She is a very good dr. My mom has been going to her for quite some time for other procedures and is very satisfied.

She was very professional. Her office was impressive and her staff were all helpful and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with her. She did an amazing job. I will definitly be going back to Dr. Glass.
2 out of 5 stars Blue Peel
Her secretarial and receptionist staff didn't have a clue. They thought I was checking out when I was actually checking in. They would have let me leave without paying had I not said something. They failed to give me the correct price for seeing the doctor and tried to act like they were doing me a favor by saying that I got to see the aesthetician without charge. The aesthetician was wonderful, I really liked her and found her to be very helpful. The doc repeeled my skin 2 weeks post 35% peel. Seriously damaged my skin. Said, "The patient is always right" when I asked why she peeled my skin again at that point being as I wouldn't know she shouldn't have done it.
Her office is beautiful and relaxing. Everything was very neat and clean. (that should be very important when having surgery). She was very respectful and honest with me. She understood what I was feeling and did her best to help me love myself!
