His office is aesthetically pleasing and calming. His staff was always kind and willing to make unlimited pre-op appointments to either calm my nerves or try on different sample sizes of implants under my clothes. Dr. Gutek has one of the best bedside manners I have ever come across and I admire his family and religious values. He knows how to make you laugh when you are feeling down and is very experienced and knowledge when it comes to all things breast augmentation. Lastly, his office offers an all cash discount in addition to accepting Care Credit. The only drawback for making your payment for the procedure is that you are required to pay the office and surgery center separately, which does require two in-person trips. They may have updated this since my procedure in 2011. I did however, like that the procedure was done in a hospital as it made me feel more confident in case of an emergency. My final result is very beautiful and natural looking, even for a larger bust. I am 5'4", 120 lbs. and started with a very nice but small to average bust size. I used to wear a size 32 B bra and I now wear a 32 DDD. I do believe that my right breast could have used a 50cc larger implant than the left as I have a rib cage deformity which causes the right to look slightly smaller even though it is not (I am being VERY critical here and I'm sure that no one has ever noticed). The doctor did point this out and ordered several different sizes for me just in case but in surgery thought that the safer bet was making them both the same.I had a baby in 2013 who I breastfed successfully for 14 months and I am happy to report that my breast held up just fine. In fact, I think they look better than before as it allowed them to relax into a more natural position. My husband agrees!I know of several people who have undergone the same surgery with this doctor and they also had good results! I will go to him again if I need an upgrade.
