28 Years Old Reconstruction After Double Mastectomy - Baton Rouge, LA

FABULOUS!! WONDERFUL!! KNOWLEDGABLE!! AMAZING!!! Dr Dean has been awesome from the day I met him at my consultation appointment!! He made me feel very comfortable, answered all my questions without rushing me and explained throughly and made sure I understood everything before leaving. I had expanders put in by him after having a double mastectomy because I'm positive for BRCA1 cancer gene....

Lower Lid, Rhinoplasty, Breast Reduction - Baton Rouge, LA

I wanted some minor improvements to the wrinkles under my eyes, I had a hump on my nose and it was crooked from being broken, and I wanted a reduction from a DD to a C. I had a horrible experience and I look much worse than before. My breasts were not reduced at all, just minorly lifted so all I really got was scars. He told my family members after that I did not have any fat to remove so he...

Double Mastectomy with Reconstruction - Baton Rouge, LA

I went to Dr. Dean for a double mastectomy and immediate reconstruction. He did not complete the operation and I was left with only the mastectomy. Months later, he performed reconstruction. My breasts were uneven and as hard as rocks. I was in constant severe pain. He told me I would have to wait a year for the final result which another surgeon told me was untrue, that they don't get...

5 out of 5 stars Breast Reconstruction with Latissimus Flap

DIEP Flap Reconstruction

I was diagnosed with Stage 3A Breast Cancer on March 30, 2015. Dr. Dean and his staff were brought in as my reconstructive surgeon and it was a wonderful choice. He was there for my very first mastectomy surgery. He installed a tissue expander and preformed a breast reduction so I would not be lopsided while undergoing chemo and radiation. He and his staff are very compassionate and caring. ...

30 Yo Breast Aug - Louisiana, LA

I liked Dr.Dean from the beginning. He was realistic and confident at my consult. He is an experienced surgeon with a great bedside manner. I am very happy with my outcome at only 2 weeks post op. I know the appearance will continue to improve even more. I am very grateful for a subtle but confidence boosting procedure done by a great surgeon!

Very Pleased with Results! Love Dr. Dean & His Staff! - Baton Rouge, LA

Dr. Dean came highly recommended. He is very kind and informative. I found him to spend more than an adequate amount of time answering questions and explaining the pros and cons of the different options available to me. His nurse was also very kind and informative. I would recommend Dr. Dean to anyone.

Weighing in at 479lbs, I had gastric bypass in June of '09. After losing over 250lbs, I had an abdominoplasty, brachioplasty, gynecomastia and body lift, in Dec '15. 5 out of 5 stars Breast Augmentation

33 Year Old Breastfed Two Children, Left with Very Little Tissue - Baton Rouge, LA

After I had my children I was left with very little breast tissue and did not feel very feminine in my clothes. I went to see Dr Dean to inquire about a breast augmentation. I am extremely pleased with my results. My experience from preop to postop couldn't have gone smoother. I now feel confident in my clothes and so glad that I had this surgery.
