bruises lasted 7 days or so. I've had Juvederm done in the past and I had never been so bruised!!! I will not go to him again. I can only add that his assistant was very nice as well. He asked me what dermotologist I had seen before. Is that professional?
