I have been seeing Shandell for Botox and Filler for the past 3 years. I have consistently seen natural results during this time as she intricately understands patient anatomy. Injections are not painful and I rarely bruise after treatment. She always works with me to be sure my expectations are met.

I had an upper and lower blephorplasty as well as elevate and I couldn’t be happier! No bruising while healing and the staff was very helpful! The power went out in the middle of summer with no air conditioning and they stayed for me to have my stitches removed. Justice was my coordinator and was also a pleasure to work with, she helped answer all my questions. For the first time in my life I truly feel beautiful and look refreshed even when I’m tired. I don’t have to worry about getting my photo taken and having huge eye bags or a double chin. Dr. Chernoff is truly amazing and so talented. Highly recommend.

i should've written this review a long time ago. i had chin liposuction with a neck lift and buccal fat removal back in 2019. i've always had a heavier chin due to genetics - thanks mom! dr. chernoff and his staff are exceptionally nice and responsive throughout the entire process. they even sent me before and after photos of what my results would look like after the procedure. since my surgery in 2019, i have completely forgotten about the insecurity i had with my neck! i used to be extremely self-conscious and now i never even think about the double chin i had as a teenager. dr. chernoff is an artist, he removed just the right amount of buccal fat and my chin looks like it's never had a problem. i never bruised and healed very well.

I am 53 and had a face, neck & upper eyelid lift last year. It lifted the drooping of my face (they call it resting "B" face) it also looks completely natural and I look more refreshed than lifted. I was left with good results and wanted to get the acne scarring and some age spots on my face and chest taken care of. The RN at the plastic surgeon(who is absolutely amazing) performed the Deka Dot CO2 Laser treatment on my face, neck and chest. The pain level even with numbing cream was really bad. The laser is powerful and you feel it burning your skin. The recovery the first few days was also brutal. This treatment is not for those with a low or medium tolerance to pain. My results about a week and 1/2 in are great. Your face feels like sandpaper for about 8 days then starts subsiding. I can see a difference already in my acne scars. Still there but moving forward I will just do dermaplaning or mini-glycolic peels. I really do not suggest this for everyone. I have an extremely high tolerance to pain but I seriously almost fainted with this laser. The RN did a fabulous job but still, I would not do it again. RECCOMENDATION FOR ANYONE WHO GETS LASER: When you are recovering, DO NOT use lotion. Use both the Elta MD Laser Enzyme Gel and the Elta MD Silver Gel. The recovery is faster and putting it on your burned skin does not sting or hurt. It is more soothing. Also do not get the Dot Laser or any harsh laser. Start slower and do something like an IPL. If you are older with sagging skin or a lot of wrinkles, I suggest going big and get a full facelift and/or upper and lower eyelid lift and neck lift usually comes with the facelift. If you pay for all types of treatments and expensive creams, the amount will end up the same as a facelift. Plus the recovery from a facelift is not exactly fun, but you see results right away and your scars will heal and it is two weeks recovering but then its over. Maintain with facials and a good skin routine and you are good for at least 20 years.

I am so happy I chose Dr. Chernoff’s office for my first time Botox and lip filler experience. Julie did the injections and she was absolutely amazing. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and caring. I was pretty nervous but she made me feel very comfortable during the entire time I was in her care. It’s only been one day since my visit so I’m still waiting for the Botox results but my lips look amazing! The difference is subtle so they are very natural looking. She was able to correct a very slight asymmetry in my lips also. Julie is truly a master of her craft. I highly recommend this office and Julie for your first time getting Botox or lip fillers.

Excellent doctor. Dr Chernoff was very kind, professional, knowledgeable and great bedside manner. He explained the procedure well and in layman's terms. Shandell, RN was exceptional nurse. I had a lot of hematoma after the surgery and she took care of me, even during the weekend. Her instructions were clear and explained the healing process and post-op care and what to expect. She was a "life-saver and God-sent" because I started getting very anxious and fearful.

Dr. Chernoff and his entire staff are incredible. Not only are they caring, supportive and professional they also provide services that far exceed any other MD I’ve ever been too. I’ve had surgical and non-surgical procedures done and love the results. I highly recommend Dr Chernoff and staff.

Before finding Dr Chernoff's office, I had visited another very well-known Indy cosmetic surgery provider for some appearance concerns I had; she gave no real consultation, just informed me "this is what we'd do for that concern; --do you want to do that?? " ; that was pretty much the extent of my "consultation"; her front desk receptionist actually provided more information and answered more questions than the provider did. Being very dissatisfied (and unsure) with that (rather expensive) result from the provider mentioned above, I sought out Dr Chernoff for alternatives and thank God I did !! Dr Chernoff (amazingly) corrected the previous providers improperly administered Botox (which was improperly injected and way overdone) and likewise with the filler (also improperly performed). Dr Chernoff casually and patiently explained to me the underlying causes and what treatment options that were available (pros and cons to each of the options) to address my concerns. He took the time to get to know me and to insure I felt comfortably informed of the various options presented. His staff also expertly navigated me through the other decision-making (timing, scheduling, available financing if desired, pre- /post- procedure options and expectations) in a very personable, professional, and friendly (no-nonsense, no-pretense) manner. Dr Chernoff and his staff truly go above and beyond in making sure all goes well (especially post-procedure, where they keep on constant contact and followup with every patient to insure you're doing well); it's obvious that he and his staff genuinely care about you, and the support and services that they provide to every patient. If you're considering any procedure (non-surgical or otherwise) I highly recommend a visit with Dr Chernoff; you will find his experience (triple board certified, unlike most in town), expert results, professionalism, friendliness, and genuine concern far above other Indy cosmetic surgery providers.
