I had bi lateral gynecomastia surgery 14 months ago. I’m wondering whether this nipple protrusion is the result of scar tissue or gland. Only Liposuction was done but it was flat for about 3 months before starting to grow puffy again.. It was stable the last 6 months but just recently the breast got larger and the nipple popped out more prominently. My surgeon refused to address this with either a revision or cortisone Injections and told me “there was nothing there” at my final visit.

I believe I have tuberous breast. Is there a chance of having perky breasts with correction and implant surgery? Does it seem like this deformity can be corrected in a single surgery in my case?

You don’t need breast implants but fat grafting will work great here Some fat can be harvested from tummy which will sculpt abdomen and that fat can be transferred to lower pole of breasts

Hello, I have a slight case of pectus excavatum (see photos) and am looking to add fullness to the bottom of the breast. I do NOT want shelving, or added roundness at the top. I'm looking to create more full, breasts but I don't want them to fall too close together and sit on my chest. I'm considering a sub-pectoral implant with a low profile.

I am 23 years old 5”4’ 135 pounds I have always hated my boobs and I want to know how I can make them look normal, what size CC would I be looking to get for a natural look proportioned to my body ?And I really want to avoid getting a lift because of scarring I am only 23 is that possible ??

Is this realistic? I already put my deposit down and I opted out of the lift. First picture is my breasts, second picture is a before and after of someone else’s breasts that I would like to achieve! I have been self-conscious all my life about my breasts... It seems like one is a B cup and the other is almost a D cup. Also unsure if one/both are tubular and would love to find out. I really would love to get surgery done but the issue is the cost. I want them perky, even, and round. What's the best way to go about this... Any way insurance will cover it? (I was told I needed a reduction in the one)

My doctor told me that a periareolar incision work work better for me than a inframammary incision because my breast have a natural "droop" (not saggy). I've searched online to find that information but I just don't see it. I would prefer inframammary to decrease risk of capsular contraction and he did say he'd to that if I wanted to, but I just want the best result. Any insight?

I am a 22-year-old female who has been considering breast reduction I am very petite and have a small body frame. My height is 4ft 10 inches and my weight is 110lb. The reason why i want this done is because 1. i want a 6 pack . 2 I want to better my helth . totally look different . I can't go anyplace without people looking at me like oh my word kinda face . It hurts me to see that . I just want a differnce.&nbsp;Where i live i don't they do that here .
