Once I hit my 30s I wanted to seek treatments to prevent the oh so fun signs of aging. I also wanted to get one of my biggest insecurities fixed (my nose) *for myself* with rhinoplasty. Dr. Givens was not only caring about how I felt with results of my injectable treatments/surgery--honest with advice and recommendations, but also always responds quickly to any questions or concerns I may have had along the way.He is precise, which is great when you're a guy and you are unsure about getting things done-- very forward and decent with pricing, and will work with you to achieve desired results. His assistants and staff are the greatest, professional and feel like friends to me at this point.I have been going to Dr. Givens for years now, and I couldn't be happier with my results and experiences with him and Faces Medspa staff. Dr. Givens has improved my self esteem with practical treatments and amazing results and I couldn't be more grateful for his services. He pays great attention to detail and was so accommodating with my after care. I had some of the worse after bruising he had ever seen— && he treated it with a series of complimentary IPL treatments to help speed up the healing process of the bruising!!

Dr. Givens performed a mini facelift for me. I really needed something to refresh me and am not ready for a full facelift. I am two weeks out, I am so grateful and it feels wonderful to not see my wrinkly neck when I look in the mirror. I have hidden my neck and double chin for years I have my self confidence back. I have been getting Botox injections and fillers from Dr. Givens for a couple of years now. He is meticulous and has wonderful bedside manner. I love that Botox and fillers don’t change your overall appearance yet they will make you look refreshed and younger. I highly recommend Dr. Givens.

Dr. Givens did my rhinoplasty surgery the same time as my sinus surgery. My results for both were fantastic. Dr. Givens is the kindest, most professional doctor I have ever gone to. His staff is the same way. I have recommended him to many people seeking treatment for ENT issues. I have great faith in him and would choose him for any other facial cosmetic treatments. He is my regular ENT doctor, but thanks to the great job he did with my sinus surgery, I rarely need to see him.

I was very impressed with Dr. Givens being much younger and new to the clinic. I had went to another provider there before this. He took his time and made me feel very comfortable. The results have been great and he use less than my last doctor. So it cost me less and results were better!!! I would highly recommend him and have to several friends and family.

I began conscientious skin care at about age 40. That being, regular facials & good skin care products (always use sunscreen). At about age 49 I began regular Botox, then began fillers shortly after that. I became sad about the appearance of my neck & jowls in 2013 & had Thermage that December. I felt okay about the results but then the sadness about my neck and jowls returned. I decided in 2015 to get my neck lifted! I did find out from my wonderful doctor that a necklift is actually a facelift, a rhytidectomy! Who knew!?!? I am so happy with my outcome. I am so happy I did it! Going on 38, I need Botox for preventative aging, along with helping the tension in my face. I drove 4 hours away to get it, but not since 2012. I was sick of driving. Wasn't going even a couple of hours away with friends, so I took a shot in the dark. I researched people and places in DBQ, and he was the top rated doc, so I did it! Never been happier with my results!! If you're looking for a great doctor close to you, he's the one! You will not regret it!!! I can't wait til my next appt, not scared, and very happy with my looks!! FINALLLY!

At 39 years old I was beginning to see more wrinkles in my forehead. My first Botox injection was a great success. It made all the difference in the world, what a way to feel better about myself. It has been 3 months and I still see the results. It is pricey but worth every penny. Will be keeping up with the injections, Thanks Dr. Givens for doing such a nice job.

I have had several spa treatments, facials, botox injections in the past years. I have seen Dr. Givens several times in the past year both for botox and juvederm. My skin is very important to me and I try to take very good care of it. Dr. Givens is by far the best doctor I have seen. He is so knowledgeable with facial muscles and takes his time planning the best treatment for the results you are hoping for. I would highly recommend Dr. Givens. His work is artistic and very mindful. Love my results.
