Dr Cox and his team were amazing.I came from out of state to get my procedure and they were always accommodating.if you want huge breast this is probably not the doctor for you... doctor Cox made it clear he thought natural look was better.the day of surgery I begged him for 50 additional ccs. My implants are still very high but I overall love my results md am thankful for the size.

From scheduling my consultation to having my procedure was all a breeze. I always felt welcomed into his office the procedure went to smoothly. He and his staff ALWAYS made sure I was at ease and fully informed on everything to expect and what was happening next.

For about 4 years i was depressed about my boobs constantly growing bigger and bigger causing them to sag and making my nipples point downwards. I’ve always had a nice shape with the exception of large breast for my size (5’2” 148lbs 38DD)

I highly recommend Dr. Cox and his staff! He has given me back the confidence I once had. I’m 42 and had droopy eyelids; it had gotten to the point I did not want to look at myself in the mirror. Dr. Cox and his staff are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I have wanted to have breast augmentation surgery for as long as I can remember and after nursing two kids, I felt it was something I had to do for myself. I was very anxious about having breast augmentation surgery, it was a big decision and I had so many questions. Dr. Cox and his staff always made me feel welcome and were happy to answer all of my questions, regardless of how redundant they were. From the moment I stepped foot into his office, I felt a sense of peace and quickly realized I made the best decision in choosing Dr. Cox for my breast surgery. Everyone in his office, including his clerical staff, were extremely professional, courteous, and genuinely cared about me as a patient. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure all of my questions were answered and I was confident in my treatment plan. What really blew me away and solidified my thoughts on just how amazing Dr. Cox truly is, was the very next day after surgery; Dr. Cox, himself, called me to see how I was doing and answer any questions I may have had. It was so comforting to know that he had taken the time out of his day to check on me himself, which just goes to show just how much Dr. Cox truly cares about his patients. The entire process, from the initial consultation to follow-up post-op appointments, was seamless. I am quite amazed at just how smooth everything went! Not only is Dr. Cox and his staff amazing and an absolute pleasure to work with, but I could not be happier with my results!! I was so nervous about choosing the wrong implant size, and was terrified I wouldn't be happy with my results. But Dr. Cox NAILED IT!! He gave me exactly what I was looking for, if not better, and I could not be happier!!

I am a 29 year old with three children. One c-section in 2012 and 2 VBACS in 2013 and 2016. I was new to the Baton Rouge area and saw Dr. Gary Cox by recommendation of a family friend. I was able to see Dr. Cox within a few days of scheduling my initial consultation. I did not wait long in the waiting room nor did I have to wait long for Dr. Cox to come into the room to begin the appointment. My husband and 2.5 year old daughter attended the appointment with me. Sometimes I feel it's not appropriate to bring children to appointments, but in this situation, I needed my husband to watch our daughter as well as be at the appointment with me. Dr. Cox and his nurse, Christy, were very welcoming and he was pleased to see my daughter. I was in the market to get a tummy tuck and possibly a beast augmentation. One of the best qualities about Dr. Cox is that he is realistic and he is honest. He doesn't give false hope and he doesn't promise something he knows is not attainable. We made small talk in between him examining me and even in my most vulnerable state of mind, I was so incredibly comfortable with Dr. Cox. You can tell that he is very passionate about his job and he is exceptionally compassionate for his patients and their families. I knew that Dr. Cox was an experienced board certified plastic surgeon and I had just assumed that experience came with a hefty price tag. I had called around to a few different plastic surgeon's just to get a baseline price for an abdominoplasty and the prices quoted were unrealistic. Dr. Cox is able to operate at his office-based surgery center that is focused on providing patients with the highest quality care, privacy, convenience and cost savings in a safe outpatient environment. I felt the price was reasonable and much more affordable considering the years of experience Dr. Cox has. He also offers a discount for paying cash versus paying with credit. The day of my surgery I was very nervous and Dr. Cox could tell. Dr. Cox was always empathetic of my feelings and had no problem listening to my fears. He reassured me he would take good care of me and that I was in good hands. The entire staff was very welcoming and nice. I ended up having a tummy tuck, muscle repair and liposuction. I am now 29 days post operation and I could not be happier. I know there is still some swelling, but I know it will go down over time. I am very pleased with the entire process. If i could give Dr. Cox 10/5 stars I would! Updated on 7 Jan 2020: Almost 1 year post op and My only regret was not doing it sooner! I’m still 150% assured of my procedure and I couldn’t be happier with my results from Dr. Cox!

Dr. Cox and his staff are phenomenal! My procedure was the first time I'd EVER had surgery and was a bit terrified during the process. He (or his staff) answered every after hour phone call, made an appointment any time I called and never made me feel like my concerns were trivial. He reassured me throughout the entire recovery process that all would be well. I would recommend him a thousand times over!

I would recommend Dr Cox and his staff to anyone. I underwent removal of breast implants with lift in July of this year 2018, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. His office staff is phenomenal, and he is very personable. HIs straight forward style and honest assessment of my situation was greatly appreciated and I felt totally prepared for the surgery and recovery. I had 19 year old implants removed and my breasts lifted (with no further implant). I feel great , the recovery was seamless and am very pleased.
