Breast lift and breast lift with implants are a professional focus of mine. In 2017, I authored a textbook titled “Evidence-Based Cosmetic Breast Surgery,” in addition to over 60 peer-reviewed publications on the subject of cosmetic breast surgery. This book received an excellent review in the journal, “Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.” Each year I am asked to give an instruction course to plastic surgeons at our national meetings, titled All Seasons Vertical Augmentation Mastopexy. I recommend a modified vertical lift method, which has many advantages over the traditional inverted-T “anchor scar” procedure. These advantages include a better (more conical) breast shape, better nipple sensation, greater lift effect, more upper pole filling, less scarring and greater safety. The combination of a vertical breast lift and implants to restore upper pole fullness is an effective and popular combination.

...read moreI had a wonderful and life changing experience with Dr. Swanson he has gave me the shape I was looking for, he uses the best safety methods for his patients. Although I am happy about my results I still plan on going back to add more to my butt augmentation, hips and 360 lipo. I recommend Dr. Swanson if you are in the Kansas City area.
I searched for some time for a Plastic Surgeon and was fortunate to find Dr. Swanson and his team. They were caring and supportive and Dr. Swanson takes a very fact / science based approach to his craft. He is the perfect combination of scientist and artist. I couldn't be happier with the results!
I got a Rhinoplasty done by Dr. Swanson last June. This month marks a year, so I can see my nose is 100% recovered. A few words of advice I have is if you want perfection, do not expect it from a nose job. I love my nose, I feel confident in it. Of course if I look long and hard I do see a flaw or two. Which I totally expected going into this procedure. If you are wanting an unrealistic barbie nose, you may want to go take a trip to Miami for that. Dr. Swanson makes a clear statement
