After years of searching for the right surgeon I found Dr. Warren. Her spa is clean and beautiful, and her staff are polite and welcoming. She listened to all of my concerns and I am very happy with my results. I would recommend her to any woman looking for services.

I had a Labiaplasty done by Dr. Warren last year, and it was the best investment I have ever made for myself. I had been self conscious about my labia for as long as I can remember, and she changed my life! I finally have the confidence I have always wanted. The entire experience was amazing. Dr. Warren and her staff are top notch. I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Dr. Warren is beyond incredible! She’s extremely knowledgeable with skill and training to the highest level. Her bedside manner is wonderful and she makes even the most uncomfortable of topics easy to discuss. I had a labiaplasty with clitoral hood reduction performed by Dr. Warren. On top of having significant excess thick tissue, I have other contributing factors making my case particularly difficult (including anatomical variation). Dr. Warren’s intensive and extensive training in pelvic surgery/urogynecology, along with her sharp eye and desire to achieve the best results possible conservatively, made her the best surgeon I could possibly find for this procedure. I couldn’t believe how lucky I was to find her in Louisville! After bringing my issues to my OBGYN, I contacted several doctors in the surrounding area (including Lexington, Cincinnati, and even Nashville). When I went to my consultation with Dr. Warren, it was a done deal. Not only was she the most reasonably priced, but her knowledge was immediately apparent, the entire office is filled with extremely kind and welcoming women, and her portfolio of work really speaks for itself. I am BEYOND ecstatic with my results. As I mentioned above, I was a particularly difficult case. This isn’t the sort of procedure you just have any doctor do. Dr. Warren’s extensive training in urogynecology/pelvic surgery, along with her many years of experience, made her well equipped to tackle my case. She spent significant time during my procedure and again as I returned for a revision. Her dedication to achieving the best results possibly safely was apparent at every step. Recovery was easy, Dr. Warren checked on me personally throughout. I’m shocked by my results and so happy. I cannot recommend Dr. Warren and her team more.

My experience with Dr Warren and her staff was exceptional. The Morpheus laser treatment was fairly quick and the results are already obvious. I can’t wait to complete my next two treatments in my series of three!

Dr. Warren is absolutely amazing. She makes me feel so comfortable and I can honestly discuss anything with her. She gives patients all of their treatment options and then allows them to decide what works best for them. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking treatment options that she provides.

I had the BEST experience, start to finish, with Dr Warren. I had labiaplasty, perineoplasty and Botox done at her office. She understands a woman's concerns and body, listens, does beautiful work and makes sure you are happy with it. I would recommend her to anyone and it was worth every penny-I'd do it again in a heart beat. I am SO happy with my results. She is a perfectionist and has the best bedside manner and staff. How to write this review without crying tears of happiness... I had a labiaplasty performed by Dr. Warren 6 weeks ago. This is something I have contemplated for years, mainly because of physical discomfort (tugging/pulling in underwear, during sleep, during intercourse) but also aesthetically I wasn't totally comfortable with how I looked either. I have met with plastic surgeons and Dr. Warren (a Urogynecologist) and can tell you from my experience, going with someone who knows how my anatomy is supposed to work in addition to how it can aesthetically be improved made all the difference. Dr. Warren, her bedside manner and her staff are all incredible. They are all warm, attentive, and sensitive to the fact that we are considering surgery on our genitalia. This isn't an easy decision and they know that. The follow up was wonderful - after some extreme itching during week 3-4 Dr Warren even called me on a weekend to guide me through lessening the healing itch. So, the care is impeccable, but now let's talk about how happy I am with how my labia look and feel... If it's any indication of how happy I would be - seeing my trimmed (versus wedge - thankful she recommended this versus so many plastics recommending wedge) labia immediately after surgery, I already knew I would be happy. Sure, the healing was a pain (more on that in a moment) but the immediate effect of looking in a mirror and seeing the protruding lips that had caused me physical pain being SO much smaller was the best feeling in the world. It was about 10 days out until I hit some level of comfort again. But let me tell you, every day from surgery day on, I healed and became more thankful for having done this. I don't have any tugging, and with the trim, the portions of my labia that had darkened because of chaffing were gone. It's a pink vulva with no labia sticking out and looks like how I would have dreamed for it to be. Healing - Oh, this wasn't a fun one. And I have a high pain threshold. I had rotating ice packs on for the first 4 days. I had the kiddos out of the house for those first 4 days (could have really used another 2-3 before having to carry them, etc too) I only used the narcotic pain meds for a couple days because I don't respond well to them, but turns out the ibuprofen wrecked my stomach. Switched to tylenol day 4/5 and was better off. The peri bottle provided much relief when I urinated. By day 10 I was able to wear regular pants (I had been in yoga pants prior). I found that having underwear/pants that provided some support felt better than loose undies and pants. I needed to minimize movement. Swelling started coming down week 2-3. Stitches lightening up around week 4-5 (some are still present in week 6) I can say that even with the pain in days 1-10, I would do this hands down again without question. The way I feel and look in week 6 is beyond what I expected. Bottom line - there is simply NO ONE else on this planet I would go to for this procedure. From the level of care, skill (she took 2 hours in surgery to ensure that I would be extremely happy with the outcome) and follow up - and the fact she has worked with women for 25+ years - I can say Spa V and Dr. Warren are the only place you need to look at for this or any type of gynecological-related surgery. All I can say is AMAZING. I couldn’t be more happy with my results. Dr. Warren was very patient with me and addressed all of my concerns. If I ever need anything else done I’ll definitely go back to her.

I initially went to see Dr. Warren and her staff for stress urinary incontinence during exercise after having 3 kids. After the CO2RE laser and O-shot treatment, not only did it stop my urinary issues, but it also hugely enhanced my sex life. My husband noticed the difference after the first laser treatment. This decision was the best decision I've made!! Dr. Warren is so educated with innovative treatments available and her staff is warm and welcoming- I highly recommend Spa V!!
